Box automate email notifications to non box emails
Box Automate should allow emails to be sent to addresses outside the company, especially when those addresses are pulled from a form field and used as a trigger value — allowing these workflows to reach external users

We'd like Box Agent to reference not only the files but also the text information within the Hub site
Before Box AI Home was released, when we asked the AI a question, it would reference not only the files linked within the Hub but also the text information on the site. However, after enabling AI Home and asking questions to the Box Agent in Hub, it now only references the content linked to the Hub. I would also like it to reference the text information (such as the descriptions written on the Hub site).

"File that triggered the flow" variable is unavailable in Box Automate.
In Box Automate, when implementing a process triggered by a file request and selecting "Move" as the "File Action," the "File that Triggered the Flow" variable is unavailable as the file to be moved.
This variable is available in Box Relay and can be used for purposes such as distributing the triggered file to a specified folder.
Without this variable, Box Automate is clearly inferior to Box Relay.
We hope that the "File that Triggered the Flow" variable will be made available soon.

In the user activity report, when the detail is “Service: Box AI Prod,” the actor is shown as anonymous and the source IP address is unknown, making it impossible to identify from the report whose operation it was or which process initiated it, and thus impossible to determine whether it was unauthorized access.
For entries where the detail is “Service: Box AI Prod,” we would like you to make it possible to identify the underlying process from the report, for example by outputting the following supplementary information:

Request to add "Delete," "Move," and "Copy" activities to Folder Insights
Folder Insights is very useful for tracking how folders are being used. However, from an administrative perspective, it would be highly beneficial to monitor other types of activities as well.
Specifically, we would like to request that "Delete," "Move," and "Copy" be added to the activity metrics tracked in Folder Insights.

Hubs Draft State/Autosave Feature
Implement a 'Draft' state for Hubs.
Example: A feature to have a Hubs 'auto save' option, once it's been generated. They have some users who may close out of the Hub before hitting 'save' and lose all of their work.

Global filter
Box APPs would benefit from a global filter (a filter on the APP's main page). This filter would allow to see the dashboard in context:
Projects. The app displays all projects, but allows you to drill into individual projects.
Manufacturing: see an overview of all machines and a global status, but allowing to dive into any machine.
HR: getting an overview of how your hiring is doing globally, while also being able to look at individual countries / cities (multiple fields).
The way APPs is organised right now we have to create an APP for each of these views, making it hard to actually keep an overview and introducing a lot of issues when we need to update the dashboards.

Automatically resize input text within defined Box Sign text fields.
Allow text fields added to a Box Sign document to automatically resize the text based on inputs. When used as form fill fields for signers/approvers, text will wrap or extend outside of defined field size. Additional logic to notify users who are inputting text that their text cannot shrink/scale appropriately would also be beneficial.

Support PIV/CAC Authentication for Box Sign Ready-Sign Links
I am requesting that PIV/CAC authentication is supported in Ready-Sign links.
Without PIV signature requests via Ready-Sign link or Automate, federal agencies are left to templates and manual signature requests. This prevents them from implementing broad, end-to-end workflows that involve compliant signatures (e.g., onboarding and offboarding).

Box Drive built with the new architecture to not move deleted files/folders to the local Recycle Bin
For the new-architecture Box Drive, we have observed that deleting the following types of items primarily moves them to the local and Box Web trash.
・Folders with online status
・Folders with downloaded status
・Files with downloaded statusOne of the reasons customers choose Box is to improve security (prevent information leaks), and they expect to operate in a way that “data is stored locally as little as possible.”
However, once items are moved to the local Recycle Bin, the deletion policies configured for the trash in Box are no longer applied to those items.We feel that the fact that data supposedly deleted on Box Drive in reality still remains locally (in the Recycle Bin) undermines the value of using Box Drive. We are concerned that, after opting in, this results in a state where the overall security level is effectively reduced.
Additionally, items moved to the Recycle Bin can be restored locally (e.g., to the desktop), which results in an extremely inadequate security situation. Therefore, we would like the behavior to be the same as in environments where opt-out is disabled, so that items are not moved to the local Recycle Bin.

