Ability to use JavaScript to customize the Box & Salesforce integration
We would like to be able to use JavaScript to access existing Box folders/files in the Salesforce & Box integration vs using APEX.
2 votesThank you for your submission. However, this does not have enough demand in order to be prioritized.
We will reconsider with additional use cases and demand.

This is not planned.
We don’t see enough customer demand for this yet, and supporting every additional content type takes a significant amount of engineering time and effort.

Mac: Publish Box Sync in Mac App Store
We use the Mac App Store as a software distribution method to lower the overhead associated with deploying software to our users.

For Admins, Content Manager is essentially a visualization of the folder tree.

Route files to a specific user via the embed widget
We would like to be able to pick what user content goes to with one widget.
2 votesI think this would be better addressed with platform elements. This way, you can build out the exact functionality you seek.

Provide Shared Links Details report on a user / groups level
Instead of running it for the entire enterprise, we want it segmented by user or group
2 votesHappy to review. Can you provide more clarity on the use case/reason here? Are you hitting a scale issue, or is there some data you’d like added to the report?

More granular setting options for users set to "Inactive" in the Admin Console
We would like two sub options for accounts set to "Inactive" status in the Edit User Profile details (in addition to the existing Inactive setting behavior):
Inactive sub-option 1: Enable a warning for all existing shares and collaborations that the Inactive user owns. If another user is accessing a folder owned by the Inactive user, they should be informed that the content could be deleted with the deletion of the account, and that a copy should be taken quickly.
Inactive sub-option 2: Enable a warning AND make content read-only for all existing shares and collaborations that the Inactive user owns.…
2 votesThis is a good use case, but other user statuses might partially solve some of these needs. Let us know in the comments if it does not.

Adjust Width of objects (Folder name etc.) in "Edit Invited Collaborator Details"
We are not able to see the full folder name if it has long length.

Change Co-Admin Permission to Only Require 'View & Edit Policies'
Right now, in order for a co-admin to be able to view and edit Legal Hold policies (matters), they need a weird mix of unintuitive co-admin permissions (including 'view users content').
2 votesThank you for the suggestion! At the moment there is no plan for this feature. We may look into this in the future.

Group Admins should be able to invite co-admins to groups
A group admins tried to add a user to the group as a member, but received the error message 'User does not have permission to edit users of this group'. The user he was trying to add was a Co-Admin for Box.
With this, if the Co-Admin has the administrative privilege to "Manage Groups" attributed to her, then she can go in and add herself to the group.
If not, the main Admin of the enterprise would have to add that Co-Admin to the group. This complicates the process of adding users to a group.
2 votesThis suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap because there has not been enough demand from customers.

Outlook Upload and Attach
When you use the Box Upload and Attach Add-In within Outlook, the Access Level defaults to People in this folder.
Can this be configured to match the permissions within the company, rather than a blanket default?

Have a minimum number of rejecters to move a workflow back a step
With Relay it's possible to set the process so that only 1 reviewer of 3 needs to approve to move to the next step.
However, if 1 of those 3 reviewers rejects the expenses, Relay currently requires the other 2 reviewers to also reject to move the process back a step.
It'd be helpful for these use-cases to have the ability to set minimum required rejecters
