'Content I Own' section on left side of UI
As an admin, I would like a section where users can see just the content I own

We would like to setup a rule to copy new data from one folder to another.
Folder A has 10 files in and folder B has 3 would like to copy Folder A into Folder B?

If virus is detected at the time of download, Virus Scan Alert on virus-found should be sent to the downloading user.
If customer opt-in for Virus Scan, Box currently checks for a virus at the time of file download too. And Box sends an e-mail to Admin and file owner when virus is found.
It should be a basic Box feature to alert and/or prevent a user from downloading a malicious file. Box should also quarantine or prevent a user from opening the file.

Create Legal Holds with the same name as Deleted Legal Holds.
As a Governance client, I would like to create legal hold policies that have the same name as a previously deleted policy. Currently, this is not possible and will bring up a duplicate error. This is important as we are about to add new policies with the same names for consistency reasons.

More accurate text conversion for text file on preview (Retain the original text on Box preview for text files)
Texts in a text file gets converted to unicode when double byte characters are included.

We would like to have Terms of Service by zone.
i.e. terms of service might be different in EU compared to US

Ability to open a file in Box Drive from a shared link accessed via the web
After opening a shared link in Web App, a user should be able to open the file directly in Box Drive.

A related feature—the ability to open a file in Box Drive from the web app—is on our roadmap and will be an initial step toward supporting this request. Allow authentication across multiple Box applications through one "passport"
There are many ways in which to authenticate to Box through Mobile, Sync, Drive, Web etc. Is it possible to have a single unified check wherein we could then open any end-point for Box to authenticate?

Customizable download activity parameters like files per hour or data per hour.
Number of downloads per hour is really restrictive

Be able to have the folders which are shared with other collaborators "invisible" in Drive.
In Box Drive UI, a user cannot distinguish whether the folder is collaborated with "Other company's user" or not. This may cause accidental info leak.
In order to avoid those information leaking, we want to have those folders "invisible" on Box Drive in advance.

Reduce increase in file size when watermarking content
It is expected behavior that watermarking files will convert files to pdf upon download (if the user is not a collaborator) and greatly increase the file size.

Both previewed/downloaded watermarked files are difficult to view due to resolution degradation
