Quick view for access stats of a file
With the old UI, you can easily hover over the document, and it will give you the stats without having to Click on the file.
From a quick view perspective, you can tell which files have stats associations without having to click or hover over the file.
With the New UI, you have to click on each file to check to see if there are any stats associated with that file.

Have the option Only allow collaborators to upload under "Enable email to folder" only modifiable by folder Owners/Co-owners.
Given that the "upload by email" setting is available to editors, making this change would restrict the possibility of an editor who didn't know what they were doing, from creating an email address that externals could use to upload to the folder.
It creates a bottleneck (which in this case is desirable) to create an 'open' email-to-folder address.
I suggest you make this ticked by default. Please also have some help text to explain the potential risks of unticking the box.

Admin add confirmed Email Aliases
In an SSO Required + Auto-provisioning environment, the best way for a Box Admin to update a primary email address is to use the Admin Console. However, adding the Alias to the account adds an unconfirmed email address. If the User's AD record changes before the user has accepted that email, a new account will be auto-provisioned, instead of using the existing account.

Option to select a folder_id other than 0 (the user's root folder) within the Move Owned Items API.
As a large company, we aim to fully automate the deprovisioning of users using Box Platform.
We would like an option within the Move Owned Items API (https://developer.box.com/v2.0/reference#move-folder-into-another-users-folder) to select a destination location other than 0 (all files).
The goal would be to automate this process and allow folders and files to be moved within an existing folder rather than at the root level.

More prominent action buttons
The buttons in the upper right (when a file is selected) should be more pronounced, as there is nothing to differentiate them from the icons on the left

Device Trust Hour/time of day Limitations
Restrict time of day users are able to access Box with Device Trust. Our users should not be working hours that are not documented/billable.
We have contractual and legal controls which put them at risk if employees are working outside of these hours.
There may be larger demand for this due to the amount of security breaches that occur during odd/non-working hours.
Time zone control would probably need to be included in this limitation.

Improve scaling issues with collaboration report
We want to trim the Collaboration report and focus on External Collaborators. We believe that information will be more actionable than everything else. The Collaboration report currently is unusable at scale.

Error message when access to a file is not available.
Instead of the current error message, "Page does not exist," can we have a message that is more indicative of access is not available to the user as opposed to the page does not exist.
A typical scenario is when a link is shared but the user was not invited into the folder etc.
The current message is misleading.
