1. Ability to change the URL of the notification email to a URL for each tenant.

   I would like to be able to change the URL of the notification email to a URL for each tenant.

   In the notification email, click on "Go to My Account" to go to https://box.com.
   I would like to be able to change this URL to a per-tenant URL. Example: https://[company name].ent.box.com
   Currently, if you are using SSO login or if your firewall controls access by domain, the user accessing the site must manually change the URL.
   It takes a lot of man-hours for a user who receives a notification e-mail to follow the above procedure every time, and there are patterns that may affect security settings, so we would like tenants to be able to set a fixed URL.

2. Folder ownership transfer warning message

   When transferring ownership of folders, there is no warning message that it will take some time, and no warning that it will make those folders/files inoperable until every folder has been successfully transfered to a new user.

   Can we please add a warning that ownership changes to folders will sometimes take days depending on the file size, and that none of the files/folders can be used until the ownership transfer is complete? Not having this warning caused 4 days of downtime for my company.

   For the end user to be able to create a table of contents report of a folder structure and share this report with others.

4. 16:9 default slide size for PowerPoint creation from a folder

   When we create a PowerPoint from +New button, the plane slides will be shown with Standard, 4:3.
   According to the current standard, could you change the default size from 4:3 to 16:9? Or Could we have the setting that we can change the default size by ourselves?

6. Configure ways to sign a document. Example: Disable typed signature

   Give admins or senders ability to disable sender from typing signature

   Amy Hudson - it is for a customer who is a CPA and he said that for what they do it can be an issue/requirement that for e signatures to be accepted it needs to be drawn not typed

   Denise DeLisser - I also have a customer (Shriners). They require drawn signatures for some of their consent forms and would love if we could enforce/require a specific signature type.

7. Box Embed Should Support Additional Query String Parameters to Show/Hide Content

   Box Embed currently uses query string parameters to show/hide certain content, for example "showParentPath" and "showItemFeedActions". For our use-case, we would benefit greatly from expanding the supported query string parameters to hide additional elements from the iframe. Examples include the ability to hide the filename with dropdown menu (including the All Files and Folders hyperlink), the "Download" and "Share" buttons, the arrows that let you navigate between recently viewed files, and the "X" button that allows you to close out of the currently viewed document and be returned to the "All Files and Folders" view.

   By supporting additional boolean query string parameters in the URL, it would allow for greater customization of what is shown in the iframe. We are using Box embed to embed the Box File Preview and ability to Edit via the "Open" drop-down menu, it would be very beneficial to have more control over what content and other Box functionality we are embedding into our application.

   Since this pattern of passing boolean query string params in the URL to show/hide content is already used in Box Embed, this seems like it would be relatively easy to implement, but would provide a lot of benefit and flexibility for customers who use Box Embed.

9. Create a subflow for rejected files in Box Relay

   In Box Relay, when an approval task occurs and the file is rejected, there should be an option to create a subflow for the rejection. Right now, we can only set-up a task or do nothing.

   We use metadata to categorize our files and trigger other relays. Right now, both unprocessed files and rejected files have no tag, because the rejected task workflow does not allow more actions to be taken on the file.

   We would like to be able to create a general task for our users, tag the file, and move the rejected file to a separate folder, so the intake folder is not cluttered.

   Right now, this is a manual process and since we're backlogged, it takes hours to clear hundreds of files, because there's no way to distinguish rejected files from unprocessed files without going in and reading the comments.

11. Request to increase the maximum number of users to be enabled with [Enable for select users and groups] for [Mark for Offline] in Box Drive.

    I want to enable [Mark for Offline] for Box Drive and release it for some users. However, the number of users we want to register exceeds the upper limit of 100, so we would like to request to increase the upper limit of [Enable for select users and groups]. We believe this update would improve the useability and increase the efficiency among the users.

12. Box for iOS support for "Universal Control"

    Box for iOS doesn't support "Universal Control" in iOS 15 and Mac OS 12.x: this means that I can't drag my cursor from my Mac to my iPad Pro and use it to select and copy text from documents.

13. Accessing external shared links via FTP agents.

    I request developer teams to look into the possibility of organising the access to external shareable links also via FTP clients. This would avoid the issue where a shareable link expires or gets blocked by the network setting of the external clients.

    We would like you to be able to specify the person who operated and the target folder and file when outputting by specifying "restore from trash" in the activity report.

    Currently, if you know the item name for sure, it will not be searched if it has been moved to the Recycle Bin, and you cannot specify items in the target folder and file items.
    If it becomes possible to specify when reporting even if it has been moved to the trash,
    It is a useful clue when conducting research.

    現在はアイテム名を確実に把握している場合にごみ箱に移動されていると検索にかからない仕様になっており、対象のフォルダとファイルの項目にてアイテム指定を行う事ができない。
    ごみ箱に移動されている場合でもレポート時に指定する事ができるようになれば、
    調査を行うときに有効な手がかりとなる。

16. Include .gslides in "Presentation" file type filter

    The file types that are under the "Presentation" filter are 'ppt', 'pptx', 'key', 'odp', 'otp', 'pot', 'fodp', 'keynote', and 'pez'.

    '.glides' should be included, as .'gdoc' is included in "Documents" and '.gsheet' is included in "Spreadsheets".

17. Ability to search with symbols on Box Web and Box Drive

    We are aware that a single search for a symbol, including ".", cannot be used with Box's search function.
    Searching only for symbols will expand the search range and improve the convenience of file searches, so we would like to see this feature implemented.
