  1. Custom Terms of Service: Add the 'Preview' Link/Option Again

    In the Admin Console redesign, Box deprecated the 'Preview' option within the Custom Terms of Service settings.

    This request is to bring that functionality back.

    RATIONALE: Box supports adding HTML into the Terms of Service text, and there's no way (without a Preview link) to validate that the HTML renders correctly.

    Good suggestion! This doesn’t rank high enough on our list of priorities, but we will re-evaluate with additional user demand.

  4. Prezi - Add Prezi Box Integration to 'Choose Box Files' Directly within Prezi UI

    Prezi has done Box case studies and other promotional material (https://prezi.com/ahplrp8j0yka/how-prezi-changed-the-way-box-does-training/)

    It would be great to get a native Box integration in the Prezi UI (similar to the InVision integration - http://blog.invisionapp.com/box-partnership-enterprise-product-design/)

  5. More sophisticated Box-Verse integration

    The Box-Verse integration as it stands today is simply file picker. Would be nice to see this parallel the capabilities in the Box for Office integration into Outlook.

  11. Open Shared Link Controls: Default Password Requirements for Open Shared Links

    REQUEST: Admin would like the ability to set a global control whereby all public/open ('people with the link') links must have a password.

    Our current controls on shared links impact all 3 Shared Link permissions causing additional impact on the user experience.

    Instead of “require password” security control, we intend to support “Require OTP” requirement for public links (via SMS, Email, or TOTP). I wanted to share where we are headed. We do not plan on delivering this ask as is, but we do intend to solve the security use case behind it.

  13. Ability to edit a file if it is in the Trash

    Once a file is in the trash, the only way to remove tags, metadata, is by restoring the file, making the changes, and sending it back to Trash.

    This is not something that we would consider as part of the basic virus-scan for all files today. Customers requiring advanced features such as quarantining malicious files can benefit from a CASB product with Box integration

    We don’t show email addresses for any non-box users for collaborations. This is consistent with the /collaborations endpoint as well since the person in question has not agreed to our TOS
