Allow for more arrow options so we can actually use Canvas to build data table relational diagram, so data table relationship can be illustrated for one-many, many-one, one-one and many-many types.

Q&A for VDR
Q&A functionality for VDR. Be able to provide the ability to ask and answer questions without other people seeing who is asking the questions or what questions are being asked. Could be a folder setting or feature, to allow Q&A and customize it with the collaborators

Increase the number of Box App Diagnostics report outputs.
Since only 100,000 rows can be output in one run, I would like to be able to output even more rows.

Approval Notification Emails: Route to Document
When an approval process is completed, the notification email that goes out to the requester does not have a direct link to the document that was approved. Since there isn't a way to name template-based Sign requests so that they can be easily identified, it would be helpful to include a direct link to the document that was approved.

Disable offline access for specific folder
We would like to have a feature to disable Box Drive offline access for specific folders. Our users try to download the whole department folders and sensitive folders without realizing it. This is causing issues with disk space and compliance and there is no way to control this at the folder level, as Editor will have default access to download all files offline.

Allow Admins to Recover Deleted Users Directly
Occasionally, Admins can delete a user (or large group of users) for one reason or another (license re-allocation, deleting users based off of perceived inactivity, etc.). Sometimes these users need to be recovered quickly to give users access to their Box account once again if this was done by mistake. The ultimate goal would be to enable Admins who have the ability to manage users to recover deleted accounts on their own (whether through somewhere in the admin console and/or via the CLI or API) so that product support doesn't need to do so through a support ticket as a…

we ought to be the sole owner of the files and/or folders that are newly uploaded into the folder where i has editor access.
If someone is giving us access to the folder with the editor's permission. If we create a file inside of a folder for which we have editor permission, we ought to be the sole owner of the files and/or folders that are newly uploaded. Please refer the attached screenshot for example.

Default Search Everywhere
While I understand the need to search only in a folder, my company uses the search everywhere function way more.
Is there a way to make the search "everywhere" option the default instead of search "only in this folder"? It slows us down so much right now having to switch it to find a different folder without going back to the home page, or switching the search feature.

Easily end collaboration on Hubs
People should have a quick and easy way to remove a Hub from the Hubs gallery. Right now, you have to dive fairly deep into the share menu. It isn't intuitive for end-users.

Allow us to put some sort of "Official" Badge on Hubs
Admins should be able to mark official company Hubs to distinguish them from Hubs that organically appear due to team needs. While the latter is great, it would be nice to be able to pin/mark Leadership or HR hubs, for example, to the top of the gallery.

Option to send notifications when a change is made to a shared file
Have an option to send notifications whenever a change is made to a shared file. I don't want this for every file all the time, but in certain situations this is very helpful - for example, when I'm asking people to add information to an Excel sheet.

I want to set the file update interval to every 5 seconds.
Box Drive accesses the BOX servers every second, so 10 million access logs are logged per month. To control this, we would like to be able to set the update time of files and folders.

Box File Request: Requests the ability to delete uploaded files by Content Submitters
If the Content Submitters uploads a file while logged in with their Box account, please add a feature that allows the Content Submitters to be given delete permission the uploaded file within a set time (e.g. 15 minutes after upload).

Have "everywhere" as default for Box Search.
Can you please have "Everywhere" as default for Box Search. It is very annoying having to click "Everywhere" button every time I do a Box search.

Suppression List Query & Management
The new tool in the admin prompt to release users from the suppression list is half a solution. We need the ability to query for any of our users on the list. It would also be great if we got a notification when a user with our domain showed up on the list so that we could know to go in and remove them before they end up getting angry at Box for "not working."

Folder Sync Prioritization from User
Box Sync Prioritization**
I know my coworker has been working in Folder A, and has uploaded or updated new documents.
We are handing off the project, and so I know I need to access them as soon as I can...
I should be able to hit prioritize Folder A so that that is the first set of files that need to be synced to my system. Folder A gets pushed to the front of the queue and all other files get put on hold until I get what I need synced. This could save me hours.

Ability to set metadata editing permissions
Currently, metadata can be edited using anything other than the viewer or previewer.
I would like to see a feature added that allows only administrator privileges to edit metadata, while other privileges can only view metadata (but cannot edit it).メタデータの編集権限を設定可とする機能の要望

Exclude certified eco-solutions from Device Trust Requirements' setting
I think that when I enable the setting for "Web App & 3rd Party Apps" in the Device Trust Requirements, the certified EcoSolutions are also restricted.
We would like to exclude certified eco-solutions from Device Trust Requirements like Box’s applications, so we request specification change to allow "3rdParty Apps" to be specified in a whitelist or blacklist format.デバイストラストの設定の際、(Web App & 3rdParty Apps）を有効化した場合、認定エコソリューションについても制限されるとの認識です。

Decode expired Box Links
We have had users create Box Links to various files and folders and by default these links expire. If the employee who created the link leaves the company there is no easy way to decode the location path that the link is associated with. Box creates the links it should be able to decode and discern the location the link is referencing.

Fix "missing" files bug in Box Drive
Please fix the "missing" files bug with Box Drive which has been an issue for years. I'm honestly getting tired of having to tell my users to log out and log back in to clear app cache to fix the issue. It keeps happening after updates. I don't understand why this is so unreliable.
