Ability to display groups on a single line in the Collaboration Report
The Collaboration report shows duplicate information for the same user if the user belongs to more than one group or if the individual and group collaborate on the same folder.
As part of the inventory, we want to extract the access rights set for a folder, but it is inconvenient if user information is output in duplicate.
When accessing a folder and viewing the collaboration information directly, the group is specified to be displayed on a single line.
Please create an option to display them on a single line for reports as well.In Japanese：

Give me better tools for managing external users. More search options, different sorts and ability to do mass operations.
When you have a large number of external users, you find it cumbersome to manage. It would be helpful to have better ways to search for users and ways to edit existing external users. Also, adding expiration dates to their access would be helpful.

Please allow us to set the default sort preference for individual folders.
It is very frustrating, that the folders all default to descending order by file name. This should be able to be set for each folder.

Box Relay Outcome for applying current date upon a file upload
Currently with Box Relay and a Metadata date field you can set a date to be applied upon a file or folder upload. However, you can not select 'current date'. It will only apply a date that you have selected at the time of crafting the relay. It would be great to have an automation to set a date based on when the file was uploaded to Box.

Ability to create folders on the fly when moving/copying content
Users would like to be able to create a folder when moving/copying content, as opposed to only being able to move/copy content to pre-existing folders. It would save time and energy to be able to do that on the fly as opposed to creating the folder ahead of time.

Date and Time Designation for the "Auto Delete" Function/「自動削除」機能の日時指定について
For operational purposes, I would like to make files available to external users for a limited time, and then end the release on a set date.
However, if you use automatic file deletion'' or '' specify folder time,'' the deletion execution date may be delayed by several days from the specified date.
Please delete files/folders on the specified date instead of deleting them sequentially after the specified date.

Specifying shared folders as destination folders
Currently it’s not possible to select shared folders when choosing a destination folder on Shuttle, and this reduces the number of accounts that can be used in migrations to Box instances using a closed folder structure (i.e., all content centralized in a few accounts).
If it becomes possible to migrate into shared folders, it’d allow the use of more migration accounts that could run more jobs simultaneously and speed up migrations projects.

Preserve names when staff leaves
Add a feature to preserve the names of departed users in the Box Activity comments and tasks and approvals instead of changing their names to "Anonymous User" or "A Prior Collaborator" to preserve records of who was involved in the approval process even if they no longer have active accounts. Additionally, approvals set up by departed users should remain visible and not disappear from the Activity box. This is important for any company using Box as a review or internal control tool.

Allow individual file sharing to groups
Currently, you can share folders with groups, but not individual files. I have a custom tutorial I'd like to share with a user group wihtout nesting it in a folder, like the "Get Started with Box" PDF file does, but there is no option for it. Optimally, I'd prefer to see an option in which we could replace the "Get Started with Box" PDF file with our own PDF tutorial that addresses our specific needs.

Expansion of File Version Limit settings
For customers currently using Governance, the "File Version Limit" setting can be set to 1-100 or unlimited.
We would like this setting to be improved so that it can be specified as 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, etc. The reason is that problems may occur when there are multiple file versions when migrating between tenants or within a tenant, so I would like to limit this in the settings.3 votes -

Contact search on first and last name when sharing a folder
When searching a contact to share a folder with, the first name, surname and even the email address should be listed as results if they contain the string you are looking for.
Today search "Smith" to find "John Smith" doesn't give any result, but searching "John" will give "John Smith". The issue is that something you only know the first name or last name of the contact you're looking for. Mickey Mouse might be registered as "Mouse Mickey" and won't be found searching "Mickey". Disturbing.

Ability to scope Malicious Content Rules by User/Group/Shield Lists
Currently malicious content rules apply to all users. To test moving from an audit/detection-only stance to enforcement, it would be useful to be able to create multiple rules that are scoped to specific users/groups/Shield Lists.
This will allow us to keep most users in an audit/detection-only rule, while we test enforcement with a pilot group in another rule.3 votes -
An option to set a parent folder and all subfolders to "available online only"
Currently, the default drop down menu allows for "Make available offline". This option applies to all sub-folders as well. This is great. After for working on various projects over many months I forget which projects were set to "Make available offline" and requires a lot of tedious and time consuming digging to find folders that were offline and then turn them off.
It would be great to have the option for any folder regardless of previous settings to "online only".3 votes -
Ability to populate a metadata date field with current date
We need to log when an approval has occurred. Populating the metadata date field with the current date would be very beneficial.

Set the number of invitation reminder emails to be sent.
When a managed user invites an external user, I would like a feature that allows them to set the number of reminder emails to be sent, such as once a day, once every three days, once a week, etc.
This prevents random and careless reminder emails from being sent repeatedly to users of other companies.(日本語)

In the Excel preview screen, pressing left and right ([←] and [→]) on the keyboard scrolls the file if a cell is already selected.
However, when the preview screen is open and no cells are selected, it switches to another file.It is confusing for users that the keyboard behaves differently depending on the file and cell selection status. We request the ability to change settings to prevent file switching.

Enable to obtain information about the uploader of a file uploaded via file request.

Please implement the ability to check "Search only in this folder" on the search results screen.
The search function has a check box that says Only search inside of THIS FOLDER.
Sometimes we click the search button without checking this checkbox, and after the search results are displayed, we regret that we should have specified a folder to search.
Thereafter, if we then decide to search within a particular folder by checking a checkbox, we have to go back to the original folder, which is time-consuming.
Please implement the ability to select "Only search inside of THIS FOLDER" without having to return to the previous screen, even after the search results are displayed by clicking the…3 votes
