1. Box AI for Hubs - Address # of files in Hub

   The Hub functionality works regardless of the number of files available to be viewed from the link(s) listed on the hub page. However, Box AI for Hubs has a restriction of 10,000 files that can be indexed, which includes files that may be nested under the link shown in the hub. Given this, it would be helpful if we could manually disable Box AI for Hubs on specific hubs that we know are indexed for over 10K files so that users do not get an error message on those hubs when they try to use Box AI. (Possibly hiding the Box AI icon.) Additionally, it would be helpful if Box would automatically temporarily disable Box AI if during indexing, a hub where Box AI is allowed grows to over 10,000 indexed files. A tool tip could indicate why Box AI has been grayed out so that the organization could make a decision on how to address the situation.

2. Ability to Define which folders/files are included in Box AI answer

   Admins have the ability to define which files and folders are included in Box AI.

   For example - at our oganization there are multiple SOPs and other operational documents that are useful but saved in different root folders.

   This would enable admin/folder owner to determine if folder/file is to be included into Box AI Queries

5. Visual confirmation in webapp for which Zone content is stored in

   Some customers require end user and audit confirmation that specific content is stored in a specific Zone. This can easily be confirmed if this content has some type of in-app designation (maybe another piece of information in the 'Details' tab of the webapp) that confirms which Zone a folder/file is stored in. Since this tab is already displaying file/folder info, this should be able to be included with the same API call the webapp makes to Box.

6. The logo displayed in the shared link preview may violates customer's brand guidelines.

   The company logo displayed in the upper left corner of the shared link preview page is incorrectly cropped and filled in.

   Many use cases of the shared link should adhere to each company's brand guidelines.
   Example:
   -Provide a company-wide notification on a shared link of "Users in the company"
   -Publish introductory material about the company's products on a shared link of "everyone with the link"

   The current unauthorized editing of the logo is undesirable and should be improved as soon as possible.

   I am currently using Box for our file storage and collaboration needs. I noticed that the ARW (Sony RAW image) file format is not currently supported for preview within Box. Could you please provide any information on whether there are plans to support ARW file previews in the near future? If so, could you share any anticipated timelines for this feature release?

   We have confirmed that when collaborating as a group rather than as a direct collaborator, the content card behaves differently than described in the article.
   After investigating with your company (Box), we were told that content card behavior for group invitations is not currently supported.
   Therefore, to avoid confusion for users, we would like you to take the following action.

9. Push the recommended Hub

   In Box Hubs, we would like to have the ability to push high priority Hubs from the admin side.

   Currently, users have to click on the "Box Hubs" tab from the left side of the screen to get to each Hub.
   The name "Box Hubs" is not intuitive to the average user, so they almost never access it.
   This is the same as the "feeds" that were discontinued in beta.

   On the other hand, we would like to have the ability to push Hub recommendations to all managed users or specified gruop.
   Specifically, we have the following suggestions
   (1) Display the Hubs specified by the administrator in the menu on the left side of the screen. (Please avoid the specification that you have to click "▽", as in the case of collections.)
   (2) Thumbnail display of recommended Hubs in the place where "Recently accessed files" is currently displayed as thumbnails.

   If the names or thumbnails of specific Hubs, such as "Box Operation Manual" or "Company Regulations," are displayed in such a manner, the possibility of access will increase dramatically, and the value of using Hubs will be maximized.

10. Request for improvement of behavior when posting a shared link of a Box folder in a Teams channel or chat

    When you post a Box shared link in a Teams channel or chat, you'll see a Grant Access card with the option to grant users additional permissions if the following conditions are true:

    　condition：If there are channel members or chat members who do not have access permissions to the shared folder or file.
    　　　　　　＊This includes channel members and chat members who are invited as a group but not directly invited as users.

    The support article states that when you grant access, the card will update and a content card with file details will be displayed.
    However, when you post a shared link for a folder and grant access, although it says "A response has been sent to the app,"
    the card does not update and the card for granting permissions continues to be displayed.

