Provide the ability to customize the message that is sent to workflow participants when starting a Relay workflow.
I have a review workflow that I want to use repeatedly. Each time I start the workflow I have specific instructions that I want the workflow participants to see. This is usually a complete timeline for the review cycle in which the current review might be the first or subsequent steps.
My workaround right now is to send a separate email to the workflow participants, but this means they get 2 emails about the same review.

ABILITY TO CLOSE THE ACTIVITY SIDEBAR ON FILES!!!!!!
GET RID OF THE ACTIVTY BOX ON FILES.
OF OUR ~10,000 FILES ONLY 6 HAVE COMMENTS, SO WHY SHOULD WE ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE IT OPEN.
WHEN USING TWO OPEN WINDOWS SIDE BY SIDE, IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO USE BOX BECAUSE HALF OF THAT WINDO W IS OVERTAKEN BY THE ACTIVITY SIDEBAR.

favorites as a list on the side bar
I am really frustrated that my list of favorites is not along the side bar anymore. The whole point was to limit the number of clicks, and now I have to click twice to see the list again, and it's not along the side but in the center,. Please put the favorites back along the side!

A way to force reset everyone to the enterprise default for shared link permission level.

Swipe through photos in the Favourites section.
We used to be able to swipe through photo's in "favourites" in iOS (iPhone) but this feature has now gone. Can it be brought back?

I like the look of the new UI, but I don't like how the download/delete/copy etc buttons change depending on what is selected. For example: if I select a single file or folder the download button is to the left of the buttons. If I select multiple items, the download is now on the right of the buttons. This has caused me to delete files accidentally because I'm trying to work fast.

Auto classification of files/folders based on metadata and comments
It would be helpful if Box's auto classification feature were able to trigger file classification (and thus, security controls) if metadata on a file/folder is sensitive in nature or if a file has comments/tasks/annotations that contain sensitive information.

It would be good have two people collaborate when both use box drive
Right now, the only way to collaborate is using box drive and MS 365 online-- which has a clunky interface. Would be good to have people working in Box Drive be able to jointly edit documents. Sharepoint Sync allows that to happen, but Box Drive does not.

Keep third party's login token or credentials when logging out from Box Drive
Users need to log in to a web gateway before logging in to Box Drive.
If they log out, they need to login to the gateway again.
In WebApp, they don’t need to re-login the gateway after logging out from Box.
Therefore, Box should have any way to prevent this.

Limit the rights of users who can change classification labels.
■Background
We are currently using Box Shield to control the public scope of shared links.
Currently, co-owners would still be able to use the classification labels even if they are set to "Owners/co owners" in the below settings.We want to make sure that only the owner can set classification labels.
■Details
Classification labels can be configured with "Admin console>Classification".
When the Box administrator clicks on Settings, the following settings are available：
Classification settings
Only allow selected permission types to modify classifications on content.

Monthly Traffic metric reset
my account says 37GB of 10 GB used, and my monthly traffic is summing up but is not reset every month

We would like to see a longer duration for the pop-up that appears at the top of the screen when you move or copy.
It would be great if it could be set up on a per-tenant basis if possible.If we accidentally manipulate it, we'll get flustered.

Allow us to change sharing settings on multiple "image" files at once!
It's a HUGE pain in Box. You put 20 or 30 images into a Box note, and you want to share that note with someone at your company, but outside the team that has access to that folder. You must MANUALLY click every single image, open sharing settings, change to "View to anyone at my company".
If Box could just make it so that if we change the sharing settings on the folder containing the images, all the images would have the same sharing settings, OR allow a multiselect of images to change sharing settings for all images at once,…

Shared link - colour code the link icon to advise who it is shared with Public, invited only etc
Currently if a file or folder has shared link enabled it, it places a blue symbol between the file name and last updated date. You have 2 options to see what the shared link is enabled as either by clicking onto the link symbol and it shows the properties of the enabled link or highlighting the folder/file and looking at details on the right hand side.
It would be better if the symbol was perhaps a different colour to show it was the different status e.g blue -invited only - green - people in your company - red -public

Limit the use of specific metadata templates to specific folders and specific user-owned content.
When using metadata, it is important to gain the benefits of adding and managing metadata templates, but at present, anyone with authority can use any metadata template.
