Lock executed agreement file after signing is completed
After signing is completed users can upgrade the version of the signed file with a new file. Could we add a feature to lock the file version after all parties have signed/declines

Copy or Duplicate existing groups
Would appreciate the ability to create copies of existing Groups, mainly for its members - not so much the permissions given to that group.
My use case: We've got an "ALL" group that has access to numerous folders. There is one user that does not want access to one of those folders. So I'd like to be able to copy the "ALL" group and remove that user, rather than re-create our "ALL" group which has a lot of members.

Box Sign - Date Field should not exceed the field size allowed by the sender
Signature box in Box Sign can be set fixed with size, so the user signature will not bigger or smaller compared to document

file transfer status
One of our users recently asked the following:
"The Transfers pane in the Box drive alert window rarely shows any file
names, even when files are actively being transferred. Please change the
Transfers window so that it shows a rolling list of all transferring and
recently transferred files and a time remaining estimate. The list
should be rolling and not clear when the transfers are done. It should
always be possible to see the last 5-10 files that Box Drive has
transferred."I'm not sure if this is a reasonable request, but thought I'd share it here.

Provide API Access for file upload to the 'file request' URL. The existing file upload API does not provide a method for anonymous uploads to a 'file request' link. Both the bearer token and folder id are not known and are not available within the URL.
a possible solution would be to implement an 'OPTIONS' call to the URL to return a throw-away bearer token and the folder id so that the existing file upload API calls can be used.3 votes -
Update Thumbnail of Video
The fact I can't update the thumbnails of my videos is incredibly frustrating. I typically upload videos of interviews and Box always picks some thumbnail image of me with my mouth wide open or some other ludicrous face. Imagine trying to send your boss or the head of your research team a video link and it has a stupid picture of yourself on it? It's humiliating. Every other video uploading software I have used has the option to update thumbnails...currently I have to try and trim the video in places to see if it will pick another image which is…

Office Online hide collaborator name while coauthoring
Currently Box Folder setting "Hide collaborators" disables Office Online. I am guessing this is because Office Online will display the name of our co-editors that are currently in the document. We would like to see Office Online support the Hide collaborators setting, by displaying "edited by someone" rather than calling out the name of the co-editors when this folder setting is checked.

Regarding the "Restrict collaboration to within {OrganizationName}" setting in the folder settings,
I would like the definition of users recognized as users in the organization to be selectable from the following two options
・Users who have same domains OR Managed Users (Same as current specifications)

Ability to receive CC before the signature request is complete
Ability to CC someone on a signature request and have them receive their copy before completion of the request.
Box sign only allows the CC to receive the document after the request has been complete.

Moving from Box Drive now deletes instead of copies
When moving a file from Box Drive to another volume like your computer, it now removes the file from BOX altogether. Prior to the latest update to the platform, it used to make a copy by default.
We use BOX as a file server and this opens up the potential for accidental deletion. Making the source folders read-only doesn't work either because we have to be able to edit contents on BOX.
Can you provide the option in a setting or elsewhere to turn on forced copy by default when dragging files from BOX to another Volume?

Ability to change order of Favorite/Collection
I would like to change the order of the content inside of Favorite/Collection freely so I can show the mostly used/viewed content on the top or organize it in the way that is easier to see.

Ability to go back to the root directory of the box tenant
When editing documents in box, you should leave the file path at the top of the document preview as well as include a mechanism for going back to my box tenant. Navigating backwards via the browser stops all edits and is delayed. Being able to tell box ignore changes and go back to the box directory listings is a better behavior for the user.

Accessible text colors in Box Notes
Update text colors in Box to be accessible, WCAG-compliant color options. The option to create useful Box Notes by using text color is a nice feature, but most of the color options provided (other than black) do not meet even AA contrast standards and are difficult to read even with typical eyesight.
Minimally, the colors used in the suggested templates and on badges throughout Box should be accessible.

Bypass Box interface when signing a document via notification email
We have a client who wants to implement Box Sign, but can't do so until their senior leadership is able to bypass the Box interface as an intermediary. Senior leadership, often on the go, wants to be able to click directly from their email to sign a document.

Groups - Customizable Permission Settings
None of the 3 permissions options - Company, Group Members, Admins Only - are ideal. Would love to have more options or perhaps a customizable setting where we can select which options to allow.
For example, as the primary admin, I apply groups to root folders and I want anyone shared to that folder to be able to view the group members for any group collaborating on that folder. Remove the user account assigned to Task from Relay Workflow Template when publishing it
When we create the workflow template to publish it company-wide from the existing workflow, the user account assigned to the task defined in the workflow are maintained in the template.
In the current specification of Box Relay, the workflow invites the task assignee if he/she doesn't have access to the contents related to the task.
Template is intended to be used by company-wide Box user, so if the task assignee is remained in the template and if the template user doesn't remove it when creating workflow from template, this original task assignee will be invited and given access.
