Reports/Notifications on Instant Login use
Generate reports and/or notify others when admins use Instant Login. Admins could potentially view sensitive content when logged on as another user.

PDF bookmark support for Android devices
We would like to see full implementation of PDF bookmark support for Android devices, similar to what the current iOS application offers. At present, there is an icon & text that indicates bookmarks should be accessible for PDFs, but in actuality the feature non-functional and not supported yet.

Box Invitation
When Box Invitations are sent to users, it comes from a do not reply email, but displays the users full name that is sending the invitation. This causes confusion for collaborators who try and respond to the email. There needs to be a template email that can be added to the invitation when sent, or an auto response if a collaborator tries and responds to the do not reply email.

Additional Relay Approval options beyond Go to Outcome 1 and End the flow
When using an approval task and sending a notification you are given two options, End the flow and Go to outcome 1. I'd like to be able to advise it to go to Outcome 2 or Outcome 3 of the workflow so things are more flexible in more complex workflows.

Prevent Co-owner from assigning Co-owner to other users
We would like to see the option to prevent a user with Co-owner permission from being able to assign Co-owner permission to other user's.

Please add the ability to password-protect Box Notes.
Hi..I'd really, really, really love to be able to password-protect Box Notes.
I'm not talking about sharing things via links, rather... have docs I keep on my home computer that I regularly access on my phone. On the phone is fine -- I have the Box app set up to require FaceID to open it -- but on my home computer, there's no security (besides the password to simply log into my actual computer). It would be great if there was active protection on Notes everywhere.

Pull all embed widget links from folder of documents
My company uses a lot of analytics dashboards. I have the need to connect a large folder of documents with the dashboards, and am unable to copy and past 10000+ widget links in order to give previews.

I cannot use the box application the same way I use my macpro server or windows server drives.
Would be nice on enterprise files that you allow me to use BOX in the same way I use MacPro or windows server application. Limiting my files and the speed they can use has pushed me to go to AWS and use it natively - ie not use your application because I cannot backup my VMWARE fusion files.

Email notifications
It appears that as an Admin, I am unable to set up email notifications for my outside users. I was able to set up email notifications for outside users when we used Sharefile. My outside users expect me to set up these email notifications. It would be nice if Box had the same feature. Thanks!

Display the "Notes" section of MS PowerPoint files
When I open a PPT file in a browser (say Firefox), it would be nice if the box preview could also display the "Notes" section associated with the PPT file under each slide, in the default view. Right now, my workaround is opening the file with MS PPT Online, and clicking on the "Notes" section at the bottom to expand and display any notes associated with individual slides.

box app should open other apps in their own instance
It's very annoying when using box mobile (android) that when I want to send a file it opens the other apps inside the box instance and not in their own processes. For example a photo gets opened in f-stop which then shares to social media app but then all have to back out to get back to the box folder I started in and I can't keep any of those apps open where they were which in this case prevents adding a second photo to the same posts. I don't see this same trapped behavior in other apps.

When restoring a version, keep the original Modified Date
When restoring a version, keep the original Modified Date. Creating a new modified date implies that the file was modified when it was not. Versions should be restored to previous state.

Allow for * wildcard domains for allowed domains on enterprise settings.

Please enable autoplay for multiple files in a folder
You used to be able to enable autoplay for files in a box folder. Now, even if you click on "enable" for autoplay, it does not. Why????

Option to disable preview of PDFs on phone
When I open PDF on iPhone it displays correctly but box preview seems to be ignoring multiply/darken layers and just display them without this. This causes white boxes and images being cut one from another.

thank you for your feedback. This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. After reviewing the shared folder and files we can confirm that preview works fine now.

return version to a date of all file in a folder, or all selected files.
Today is possible to do this only if I open each file and select version, with a lot of clicks1 vote
