Send verification email to user, on the primary email alias update on admin console
Changing primary email login on admin console for users does NOT send email with verification link to these users. I've had to troubleshoot this for every user I've attempted to make this change on. Please fix.

Ability to customize file and folder report
File & folder report execution customization has to be there So that we can run the report only for a particular or a list of the user account. Rather than running for a whole domain, Which really makes no sense on having huge reporting dumps.

Create a Box group/alias or ability to select a different name to replace the workflow owner’s name.
I’ve created several Relay workflows across the business and the issue I found is that people are reaching out to me because my name is tied to a task that is assigned to them. Often times, I do not have any context to the workflow so it results in me having to reach out to the person who started/uploaded the document. We want to avoid approvers having to reach out to the workflow owner vs. the actual owner of the program. This process would not be sustainable if it were rolled out to a larger company.
Currently Example: Hayley creates workflow in Relay > Relay is kicked off by end-user > Box assigns an approver a task. The task is assigned by the owner of the Relay workflow - “Hayley has assigned a task to Approver.”
Proposed Example: Hayley creates workflow in Relay > Relay is kicked off by end-user/uploader > Box assigns an approver a task. The task should either read - “[End-User/Uploader] has assigned a task to Approver” OR “[Alias - People Operations team] has assigned a task to Approver.”

Today, Auto Roll-In is only available via customers with SSO.

Update Email Format
Allow formatting of the email. When received on an Outlook Exchange Email Server, the button and the "Review Document" phase are the same color. Also, the copy and paste link should wrap to fit the screen instead of running the entire long URL on one line. When it is all on one line, the signer has to search and scroll side to side to find the button.

Add custom Box metadata to the data that Airtable can access through their integration
The Airtable + Box integration is very interesting but today when you link a Box folder to Airtable it only pulls over basic FILE metadata and not any of the custom metadata that maybe attached to the file or folder. If Airtable could pull the custom metadata and use that in the data view we could easily create a Metadata View of the folder that would be very useful for cases like Contracts or DAM. Metadata views was something Box was planning on the roadmap and then went away. So many customers want a metadata view of a folder this could be a great fit for Airtable!

Customized email subject for Box updates
I make Outlook email rules to keep all my projects organized, however I have multiple projects in Box . Issue being Box Update emails have zero reference to project or main folder name, so if I make a rule for Box Updates all my box updates get lumped in to one Outlook email folder. If there is any way to customize the email notifications(either custom project name or main folder name), please let me know. That would be very helpful

It is hard to identify who the owner/inviter of folder/file was when a collaboration expires and access is lost

Export menu of the Access Statistics for non-administrators

I would like you to make the access statistics export menu available to non-administrative users.
I think this can be achieved by allowing the user to select the destination folder after clicking the export menu.【Current status and issues】
Currently, only co-administrators or administrators who have the authority to output reports can export access statistics.
General users other than administrators can check the access statistics, but cannot export them to a file.The PR department has voiced the desire to export access statistics to a file.
However, we do not want to give them co-administrator privileges because of the following problems.
I don't want to give co-administrator privileges because of the following problems:
- It is possible to output reports on activities of other departments.
- The co-administrators are not covered by device trust.【Use cases (raised by users)】
- Confirmation of viewing results for videos released internally
→Format the exported file and compare it with the user list to find unviewed users

Dicom stack scroll improvements
uploaded dicoms do not scroll smoothly like on a image viewing software, this is very useful if we can sharing our results with collaborators.

Make classification labels visible without selection
Currently you must select a folder to see if it's classified. A customer of mine would prefer to see that a folder is classified without having to select it.

Prevent text files from being truncated in Preview Mode
When working with Box, we gather data which we lock down using the classification tooling within Box. This prevents engineers from downloading sensitive or customer data to their personal workstations or unauthorised areas and is generally very useful.
However a main use case for us is allowing engineers to read through very verbose (long) log files which our product generates. When a customer provides us with these log files, we cannot always read important information, as box will truncate the view of these long files and inform the user that they should download the file to read it in it's original form, which isn't possible by design due to classification. It would be great if it were possible to either remove the truncate feature for certain areas of box, or install a third party content viewer that can render the content stored in box in a better way that box preview.

I want to be allowed to define a property such as shared-links-target-policy where I will be able to control where a shared link opens
As the publisher of box shared links I want to be able to define the target-opening policy as for example one of the following "browser", "app", "client" in which 3rd option that choice would be defaulted to "browser" having the end app user change this during installation of app. Also when a url gets intercepted by the box app I believe 99% of the users don't realise that it is the app that asks for login to show content and they complaint to the publisher of the link saying that they don't have anonymous access to the shares as the publisher claims.

Anchors to apply fields automatically based on text of documents
We need the ability to create templates which apply fields automatically based on text in the document. Other products call these "AutoPlace" or "Anchors".
For example, we have a standardized signature area in our contracts which are always formatted the same, even if they appear in different areas of the document. We also have a footer with an "initials" indicator.
I need to be able to have the "Signature" box automatically applied to a template, even if we swap out the underlying document.
Manually having to drag signature fields (and soon hopefully initials fields) to every document we send is preventing us from adopting this product.
