File Request+Metadata issue : Unexpected changing number via mouse operation
When requesting a number field of metadata with a file request link, the number may changes unintentionally due to the user's scrolling the mouse.

Ability to recognize a similar document to prepopulate signature, text, and other fields
In Docusign, we can upload a document and place the signature and text box fields required to save it as a template. Then later, when we upload that same document generated from our software (that is populated with the deal specific information), it recognizes a matching document as a template, so it places the fields without us having to manually place them. Using a template doesn't work since each contract has different information and it would be more information to manually transcribe than generate and place signatures.

Enable default classification of MIP / Purview marked content from outside our tenant
We have multiple Microsoft Tenants and one Box EID. The challenge with this is that Shield only enables us to map sensitivity labels from one tenant. As a result we have a lot of information in our Box environment that is MIP marked but carries no Shield classification. It would be ideal to enable a default Shield classification for to be applied to data that has come from outside our MIP tenant. That way we can at notify users that additional controls may affect the document beyond those that Shield is enforcing, and smooth the gaps between our multi-tenancy in MS. This may also be useful for documents coming from third parties.

Box Sign Completed Document Sent Via Email
It would be great with Box Sign, if when a document is completed the email also includes a copy of the document, not just a link

Need API to download files from Trashed folders
As of now we can able to download files from Trash, but when we try to download files from the folder that is trashed by user under legalhold, we can't do it. This is a gap in edisocvery process. Can you please publish the API endpoint to download the files from trashed folders as well? We can't tamper the user data.
Same kind of request available in these 2 places well.

Enable option for non-Admins to be notified about Box Shield Threat Detection.
E.g. Owner of folder is also notified. Today, only Co-Admins can get Box Shield Threat Detection notifications.

For the Create Zip Download API call, there's an issue with files with name conflicts being renamed randomly. Instead, could we provide our own file name for the file name conflicts? https://developer.box.com/reference/post-zip-downloads/#request-example

Lock Sorting Settings of Files & Folders independently
We would like to be able to lock the sorting settings of files in folders? If we sort the folders based on A-Z the files inside the folders swap to Z-A. We would want them to be fully independent from each other.

Lack of reports on copy operations to external folders
We strongly request the improvement of the display specification when the log of copying an item to an external tenant's folder is output to the report.
In the current specification, when the destination folder is an external tenant, the report only shows the copied file as "External File".
In other words, we can determine "who" copied "when" and "some file," but we cannot determine "where" and "what" was copied.We believe this is a major problem in monitoring and preventing information leaks.
I thought it was one of Box's great strengths that most of the operation logs are stored and can be checked, but I never imagined that this very important log would be output in an inadequate form.Also adding to the problem was the fact that Box Shield's classification labels do not control operations after copying to an external folder.
Currently, the only effective solution is to use Box Govenrnance's linkage restriction feature to block external invitations.
I hope this will be remedied as soon as possible as it interferes with many transactions.We strongly request the improvement of the display specification when the log of copying an item to an external tenant's folder is output to the report.

Better sorting by relevance with search terms
When I search for an exact file name, to find all copies of that file within a folder structure, the "See All Results" page does not put all the "hits" of that exact file name at the top of the list. I have to scroll down through many other files with partial hits in the name to find all copies. Why would it not sort by exact file names first, then partial file name matches, then contents ... ?

Ability to color code folders per agency within an Enterprise account while in the web portal view.
To clarify/differentiate different agencies/companies under our main Enterprise, we would love to have the ability to apply color coding to folders in order to make it easier for those individuals who have access to multiple companies.

Notifications from Box Relay aren't very useful without linking back to the file or folder
Relay is a great tool - but the Notifications aren't very useful. There is no way to link to the actual file or folder that is involved, so the user gets a very nebulous notification that is basically meaningless. Instead of being helpful, it could actually cause confusion for the user, if there are multiple activities happening at the same time.

Lock executed agreement file after signing is completed
After signing is completed users can upgrade the version of the signed file with a new file. Could we add a feature to lock the file version after all parties have signed/declines

Build native Box Search to also search the end of a text string, not only the beginning of a text string.
Specifically, my customer wants to search for a folder, ABCD1234, where searching for "ABCD" populates all folders with "ABCD" as the fore end of the nomenclature, but when searching for the tail end of the nomenclature (aka the unique, identifying text string), "1234," the specific full ABCD1234 folder is not populating in search results.

Ask users to enter their email address before viewing a file
Is there is a feature that requests/restricts a person who receives a file link to submit their email address in order to view the file. Sort of a Docsend killer.

Restrict the ability to create shared links for specific folders
I want to be able to disable the option to create a shared link on specific folders containing sensitive information. If I give access to an external collaborator, it means that I gave him an access with a username (his email) and password. i have the option to see if he downloaded or viewed the file. I don't want that external collaborator to create a shared link and send it to someone else.

Currently, it is possible to set external users as notification recipients for workflows created in Relay only under certain conditions.
Conditions：
・The folder/file is owned by the creator of the Relay Workflow.
・It is the external user who is invited to this folder/file that is set as the notification destination.There are many situations in which we want to send notifications to external users in Relay workflows.
However, in a tenant running a closed folder configuration, it is rare that the workflow creator is the owner of the folder.Request：
For managed users who are collaborating on folders and who have Relay available, all of them should be able to select external users for workflow notifications.■Relayで作成したワークフローの通知先として、フォルダへ招待している外部ユーザーを選択する機能