Box Shield MIP Integration with GCC High
For customers with GCC High environments (Microsoft), Purview is not currently able to be integrated using the Box Shield integration (as it can be with the commercial version of Purview) to map the MIP Sensitivity labels with Box Shield's classification labels. We would like to see Box Shield to be able to integrate with Purview when it lives in Microsoft's non-commercial environments, including GCC High and DOD.

Enhanced Hide Function for Drive Folders/Files
Starting with Box Drive v2.48, it has become possible to hide folders and files. This is a very welcome feature.
However, when the “Show hidden files” setting is enabled in File Explorer, even if you use the folder hide function in Box Drive, the target folder is only grayed out on the screen and not completely hidden.
Users would be pleased if a more complete hide function were implemented.

Want to allow users with 0byte allocated storage to save Box AI Home responses.
We understand that Box AI Home answers cannot be saved when "Allocated Storage" is set to 0 bytes or insufficient — by design.
However, our company requires end users to have 0 bytes of allocated storage, which prevents them from saving AI Home answers. We request that this limitation be removed to improve usability.「割り当て済みストレージ」を0バイトに設定 or 十分な容量が割り当てられていない場合、Box AI Homeの回答を保存できないことはBoxの仕様と伺っています。
しかしながら会社の都合上、エンドユーザーには「割り当て済みストレージ」を0バイトに設定しており、結果としてAI Homeの回答が保存できません。

Need for User Self-Removal from the Suppression List
Currently, only Box administrators or co-admins can remove email addresses that have been added to the Suppression List.
Furthermore, users cannot tell whether they are on the Suppression List and have no choice but to contact an administrator.
To reduce the burden on administrators, it is desirable that users be able to remove themselves from the Suppression List.

Retrieve logs of users who uploaded files via the file request link
The file request link is extremely useful in our daily operations. It is a great feature that allows users without a Box account to upload files to Box. However, under the current specifications, if logging in to Box is not required in the settings, no information about the person who uploaded the file via the file request link is recorded in the logs. This poses a significant problem from an audit and compliance perspective.
For example, if a user enters their email address in the email field at the time of upload, it would be very helpful if that email address could also be displayed in the “details” field of the User Activity Report. This would allow administrators to keep logs of who uploaded files and make the feature much more useful.

Enforce Content Owner's Box AI Home Policy for External Collaborators (Prevent External Search on Owned Content)
Background & Current Behavior:
Our organization has enabled Box AI but intentionally disabled Box AI Home. However, we discovered that external collaborators who have Box AI Home enabled in their own tenant can still use Box AI Home to search for and access our content. This applies to our content they have explicit permissions for, as well as content they do not have permissions for but have a viewing history of and can preview via a shared link.Problem & Security Risk:
From a security, data privacy, and compliance perspective, if an organization restricts the use of Box AI Home, this policy must be strictly enforced on all owned content, regardless of the external collaborator's tenant settings. The current behavior creates a critical loophole where our confidential data is processed and exposed through an AI interface that we have deliberately disabled as an organization.We acknowledge that the risk of confidential data exposure via Box AI Home theoretically would not exist assuming access control and permission management are absolutely perfect. However, in reality, permission management can sometimes be imperfect or delayed. We are requesting this restriction as an essential fail-safe (defense-in-depth) to prevent unintended data exposure in such realistic scenarios.
Feature Request:
We strongly request a feature—either at the tenant level or the folder level—that prevents external users from discovering or searching our owned content via Box AI Home. The content owner's AI policy must always take precedence over the collaborator's tenant settings to ensure complete data governance and serve as a crucial safety net for our organization.背景と現在の挙動：

Removal of BoxAI’s limits or publication of the limit values
There is a daily usage limit for BoxAI, and this has led to complaints from within the company.
As an administrator, I do not know the limit values and am unable to respond.
Can anything be done about this situation where internal users cannot use it freely?

Allow automate to apply to multiple folders
I would like for the ability to create one Automate workflow and apply it to multiple folders I choose. Currently, I have to create a separate Automation workflow for each folder and if I need to update the workflow I would need to go back and update all of them which could lead to mistakes.