    After investigating, we received a response from your company (Box) stating that the content of the support article only applies to files and that this is currently the expected behavior.
    However, in addition to files, shared links to folders are sometimes posted, and the current behavior is confusing to users.
    For this reason, we would like to see this improved so that the behavior for folders is the same as for files.

12. Add toggling of comment and annotation creation

    Users want the ability to highlight text and copy-to-clipboard while in Preview mode.
    Currently, clicking and dragging results in entering comment-generation mode.
    The only workarounds:
    1. Enter editing mode (but this may not be possible with all roles, and may risk making unintended changes)
    2. View the document full-screen (this is not intuitive).

    Solution: add a one-click toggle, perhaps on the comment/annotation floating panel, that enables click-and-drag commenting OR disables it so highlight-and-copy can be used.

13. Bookmark File Creation Feature for Box Files: Shared, Editable, and Folder-Selectable

    Ability to create a Bookmark file for file on Box quickly:

    We'd like to get a feature like creating a shortcut on Windows,

    1. There is an option to create a bookmark on each file

16. Improving "Folders and Files" Report Output

    Currently, when outputting the "Folders and Files" report, it is not possible to output folder-only information. Therefore, only folders need to be extracted from the output report. If file information is included, the number of records output will increase significantly. We would like to be able to output folder-only information. In doing so, it would be great if we could also specify the hierarchy of the folders. For example, up to the top 5 levels.

17. Seamless zoom in box web app for pictures

    In light of Box's stance for Windows Universal apps. I'm requesting improved zooming support inside the preview/webapp experience.

    Currently to zoom you must manually click the +/- button which is a loss of function compared to a native desktop app where you might be able to zoom with the mouse wheel or ctrl+mouse wheel.

    Requesting that Box add a similar functionality to the preview / webapp.

    Below is Box' current official workaround for the issue:

    Windows Store Applications (Photos, Office, etc.): Users are unable to open files from the Box Drive folder when navigating to it from within these applications. Users may also experience errors or silent failures when saving from these applications into Box Drive.
    We recommend you install the .exe or .msi version of these applications (for example, Photos or Office) instead of the Windows Store app. Otherwise, on the windows store app you'll need to save the item outside of the Box folder and then drag the item back into Box.

18. All Managed Users Group - Making Sharing with the Company Easy

    We have multiple folders (employee resources) we share with everyone in the Company (all managed users). It would be great if there was a way to share the folder with all managed users, whether this is accomplished from an "all managed users" group or if there was another way to share with everyone within the company (all managed users).

    With the introduction of Box Hubs, we have multiple hubs we would like to share with all managed users. Hubs is the perfect forum for sharing HR, company documents, technical resources, and other information the entire company needs to access.

    It is difficult to manage multiple groups, keeping those groups secure, and still share information with the entire company. We are constantly adding new employees, thus it would be great if we didn't have to create an all managed users group that we would have to update manually each time we hire a new employee.

    We have multiple folders (employee resources) we share with everyone in the Company (all managed users). It would be great if there was a way to share the folder with all managed users, whether this is accomplished from an "all managed users" group or if there was another way to share with everyone within the company (all managed users).

    With the introduction of Box Hubs, we have multiple hubs we would like to share with all managed users. Hubs is the perfect forum for sharing HR, company documents, technical resources, and other information the entire company needs to access.

19. Ability to provide feedback on anomalous download alerts

    I would like the ability to provide user-level feedback on anomalous download alerts. Today, you can only provide feedback via the folder and suggest whether or not it contains sensitive information. It would be better if you could provide this feedback at the user level - if someone is on a specific team, they may be expected to download a lot of files from a specific folder. However, that behavior might be anomalous for another user on a different team. I also find that these alerts are often triggered for new users who are not actually downloading an unusual amount of content.

20. Box Sign Request API rename file

    When creating a Box Sign request via API, the "name" field only changes the name of the signing log. The actual signed file retains the name of the template being used. We really need the ability to decide the name of the file without a second call to rename it.
