Box drive - DIsk full because of "offline files"
The hard drive of my computer is full (or a small free space available) because Box Drive is using a large part of the free space to load files that I don't want to see, they should stay in the cloud. I want to see on my computer only the files that are configured for "Off Line" access. Today there are more than 50 Gbytes on my computer that are useless.
With box sync, I didn't get this issue, it's a new problem specific to box drive.

Box Drive performance
Drive is unstable and crashes quite easily when many items are copied. We hope Drive be robust and stable enough for batch/powershell scripted copy/move/etc.

Box CLI - need more output options for folders:items.
Specific to "box folders:items" but probably other commands as well:
1) If I'm asking for --csv, AND specifying the fields via --fields=, I don't need a header telling me the fields I just requested. I'd like an option to disable the header, or default disable it and make me add it back.
2) If I'm asking for specific fields as --csv, give me just those fields. If I'm asking for --fields=id I don't want it served back to me as "folder,#", I don't want to know it's a folder. If I later do something against that ID that is not…

We are not planning on changing --csv or --json behaviour in CLI.
Fields ID and Type are returned by API by default and removing them from the CLI would mean to modify the existing CLI behaviour.

Delete accounts on "Inactive" status
I’m hoping you can allow us to delete inactive account regardless of what is in their trash can, that’s just ridiculous. Please make this change so we can self- manage our Box accounts.

Shared Link Comments
We share our creative to our clients using shareable links. It would be great if non-box users had the ability to make comments on the files shared. We are switching over from dropbox and that was a feature that we use with our clients on a very regular basis. It gives us the ability to have all of their feedback in one place.
Please let me know if this is doable. It's top priority for our team :)

Box for office integration COM add-in problem
Box for Office causing “Outlook detected a COM add-in problem” . We know that there is a workaround by modifying the registry keys. However, modifying the registry keys a very hard change for the end user so that the customer is asking us to improve this as product.

Past/Completed Tasks and Comments Deletion
Completed tasks stay in the activity chain on any given file. This along with a long list of comments stalls the activity window while it tries to cache all of the past and current comments and tasks. Currently we have our users deleting old comments but we can't delete completed tasks. We need a way to delete old history in the activity window for any given file or your system needs to cache the activity so it appears instantly, sometimes it takes more than five minutes to be able to make new comments/tasks around a file.

Google
Integrate Box as an additional "drive" in Google Drive. This would allow people to easily share documents from within Google Drive using Box. All of my templates are in Drive, I do real-time collaboration in Google Drive, none of which is currently doable in Box.

Box Drive status bar icon
When clicking the "box" icon pinned to the windows status bar, it opens up a search pop-up. Using Box Sync, clicking the icon pinned to the status bar would open up a new windows explorer window.
With box drive, you have to right-click the icon, then click "open box folder". I would like the option to change this to function like Box Sync did.

Show list of co-admins
In the admin console > users & groups, it would be helpful if more than three co-admins were listed in the panel on the right side. Currently, even though I have more than 3 co-admins for my Box instance, only three of them show up in the list of Co-admins on the right side.

Limit the number of Box files/folders that can be Marked for Offline use
We would like to limit the Box files/folders that we can Mark for Offline use, like what we currently have when modifying Box drive’s cache limit.

Contents Security should report the cause of policy violation
When [Contents Security] catches a policy violation, Box tells the name of policy only. So Box users need to find the violation data though the file. If Box can explain a detail point of violation, it will help users to understand and find the cause of violation quickly and easily.

For User Activity Reports, include all services that triggered actions, since some actions (Download, Undelete, and Trash) do not always include the service involved in the report.

Allow Box Drive Folders to be added to Windows Library
My company has a lot of folders on Box, but only a few are relevant to what I do. In order to facilitate quicker access to the folders I use I created a Windows Library (Windows 10) and attempted to add the Box Drive folders I use to the Windows Library. But my attempts to do this resulted in Windows displaying a message "This folder can't be included because it is on a removable device" even though the Box Folder is on my Computer's C Drive. Add new event types to BOX event stream
We need to get the following event types added to BOX event stream for Splunk consumption to meet Cyber Security requirements:
- Changed box drive mark for offline feature.
- Added domain to collaboration whitelist.
- Removed domain from collaboration whitelist.
- Restrict external collaborators from inviting other external collaborators.
- External link availability.
- Block ownership transfer to external users.
- Enabled strong password for external collaborators.
- Tracking for enterprise.

Box integration with Gsuite enhancement
1) Can we get some sort of pass through mechanism to allow users to share out a Google editing URL to each other and automatically be given access to the item in Box and open the item in a Google editing session
2) Requesting a change to the behavior in Box when a file is in an open editing session in Google.

Ability to search by "co-owner" or "editor", I see we can "sort by owners" but that doesn't do any good for users.
We have detailers come in all the time we would like to be able to sort at the "All Folder" zone by "co-owner" or "editor" to ensure detailer gets put in all applicable folders. I see sort by "owner" but no one is that high in the group. the highest we're at is "co-owner" . the sorting feature would allow us to find, add and remove person(s) from folder(s) without having to open every folder and sort through all the users.
