Remove Collaborator Access Policy Security Control in Shield
When creating an access policy in Shield, there needs to be a security control that removes a collaborator after a specific period of time or on a specific date. It would work very similar to the "Invited Collaborators Expiration Settings" option that is available in the Admin Console under the Content and Sharing tab, but would be tied to a classification setting.

Candidate destinations are not displayed when inviting files to collaborate(Box for iOS)
Box for iPhone/iPad and Box for EMM don't offer suggested recipients when you invite collaborators to a file.
When inviting a collaboration to a folder, a list of possible recipients is displayed. Please do the same in the mentioned app.

Opening the "Reports" menu, "Create Report" appears by default.
When we open a "report" from the admin console, we will now see "Report Status" board.
Before the "Report Status" board was created, "Report Create" was the first thing that was displayed.The main purpose of opening the "report" page is to create a report.
The Report Status is a page to check when something happens, so it is not the main recognition.At the moment we have to click on the "Create Report" tab whenever we want to create a report.

Insights map uses wrong geoip database
We have noticed that the map displayed on the insights page does not use the same information the report attached to the map does. On the map we see connections to countries that are not in the report.
This massively reduces the value of the map and has raised multiple security alerts, as we see connections from countries on our "forbidden list" that we cannot explain with the report.
Lack of correct information is removing trust in the overall solution in our security department. This should be fixed soon.

Ability for admins to see tenant wide API call trend insight dashboard in Admin or Dev Console
Platform Activity report could be used to find out daily API calls for each and every single registered apps. But it requires Excel to summarize to grasp overall tenant-wide API call trends.
Since this is hard for the admins to track if API calls exceed allowed number of calls or not, it would be ideal for admins to see tenant-wide API call trend insight dashboard from Admin or Dev Console.

Uploader Name in Metadata / extractable form
Hey there, would love to have the ability to take the uploader name from the metadata, or something similar. Our workflows require files to be renamed for archive with that information, and having it in a metadata form would enable us to fully automate that process, rather than have it semi-automated as it is currently. I want to restrict the installation of the desktop application by user
Is it possible to add a feature to the management console that allows me to limit the installation of desktop applications (Box Drive, Box Note, etc.) per managed user?
Once this is achieved, there will be more control over which desktop applications a corporate user can install.

File uploads are extremely slow.
File uploads are extremely slow. For example, a group of 3 x 20Mb files might take an entire day to upload on a 5mb.s connection. This has happened in the past 3-4 weeks.
I found the root cause of it. I am in New Zealand and redirected to the Tokyo server, which is very very slow. I verified that this upload path is an issue thus:
Tried to upload a 20Mb file using browser (via Tokyo) - 2 hrs later the file was at 20% upload. Cancelled the upload.

I want to lock an instance's value of a metadata template
Given that a template has multi-select that has A, B and C as value. Currently, if a user has attached an Instance of a Template to a file, on that Instance, a multi-select field has the value of “B”. If the Template is updated so that multi-select option “B” is changed to “D”, then that change will also affect the value in the Instance (and all other Instances of the Template). All FQDNs should be published in a Json file
The FQDN you are publishing is incomplete and Box Edit fails to upload the file when I configure FW based on this content.

permanently purge file version history
Hello,
We have a use case that we use box as a temporary storage location in a workflow. But once the workflow is finished, we would like to purge the information but "keep" the same boxfileid. We thought by deleting the version history, we would have achieved this. But it turns out the deleted version history is restorable.
I am wondering if it is possible to
(1) optionally make a file "not" able to store version history

Customize frequency of task email notifications
Currently there are 3 emails when assigning a task.
-First email is when the task is assigned
-Second email is a reminder that the task is due (one day before)

Default Collaboration Role, Allow all Seven options at Admin level that are available to users
Please allow the ability to set Default Collaboration Role in Admin console to any of the seven options that are currently available at the user level.
Currently the only options are Editor or Viewer. Thats not enough flexibility for Box Admins.

Be able to tag files from iOS devices within the Box app. This will be helpful for people on the go who want to be able to do tasks from their iPhone or iPad.

Comparing Saved Versions
Box automatically saves versions of documents, but no one in my company can use this feature because there's no way to compare versions of these document (i.e. run redlines).
Example: If I share a Word document with a client and they make revisions, I can see a new version was saved but I have no idea what they changed.
The automatic version saving is an OK tool if I'm the only one using the document, but it's not effective for multiple drafters.

Provide the ability to allow co-owners to manage trashed items in Item I Own
Currently only owner's can manage item trashed by others under folders they own, we would like co-owners of items have the same ability as owners to be able to manage trashed items under Items I Own or add another filter Items I Co-Own. Office 365 Image profile should be used as profile picture on Box website when Azure SSO is setup
Office 365 Image profile should be used as profile picture on Box website when Azure SSO is setup. I noticed all Box accounts created via Azure SSO have a silhouette as the image. Would be great if it can pull the image from Office 365 profile.
