I would like to see functionality added to the terminate_sessions API to delete cache information.
When an administrator deletes BoxDrive session information, the cache remains.
Even if an administrator deletes BoxDrive session information using the terminatesessions API, the cache will remain on the user side because this API is different from normal logoff.
In this situation, even if the user loses the authority to handle the data, the data remains at hand, which may cause a security incident by a malicious user.
Therefore, we would like to add a function to delete cache information when the terminatesessions API is executed.
In the above difficult case (because deleting the client's cache seems difficult due to the nature of the API)
If the above is not possible (due to the nature of the API, it would be difficult to delete the client cache), please consider adding a function that allows the user to select whether or not to leave the cache in BoxDrive.
(In the case of deleting the cache, it would be like deleting the cache when closing a file opened from BoxDrive.)(Japanese)

terminate_sessions APIを用いて管理者がBoxDriveのセッション情報を削除しても、本APIは通常のログオフとは異なるため、ユーザ側にキャッシュが残ってしまいます。このままの状態だと、ユーザが当該データを取り扱う権限を失っても手元にデータが残るため、悪意のあるユーザによってセキュリティ事故が起きてしまう可能性があります。
そのため、terminate_sessions API実行時にキャッシュ情報の削除を機能追加いただけないでしょうか。

Block uploads to Sharepoint and OneDrive from Teams iOS and Android
Despite being set as a Box only environment in Teams, users who upload files to Teams in iOS and Android are still uploaded to Sharepoint and/or One Drive by default

Increase Upload File Size Limit
Currently, the Upload File Size Limit for Enterprise Plus is 150 GB. The ask is to increase this upload limit, ideally up to 1 TB.
20 votesWe have raised our file size limit to 500GB for customers with the Enterprise Advanced plan, and are evaluating further enhancements in the future, but we do not have any changes planned in our near term roadmap at this time.

Allow data migration from local mac source.
We would like to use Box Shuttle (now available to Business- and Enterprise-Accouts) to transfer our locally stored data to Box and use Box as our main data management system. But Box Shuttle does currently not allow Mac as a local data source. Shuttle is only usable with Windows.

We would like the ability to search by "items I have deleted" in the trash.
When searching for items in the Box recycle bin, the "Search only in recycle bin" function will search for items in the entire recycle bin.
However, if there are a large number of items in the recycle bin, it will take time to search for the needed item.

View total Folder size in web app without requiring an Admin run a report.
Users and Content managers require the ability to see the size of a folder they have access permissions to without having to reach out to an admin and run a report.
We are aware of the admins being able to run reports, as well as users being able to see the individual file sizes, but when multiple files need to be downloaded or handled via folder box user needs to contact us on the admin side to do any cursory decision making or review hundred and sometimes thousands of files individually just to simply get a total file size of a folder they have edit or own permissions to.

Box Drive support for bookmarks to files and folders
Box Web allows you to paste a link to a file or folder as a bookmark to quickly jump to that location. It would be great to have this work for Box Drive as well. The main use case is that we are moving from traditional Windows file shares to Box Drive. The experience is similar in that the files and folders are mapped in a hierarchical structure. The issue we are having is that some departments rely on Windows shortcuts to jump from one location to another in the shared drive.
The bookmark functionality seems to be able to function as a traditional shortcut, but they don't show up in Box Drive.

Vision Pro
Boxer posting on behalf of a customer:
Box for Apple Vision Pro is not using the same API as the iPad app and doesn't show up in the 'Files' browser.
Because of this oversight none of the Apple apps can use files in the box browser the way they do on iPadOS. No collaboration or work on files in box is possible.
Not sure why you would bother making a Vision Pro app, is it only to view files?
Please pull the Vision Pro app from the store and allow us to use the iPadOS app on apple vision. I'm really surprised you don't have numbers, pages, keynote integration. The iPadOS app would have been a better choice since it would have integrated with these files.

Currently the Adobe Sign integration with Box produces multiple files for each stage of the sign process instead of saving 1 single file
Currently the Adobe Sign integration produces multiple files for each stage of the sign process (e.g. sent, in-progress, complete). It would be great if those files could be versions of a single file.

Box Drive Apple Finder notification and not just small amber sign for sync failure.
Users are regularly experiencing issues with multiple file not syncing (incorrect naming or spaces etc) but the only notification to them is a small amber sign on the files syncing which they miss. Please can we have a larger warning in Apples notifications or Finder window similar to a local server error?

Shield alert to show more than 90 days
Currently the Shield dashboard only show up to 90 days of alerts.

Prepare documents for signature within the embedded signing experience
My prospect is a software company for freight, shipping & analytics looking to revamp their doc management and eSign process. They have a high volume of docs, like rate confirmations letters, that need to be sent from brokers to carriers for signature. We have run into a technical gap that Box Platform + Box Sign do not have an API for doc prep in an iFrame. Doc Prep URL as it stands today cannot be embedded. Prospect does not want brokers to go outside of portal to a Box URL window.

Box for Slack integration does not trigger a notification for uploads
Box for Slack integration currently does not notify when files are uploaded to a folder. Please add this functionality to allow users to be notified whenever a file is uploaded.
