Allow classifications to only be visible and usable to some users.
Allow classifications to only be visible and usable to some users. We use classifications and access policies for specific domain whitelisting. We currently do not allow external collaboration with personal webmail domains for obvious reasons. But some departments like recruiting would need to share content with personal webmail domains. We would like to create a classification/access policy combo that permits this but is ONLY visible to specified users/groups. Thinking of a option like how you can whitelist relay and other features for certain users. Have that same option with classifications. That way the whole org can't use that classification just…

Add an identifier that ADFS can find that app is Box for EMM in User-Agent.
Could you please consider adding an identifier that ADFS can find that app is Box for EMM in User-Agent.
We found Box for EMM does not include any identifier like "Box for EMM" in its User-Agent when doing authentication with MAM checked-in. We just only allow access that "Box for EMM" includes in User-Agent. Therefore, ADFS cannot determine whether an application is Box for EMM or not and the user is unable to access from Box for EMM.

SQ1
I purchased a new Microsoft Surface Pro X and it uses a Microsoft SQ1 processor. Box Drive currently does not work with this processor. As we are rolling out these Surface Pro X's with our company it would be great to get box drive to work with the new SQ1 processor.

Popups
When someone who is not logged in and doesn't have an account uses a public link to a folder in order to download a file, they get a popup that says "Your download is in progress," but at the bottom it says "In the meantime, log in to Box to save files you view in your Recents and upload, share and comment on the content you care about most."
That text is very misleading and is confusing people when they're just trying to download files. Can I disable that popup? If not, I strongly urge you to revise the way…

Collaboration List
Users show up twice in Collaboration list if they invite with the following steps. Steps 1.Folder A -> Folder B 2.User A is collaborated on Folder B. 3.User B then adds User A as a collaborator on Folder A. 4.User A shows up twice in collaboration list. We would like Box to show up once in the scenario because it isn't easy to find properly permission when inviting many collaborator.

Make it more obvious that there are multiple pages of documents
Lists of files and folders may continue onto more than one page. Make the "2 of 2" at the bottom of the list very large and explicitly add a "See more" label next to the pagination. It is far too easy to not notice that there is more than one page of files, which leads to quality isssues.

Download notification when opening a file
Currently. Download notification. Opening a file through Drive, which downloads the file on demand, and does not trigger this notification. For example, user A download a file through Drive, Folder owner B doesn't receive download notification although the folderset download notification in Folder settings. The download event should trigger sending notification. Expected Behavior: Opening a file through Drive, which downloads the file on demand, and it triggers this notification. Steps to Reproduce: 1. View and configure enterprise webhooks in the UI
Provide a UI where we can see the webhooks that have been created across our enterprise applications. We have had some webhooks deleted because of users deleting folders or webhooks. Also, we have a case where a webhook stopped triggering. After calling the 'list all webhooks' api, we don't see that webhook created. No one has deleted it so it's difficult to understand what happened to this webhook trigger.

Have cursor be in New Folder name input upon selecting New/Folder
This used to happen automatically but now when a user creates a new folder, they have to click into the folder name input box; last month, this was not an issue (i.e., when a user clicked New, then Folder, they could instantly start typing the name of the new folder and then click Create to make the folder).

Read Enterprise Settings using API
Is there a way to read Enterprise Settings using API? That would be much beneficial where the Admin can choose certain settings like Storage and there wont be a necessity to change the Code every time the Admin wants to change the settings. The API can read the existing settings and manage users based on those configurations. Currently, the application that manages Box accounts has to store those locally and every time there is a change in those settings, that calls for a Change management and code deployment.

Add ability to get a user's collaborations via API
Since there is a function to get a list of invitations to the group, I want to provide the same to the users.

In the interim, you can identify all of a user’s collaborations by requesting items in the user’s root folder (id = 0) and filtering out those where the owned_by user is the current user. This would require an additional API call for each item to get the collaboration id, but if you are only interested in knowing which items re collaborated versus owned by the user, it may be sufficient for your purposes.

Time to complete task including / excluding weekends
A customer I am working with would like to add the flexibility to include or exclude weekends when adding a time to complete tasks. This would make more business sense to end users to not include weekends when assigning a time to complete, and would make for a more standard business process. It would make it easier when creating relay workflows to assign a task that needs to be completed in two business days rather than just two days. Add the automatic deletion function of external collaborators account
Request: Add the automatic deletion function of external collaborators account
Please add automatically delete function linked to the deletion of his company's Box account.
Reason: Even if he changes jobs, he can still log-in to Box using his old e-mail accounts.
We cannot control the collaborators' job change, and we cannot grasp it in a timely catch-up of his situation.

Add the ability in Relay to move the parent folder in addition to moving the file the triggered the relay workflow
Currently, I'm able to use Metadata to trigger a relay on a specific file. When this happens, I'd like to have the ability to move the folder that the file is in, and not just the file. Currently, I'm only able to move the file and that doesn't work when we have multiple files that would need to be moved in the same folder. It's simpler to just move the folder that the file is in.

Have a Sync Now option for files
Box Sync on Windows 10 consistently fails to sync, but claims to be up to date. I can see the actual current version on the website, by my local persistently stays several versions back. Fixing that would be great, but also just giving a way to say, "I know you think you're up to date, but sync anyway" would make this less frustrating.

Classification definition
Currently when classifying a document it is only possible to see the top 2-3 lines and is not rich text therefore doesn't support returns, bold type, links, bulleted lists or colour.
