Box Shared links, If it was currently disabled at Enterprise setting level. But, we want that feature to be enabled for One folder where we can shared to General Public, is there any option we can enable that shared link to one folder ? Box Shared Link should be enabled at folder level.

I would like to have the ability to display folders fixed on Box Drive search.
We are aware that the search function of the Box Drive requires a search to be performed each time.
Since it is time-consuming to search each time, we would like a setting function that allows the desired folder to be displayed (arbitrarily selected) when the Box Drive search screen is launched so that folders can be easily checked.(Japanese)

Enable spell check in Annotation comments
Annotation comment pop up windows do not currently have a spell check function. Comments can be modified under the activity section, but spell check doesn't work there either.

Edit Locked files when Co-Authoring is turned on by the user trying to edit
Our workflow uses both coauthoring and often requires locking files to prevent others from editing while in use. The new coauthoring with Office locks out the user that is trying to edit the file. It would be nice to be able to use both when needed. Now, if a user tries to lock a file to prevent access to it while editing, that same user that locked the file is prevented from editing it. Or maybe add an additional option to edit and lock.

Change Login Without Confirmation
We should be able to use the API/CLI to change a user's login to a new unconfirmed email without requiring their confirmation. This would mirror the behavior available though the Box Admin Console web page.
With the usage of SSO it is critical that the SSO Provider user email address and the Box login address remain the same. It is currently possible to use the API/CLI to add a new alias, have the user confirm it, and set that as the Box login ID. I feel it would be best to avoid the confirmation step.
This way we could automate the user email change process to cover both the SSO account and the Box account.

Transfer Workflow Ownership (not sending it as a template but as a workflow)
Recently the workflow ownership transfer has been released.

There is a need to transfer the actual workflow for below reasons:
- the new owner needs to check the past workflow activity but with the template it is not possible
- since it is a template, the new owner still needs to make the workflow

Improve metadata search UI design.
We are currently confined to a small box with scroll bars when using Metadata search. Please improve the UI design so we can see all the fields without having to scroll (pop-out, iFrame, etc.)

Allow for conditional rules-based retention policy.
Example: For a dealer we need to see what the newest document is based on a metadata field. The field is corporate copy date.
If that is greater than 7 years, then delete all documents with that dealer id.
You need to get a list of all dealer id’s and find the newest corporate copy date. If any dealer id's are greater than 7 years, delete all for that dealer. In a nutshell, we need to hold 7 years of data after there has been an interaction with a dealer.2 votes -

Allow Box Relay functionality when access policies are applied in Box shield
There is an issue where Box Relay functionality is restricted when applying access policies in Box shield.
This is not the behavior that Box users expect and is very inconvenient, so please improve it.[Cases in which restrictions occur]
・Access Policy > Security Controls > Downloading and Printing Restrictions > Insert settings for internal use.
※[For Box web apps]・[For Mobile]・[For Box desktops] Enter one of these settings.
・Errors occur when Box Relay is run from an environment that differs from the access policy behavior.。Example）
・Set only mobile access policy for internal use.
・Triggering the Box Relay：upload、Result：Set up a copy
・Uploading from a web browser to a folder with the above settings results in an error.(In Japanese)

Clear mobile connections after 90 days
As a security measure and to control the mobile device limit, would like to see the ability to clear mobile devices that have not bee logged into within a 90 day period.

It is confusing to clients that receive files from us in Box, that do not need them to have an account, when the link points to a splash screen that displays a prominent green 'Go To My Account' button in the top right corner. Below the button is the download link, but it is a nondescript grey down arrow without any text indicating that this is how to download. Many clients are confused and we get callbacks about not being able to download or log in. Please change it so the download link is at the top and is labeled Download and has high-visibility color and design. A link offering the option to sign up or log in should be less prominent.

Select all the files in the folder and easily move or copy them
I need a feature that allows me to select all the files in a folder (or similar features) and easily move or copy them.
Because, when we use "Ctrl + A" to select all the files, it takes a lot of time to load all the items, so it's not possible to actually select all the files in the folder with "Ctrl + A".7 votes -
External files are displayed in Content Manager
The External Collaboration Report outputs folders and files that are invited from outside as "external folder" and "external file".
The Content Manager only displays external folders, which is not consistent.
Therefore, we would like the external folders to be displayed in the Content Manager as well.2 votes -

Document Expiration Reminder Set up
I would like to request for additional features that we are looking for. It is regarding the Document Expiration Reminder.

I want to share only the necessary folders and files on the BOX drive
Since it is troublesome to access BOX.com, I usually access and edit the necessary folders and files from the BOX drive, but it would be convenient to be able to display only the necessary folders and files. Currently, when you open a folder with "Windows + E", all the folders and files in "All files" of BOX.com are displayed on the BOX drive, but you do not access all of these, and you can save files that are accessed infrequently. I think you should check BOX.com to confirm.

Allow Admins to STOP Email Uploads Success/Failure Notifications
We have a requirement for some groups to email reports into Box folders. When using the Email Upload functionality, Box will send the uploading user an email to confirm whether their upload completed successfully or failed. Employees receive excessive emails since we cannot stop Box from sending these confirmations.
Just make it an option in the admin console to shut off these confirmation emails.2 votes -
password reset scheduling during holidays
I am writing to request consideration of scheduling password changes to avoid peak vacation times. As a citizen developer, I do not have a dedicated team to manage these changes and it can be difficult to find time to complete the updates while also taking time off for vacation.
I understand the importance of regularly updating passwords for security purposes, but I believe that scheduling these updates during times when fewer people are likely to be on vacation would minimize disruptions and make it easier for everyone to stay on top of this important task.
