Box Sign Relay integration to collect approved documents without naming a specific SoureFolder
Extension Integration of Box Sign and Relay. Possibility to move all signed documents to a target folder. Currently, a specific source folder must be named. This means that it is currently not possible to forward all signed documents (regardless of where they were saved) to a central destination folder.

Additional security to Box Sign links in "completed" emails
Box Sign sends an email to a signer (subject "Completed: [name of document]") after all the documents have been signed. This link gives anyone with the link access to the document in question with no additional authentication (e.g. MFA, password, Box login) needed. This link skips folder or Box Shield settings restricting the use of shared links and cannot be manually removed or expired. Email, without any additional protections, is not considered secure enough for transmittal of certain types of protected information (e.g. patient health information under HIPAA). A bad actor who grabs this post-signing email from a patient who signed a form could use the link to access that patient's health information. Therefore Box Sign in it's current state cannot be used with any forms that ask for this kind of sensitive data. I would request an ability to turn off these post-signing links.

Ability for Admin to force users to log out
For security reasons, we have made SSO login mandatory for Box tenants.
However, even though SSO login is mandatory, some users seem to keep logging in from their browsers with the IDs and passwords they set in the past.Since it is difficult to identify which users are using Box without SSO login, the administrator would like to force all users to log out.

Shortcut Function for Instant Bookmark Creation
I suggest the implementation of a "Shortcut Function" for immediate bookmark creation when issuing a shared link. Here's how it would work:
Procedure: Right-click on the file or folder intended for bookmarking.
Functionality: A new bookmark (file) is instantly generated and stored in the same folder.
Result: A shared link is automatically associated with the targeted file or folder, with default access permissions.The generated bookmark can be easily moved or duplicated to necessary folders, serving as a centralized shortcut for convenient access to the targeted file or folder.

Include Specific Changes to User Privileges in User Activity Report
When running a user activity report that displays changes to a user's privileges, would like to view the specific settings that were edited.
Example: A user's/co-admin's privileges for the "Restrict External Collaboration" was checked at an unknown time. Would like to be able to check which user made this change and when the change was made.

AI Photo enhancement
Photo enhancement – “fills in the pixilated blanks” on a photo so that it is clearer and perhaps more flexible to be zoomed. We get a lot of cellphone pictures for potential use that are framed nicely but low quality.

Add the ability to fix scrollbars in tables
We make great use of the table feature of Box Notes and often create tables with a huge number of columns.
A while ago the UI was changed and scrollbars became available.
However, the longer the table is, the longer it takes to get to the scrollbar, because the scrollbar does not appear until I get to the bottom row.
I have to go further just to find the scroll bars, and I find this operation laborious.
Therefore, we would like the scrollbar to be fixed so that it always appears at the bottom of the table currently displayed on the screen.（In Japanese/日本語）

STOP making online only files if i didn't want.
I save a project on box folder, put to make available offline, and then next day cant open it wasn't available, and have to wait hours to edit again, how can i make to that not happen again?

Canvas feature improvements
After trying Canvas it looks like in order to get more use out of this compared to other open white board on the market it really does need allow more flexibility and improvements such as:
- Ability to allow GIF's for presentations.
- Allow links/ bookmark to files within box within a text box.
- Allow preview box of a video or crop a video within box to show a snippet of the video for presentation.
- Allow a preview link/ bookmark to Audio file to play.
- Currently drawn notes or shapes only allow corners to expand, it would help to add in side anchor points to adjust size on the edges as well.
- Allow links from anything made within canvas to link/ bookmark to any box file type.
- Have notifications notify all users added to the Canvas or invited to let them know if a user is updating the Canvas.
- Improve the bottom left overview map to be able to click on the zone to jump to that location.
- Ability to save your own templates and access them in the templates button and reuse them for future use.
- Allow a user name/ time/ date stamp to add to each object added by a user so other users know who added the object and when.
- Allow comment box or note box to be added to each object within canvas OR provide a link to that object within the comments pane on the right hand side for users to be able to link what they have done.
- Add in animations for more flare and general interesting improvements to the look of the canvas. Example : animated note outlines/ animated flow arrows linking objects
- Ability to add and create basic tables with links/ bookmarks within them from the text.
- Ability to add in zoom in animation for presentations to move seamlessly to each zone specified or specific object.
- Ability to produce presentations with an active popup/ media pane that has a back/ forward/ play function.
- Ability to select multiple objects and group them together
- Ability to link text box or whole group to a box task
- Ability to import links to other features Example: Box note/ word/ google docs... etc etc
- Add a 'Help' popup window that shows a list of shortcuts that the user can use. Right now after testing it a little i know i can use on a mac: Copy, paste, duplicate. I am unsure what else i can do.
I really appreciate the idea of having Canvas for box.com this is a great addition so i really hope features like these get added in as you see these features in allot of whiteboards online. Thank you for Canvas so far its a nice addition i look forward to seeing what comes next.

Ability to control whether or not a user can un-invite himself/herself.

translation of classifications
I have a lot of managed languages in Box but classifications are not translated. It would be great if we could have only one classification (with its description) while today I have to create multiple ones (in English, French, Japanese, etc.)..

Admin view - Users and Groups
the current filters don't let me choose just managed users, it includes appusers which I do not want to see. I also need to filter by the date added. The old UI design had this and it was very helpful, the new design is missing it.

Platform Insights - Show Cumulative Graph for monthly API usage
The graph on the Platform Insights page show the API usage per day using a line graph. It'll be great to be switch between this graph and "Cumulative" graph so that I can clearly see how many APIs I'm using across the month, and how I'm tracking against my API allocation.
This way, it's easy for me as an Admin to understand if I'm tracking to go over my API allocation for the month and can investigate further (is it a new application? is a current application using more APIs? etc).

Metadata should be added to the "Classification Report" as an optional column like it is in the "Files and Folders" report.

Review Document button unreadable in desktop Outlook
When a sign request email is sent, the "Review Document" button renders as a black-and-blue square without any text in the desktop Outlook client (tested on Version 2401 build 17231.20194, but widely repeatable across our company). Downloading Pictures (a common fix for Outlook formatting issues) does not fix this issue.
Opening the same email in Outlook for Web, Outlook Mobile, Gmail, and other email clients renders the Review Document button correctly. Competitor products all render their equivalent of the Review Document button correctly in all variants of Outlook.
Given the prevalence of Outlook in corporate environments, this makes documents sent via Box Sign look unnecessarily amateur.
