"Transcript cards" playback stop function
Currently, clicking on the time of entry in the Transcript cards allows the audio to be played, but it will continue to play past the end time. I think it will be easy to use if it is designed to stop playback when it reaches the end time.

Please make it easier to unsubscribe to product update emails (and please make sure the users actually want them before you start sending). I don't click 'unsubscribe' to any unsolicited emails. Instead a just block them. But I don't want to block emails from Box, because it may be important information about file uploads.

Suppress collaboration invite notifications for Admin Accounts
Need ability to suppress collaboration invite notifications for Admin Accounts that are creating/owning the folder structure.

Admin login/impersonation actions viewable
Request Box user reports show any actions that take place when an Admin performs an action when impersonating a user. Right now, all the reports show us is that an Admin impersonated a user but we don't know if that Admin performed any actions as that user.

Users don't get email notifications for assigned tasks unless they're in the folder
Users don't get email notifications for tasks in Relay unless they're collaborators in that folder. It doesn't always make sense for the users to be collaborators and this can add clicks to the Relay experience. Because of this, users that rely on Box Drive don't get notified that tasks have been assigned to them unless they log into the web app to check.
Can users get email notifications when they've been assigned a task in a workflow regardless of whether they're collaborators in the folder?

Enable "Autoplay" for video files
Would love to have an "autoplay" feature to toggle on/off for shared links. We want to host video files on Box for newsletters and want our video content to autoplay when clicked on.

Allow user configurable files and folder list length in list view
As we move file shares into Box, we are getting more and more users who want to see/configure a longer list(or possibly scrollable list) in the files/folder list view. Essentially, they don't want to have to click every 20 files or so to browser their way through a list of 1000 files in a folder -- they just want to see what's there.

I want to be able to select the folder to output the report
When「Only admins can create and delete first-level folders,files,and bookmarks」checked ,I can not report Access Stats.
Please be able to select the output folder to promote end user content utilization.

Set up the Box Drive installer so the user gets to Single Sign On (SSO) by default
There are quite a few steps when logging in to Box when installing Box Drive. It'd be helpful for us if the users could get to the SSO window directly instead of first having to enter their email address and then click the (not so obvious) ”Sign In with SSO” link.
It'd also be great if the ”NORDUnet Box Service” could filter away the list of services based on the domain name in the email address the user just typed, especially since typing the name of the institutin and and then ”enter” (which I know one isn't supposed since the…

Request to improve the collaborator list on webapp
[Issue]
First, create folder A in the first directory and invite user “X” to that folder.
Next, create a folder B in the first directory and invite the same user “X”.
Then put folder B into folder A.・Clicking on folder B will display two “X” accounts in the [Sharing] tab. If you click once on a web page other than folder B, the “X” display on the [Sharing] tab changes to only one.
・Right-click on folder B>[More Actions]>[Manage Collaborators] screen, two “X” accounts are displayed.Above behavior is not user friendly. We would like box to improve this.

iOS Files app "waiting to upload" problem/getting stuck
Awhile back I could not get the iOS Files to work with Box documents. They would get stuck in the "waiting to upload." While they were helpful, I spent several emails with Box assistants and we couldn't find a solution and gave up. It seems obvious, but I finally figured out what happened. The Microsoft Office applications in iOS require an Office 365 account to edit documents. My Office 365 is through my work, and I am in education, so of course we get a terrible email at first and immediately start using the email alias. When Office required the…

Report on files containing PII
We would like the ability to run a report which will identify files with PII in our environment, such as social security numbers or credit card numbers. Currently, notification is provided upon upload of the content, and only if the customer has governance and the appropriate content security classifications

Show same timestamp web vs. Box drive
To migrate from file share to use box, we initially uploaded the content from our file server via FTP. We managed to se the original timestamp of last file modification. So we get shown this timestamp at client side using box drive. But the web app shows the timestamp of uploading the file. Please make it show the same timestamp as BOX drive!

0 Second .mov files do not preview
If a .mov file is 0 seconds in length, it fails to preview on Box.com and mobile applications. iOS for new versions defaults pictures to this file format. Therefore, many pictures taken on newer iPhones do not preview in Box.
