Language of signature requests
I would like to choose the language in which a signature request is sent. could be English by default but if we know the person speaks a different language then we can select that language.

Allow resizeable/full-screen file search form
Actually the file search UX in Windows has a design giving priority to form over function, with a concept half-way resembling a tray application notification.
The problem with that is that the ridiculous window size most of the time trims relatively long file paths to the point of having on-screen indistinguishable search results for different files, if they are at somewhat deepth in the file tree. The smallnes brings also unnecesary scroll, and forces the pains of a self imposed real-state screen-space shortage, more proper of mobile devices but undesirable in desktop.

Add collaborators automatically upon request from who wants the access.
When a new collaborator is identified but not added as a collaborator yet, he/she needs to wait until permission. To reduce this idol time, automatically permit access first upon request. Check the collaborators afterwards if required. Existing folder collaborators can designate the folder that needs this function.

Recent Box Notes design update - make optional the in-table adjusts
I type into cells in tables and find it disorienting that they now highlight to allow for changes. I would prefer this to be an optional UI, and be able to opt out and revert to old design where I had to click on top icons to remove or add cells.

Recent Box Notes design update - I need table width consistency, dislike the off-page scrolling
I use Box Notes quote a bit throughout every day and am really struggling with this new design update, especially to the tables formatting. I use a new table for each day's notes, and make a new file every month.
This design update has completely messed up the formatting of each table's size: some horizontally scroll off page, some truncate columns and cut words in half, and none are default to width of page. It's extremely disorienting and has set me back quite a few hours.

Co-authoring name display
Per the recent update to Box Notes, you no long can see the names of the people co-authoring the Note consistently while working. They now only show up as a line in the document making it very difficult to locate, especially when the Note gets very large. Please bring back the display of names at all times

Back up desktop and documents folder
It would be really useful if there was an option within box drive that would sync the users desktop documents and perhaps download folder to a folder within box.
I know users could just save the files on to box drive but that doesn't always happen (temp needed files etc) this would act as an almost auto back up feature.

Start Box Drive on windows startup instead of user login
We have a PC that share Box content on our LAN but it's incredible that when the PC restarts Box Drive does not start until a user does login to the pc. For us it mandatory that Box Drive starts on windows startup instead of user login. We tried to schedule the action but Box process fail with an error that windows is not started in interactive mode.

Currently item selection of Content Explorer is difficult little, because only character area can be clicked.

In the case of having global offices/teams, contents related to Export control are dispersed globally. However, the contents need to be in compliance for Export control.
The following two enhancements work well for supporting ITAR/EAR with dispersed contents in one Box entity:
1. Increase the maximum number of Shield Classifications - There is a limitation Classification (it's 25) now. To create combination label via country-base for ITAR/EAR, it requires a larger number of classifications.

Full Image Thumbnail Option
For the image thumbnails, is there a way to toggle the view, so that one can see the entire image vs. a cropped version? I've noticed a recent change where all thumbnails are cropped, and in order to view the full image you need to click to open each individual file, which is a less efficient browsing method. Is it possible to return to the previous viewing option to see the full image within each thumbnail?

Use an image in place of the folder icon for folders
We would like to use an image in place of the folder icon for folders. We embed a couple of root folders on our website so that our distributors have access to resources. When they click into the root folder, they see a list of other folders. It would be good if these folders could be represented by a suitable image instead of the blue folder icon. Can this functionality be developed please?

It's just a disappointmet to have password protection of your files as a paid feature. For me it's a deal breaker...

Add a shared calendar feature within the platform.
My team has been using box for years. It is fantastic except for the lack of a shared calendar feature. It's very hard to understand why this hasn't been added yet. Users have been asking for it for YEARS, and it can't be much more complex than a box note.
We despise Google and are not all on Outlook, and I know our team is not alone in this. All we want is a simple shared calendar within the platform.

Multiple Operators for Conditional Workflows in Relay
Currently Box Relay allows a single operator for numbers in conditional metadata workflows (ie if the 'Amount' field is less than 50,000). If there was a way to have a combination of these operators for a single condition based on a range (ie if the 'Amount' field is between 50,000 and 100,000 as opposed to just greater than, less than, equal to, etc), this would be very helpful for contract approval/review routing in Box Relay, among other use cases where there are different outcomes for different range of numbers based on a metadata field.

[File Request] cascade feature to allow granular uploading of files to a folder structure / subfolders.
[File Request] feature to allow uploading files to a folder structure / subfolders. The "Submit Files" page does not provide any context regarding the linked folder name without having to manually input this, and doesn't provide subfolders to allow the user to drill down and upload files into the subfolder of which they choose (with breadcrumbs of course to navigate back to the root folder share via the File Request URL. Currently users have to create a File Request per folder or invite users in to the parent folder as a "Previewer Uploader" in order to upload.

Two User accounts on same Windows 10 computer
There should be a possibility that two users on the same windows 10 computer, each user separately logging into his/her own windows account, could each log into his/her own box account and use box drive. BoxDrive is much more convenient that to go via the browser. This seems not possible now.
Additionally it is annoying that the the box drive shows up for login when the second user enters the windows account, and if startup of box is switched off for that user, then it is also switched off for the main user (the admin user who has made the…1 vote -
When using Box Sign, Go straight to document without Box Terms of Service Pop up window modal
We are looking for ways to reduce friction and points of interruption during the Box Sign Flow for end users. One of these points is the pop up window that requires an agreement to Box Terms of Service after following the Document Link from a Box Sign Email.
We would like a configuration option to skip this step all together such that, when an end user clicks the link for a Box Sign Document in an email, they are immediately presented the document and signature options. Order Items in Collections Manually
I would like to be able to manually sort items in my collections. Items in a collection currently sort alphabetically, but I want to move items that I use the most to the top of a collection list.
