Enable option for Box Relay to trigger a contract for e-signature AFTER approval.
E.g. after Legal redlines and approves a contract, then they have the option to: (1) whoever approved the task then signs the contract as part of the same workflow; (2) submit for esignature to whoever triggered the workflow; (3) customize who the contract is redirected to for esignature (e.g. to XXX@YYY.com).

Enable ability to customize the notification that is triggered during a Box Relay workflow
Enable ability to customize the notification that is triggered during a Box Relay workflow.
E.g. if an approval task is approved, I want to notify whoever submitted the content for approval AND potentially other relevant parties that their submission was approved, but I also want to potentially customize the notification (e.g. it was approved for x, y, and z reasons).

Enable ability to require that someone shares their email when depositing a File Request.
Today, I can only require someone to login to their Box account OR use a text field that says email, but I want a field SPECIFICALLY called email inside of File Request, so that I can trigger a Box Relay workflow to notify the email of whoever triggered the workflow (e.g. if a submission is denied, I want to notify them that it was denied and to include why........ if a submission was approved, I want to notify them that it was approved and to include…

Enable ability to auto-organize folders (e.g. by Name, Size, Date Updated), rather than manually doing so, similar to my desktop experience.
Today, if I create a new folder, it does not automatically fall into the organization structure that I've applied to my folders (e.g. alphabetically). I'd like this to be done automatically.

Enable ability to permanently delete a Box Governance policy
Enable ability to permanently delete a Box Governance policy.
I created some test policies and want to clean up my Box Governance user interface, but I can't do so because it's impossible to permanently delete a Box Governance policy.
Also, I have policies that require a specific nomenclature, but I can't use that same nomenclature because a previous policy shares the same nomenclature, and I can't permanently delete the previous policy.

Enable ability to hide files or folders in my All Files view
Enable ability to hide files or folders in my All Files view.
These files and folders would still be searchable via the search bar, but they would be hidden from All Files.
Also include the ability to review all files and folders that I've previously hidden in a separate "Hidden" tab, similar to how there is a "Recents" tab and "Notes" tab.

I want to make files public without needing to share a link so that a whole team or set of people ca view them.

Integration with our Paycor application for Box Sign.
We use Paycor for many of our HR and Recruiting needs, currently we use DocuSign which has an integration for Paycor, but we would like to have this option using Box Sign.

Specify box drive location and cache location
Enable the option for users to specify Box Drive location.
Changing it in the registry is way too advanced for most users and easily fixable with a build-in feature.
Enable the ability to specify Cache location is also a must-have.
Files flooding my C: drive is annoying to say the least, espacially when working with big files.6 votes -
Better sorting by relevance with search terms
When I search for an exact file name, to find all copies of that file within a folder structure, the "See All Results" page does not put all the "hits" of that exact file name at the top of the list. I have to scroll down through many other files with partial hits in the name to find all copies. Why would it not sort by exact file names first, then partial file name matches, then contents ... ?

Shared link expiration - based on no interaction
It would help increase security if we had an option for external links - if they aren’t interacted with after a number of days (30,60,90, etc) they’re deactivated. Our team shares content but there is often turnover and no way to know if links are still out there. With an external link report, it would help show what's out there, but would be helpful to have additional controls.

Contextual Search
The ability to search contextually for a topic and have related results be populated similar to an internet search engine e.g. you search for "Fruit" and search results include "apples, oranges, bananas etc."

Hide "editable" so it's not accidentally selected
A feature that allows editing from a shared link has been released.
At the time of release, the settings are released as "View and Download and Editable" according to the Box Note settings.
After the release, the setting was changed to "View and Download Available" in the tenant settings.
Editable" is now displayed when attempting to configure shared links in a tenant environment after settings have been made.We would like it to take over the settings when they are not editable and hide the "editable" setting so that it is not accidentally selected.

View Owner/Creator of Files in Box Drive
We would like the ability to display accurate information about the Owner/creator of files within Box Drive for Windows. The Owner column in Windows was used prior to our migration to Box to show who originally created the file for a folder all in a single glance. Although Box.com shows the upload history of individual files, it's a manual process of viewing each file-- a pain point-- compared to the table view of File Explorer with the Owner column displaying. Lock executed agreement file after signing is completed
After signing is completed users can upgrade the version of the signed file with a new file. Could we add a feature to lock the file version after all parties have signed/declines
