Boxnotes changes are not reported in calls to list user and enterprise events
When calls are made to https://developer.box.com/reference/get-events?stream_type=changes, we expect changes made to Box Notes to be reported. Currently, they're not being reported.

How to check the number of stored events
We want to get the number of events from the Box via the API.
There is a limit of 500 events per call.
We need to know what percentage of all events we can get with the 100,000 call limit per month.
We believe that getting the events is essential for automation, integration with other solutions, and advanced analytics.
We would like to see more functionality in the event API and administrator console.(In Japanese)

Bulk Add someone as a co-owner to existing folders
Make a way to bulk add someone to multiple existing folders in Box as a co-owner. This stems from if you want to make someone a co-admin so they can assist with existing folder creation/access for newer employees of your company you would have to add them to a folder individually to achieve this. If you have many folders this would take a long time as a manual process so a bulk add would make it that easier to do.

Auto Refresh open files
Need the ability to have file opened via a Box Web folder auto refresh when changes are made to the file from other locations.

Mass Remove Favorites
- Bring up your Favorites
- Click on the triple dots
- Select 'Remove as a Favorite'
- Checkbox appears next to every Favorite
- After the items you want to remove are checked click a button to save your selection

Rename our favourites
Rename Favourites
It would be useful if we could rename the way we can see our Favorites.
For example, we want to add in our favourites a folder named "Project XXXXXX, Area YYYYYY, Section ZZZZZ". But we are only working on this project, so we know this is for project XXXXXX, and we would like only to see "Section ZZZZZZ" in the left panel.
Another example: we want to favourite a document named "Tracker XXXXX" - but we have a lot of favourite trackers with very similar names and we would like to add a nuance (for example: Project ZZZZZZZ,…1 vote -
List the all collaborators without page transition
While we run multiple projects at the same time, we frequently check the list of collaborators for each Box-folders.

Box Capture File Name
I want the file names of Box Capture pictures to be "date and time" instead of "date and sequential numbers", just like when shooting with the Box app.
Example:
Box Capture: "2021-01-11_001.jpg"
Box (Take Photo or Video): "Image 2021-01-11 14.00.00.jpg"Currently, the file names conflict and the files become messed up order, especially when several people share a folder and take pictures.
I would appreciate if you could improve it.

Remove classification and move data to a different classification
We would like to deprecate a particular classification and move all of the data marked under this particular classification to a different classification.

Don't files separately from directories.
Currently a click on the "Updated" column will sort the contents of a directory by the updated date, except all folders are listed first followed by files, rather than a complete sort of both. This is frustrating and unexpected. Please just sort the entries, regardless of file or folder, so items show up where they are expected and are easier to find.

Collections items are not allowed to be dragged and dropped onto Trush.
Users can drag and drop folders and files registered in "My Collections" and "Favorites" to "Trush".
In this case, the folders and files will be moved to Trush.
On the other hand, the user recognizes that this operation unregisters "My Collections" and "Favorites".
This difference in perception caused operational problems.
A user has moved a folder containing tens of thousands of files from "My Collection" to Trush, which has stopped the business of that person.
My request is:
Folders and files displayed in "My Collections" and "Favorites" are prohibited from being moved to Trush by drag and drop.1 vote -
Allow us to change sharing settings on multiple "image" files at once!
It's a HUGE pain in Box. You put 20 or 30 images into a Box note, and you want to share that note with someone at your company, but outside the team that has access to that folder. You must MANUALLY click every single image, open sharing settings, change to "View to anyone at my company".
If Box could just make it so that if we change the sharing settings on the folder containing the images, all the images would have the same sharing settings, OR allow a multiselect of images to change sharing settings for all images at once,…

Allow users to easily set retention on an individual file or folder
End users need to have the ability to easily apply retention policies to individual documents. They should be able to click an apply policy button, choose the policy and click OK
Policies should be able to be configured so that users only see policies that apply to them or they have access to.10 votesPlease help us understand the use case more, as the ability to apply retention is typically not extended to end users.

Get a list of all collaborators for a box folder
I want to get a CSV file with all collaborators for a box folder. The fields should be the same as on the Collaborators page. This needs to be available for end users - not just for box administrators. I need this so I can copy the internet IDs from one folder and add them as collaborators on a different folder. Doing this single name at a time is not practical.

Integration of Collaborator list page (web app) and group page (admin console)
The collaborator list page (web app) and group page (admin console) seem to treat inactive users differently, and the group page intentionally excludes inactive users and only includes active users.
The Collaborators list page in the web app does not.Please consolidate the handling of inactive users as this specification is confusing to users and to administrators.

I often move things to a particular folder over and over again. It sure would be nice to see my Favorites in the Move/Copy window!

sync to a RAID
Our global video team need a cloud solution that can be saved to our external RAIDs. We need to store and access TB's of footage. Desktop hard drives are no large enough.
We could potentially use the older 'Box sync', but we understand that it is due to be phased out, and it does not support selective offline/online syncing, which we need.

don't show files till all the files are uploaded
I often send files to coworkers and I dislike that the file is downloadable to them before it's actually fully downloaded to box. This ends up creating a corrupt/ non-workable file for them. Also I think the files should not show up on their end before all the files are completely downloaded, in batch uploads because I will have coworkers then say only some of the files are downloaded and it looks like a mistake when it's just still uploading. Thanks!
