We can sort the items in a folder by size but the column of size does not show the size if the items are subfolders; instead it shows the number of files. Suggest to make it consistent or add a new column (switchable between showing "Size" or "Number of items").

Netsuite v2 - admin option to turn off choice of existing vs new folder in widget
We would prefer that folders are always created via the integration ('default') rather than always giving the option to select an existing folder as well. This could be a configuration admins can turn on/off.

Extend collaborations further than the default auto-expiration timeframe
When collaboration auto-expiration is in place on an enterprise level, folder owners can only extend the collaboration up to the default auto expiration timeframe. For example, if the enterprise has collaboration auto-expiration set at 90 days, the folder owner can currently only extend the collaboration for another 90 days. We would like for the folder owner to be able to extend the collaboration for a time period longer than the set collaboration auto-expiration.

Box Drive: Change icons for syncing vs. synced files
I honestly think the best solution is to have a smaller icon when the file is synced, and have a larger icon when the file is syncing. You’re assuming the file is synced at all times, so no need for a giant icon to say “yes, it’s synced”.
However when the file is syncing is when there could be an actual issue, so you could make that icon large to say “hey, this file isn’t up to date here, give us a second.

Allow filtering by application name or service type within the reporting UI (ie: Box FTP Server).
Currently, I can filter in the reporting UI by clicking things like the user or file name from the reporting results. I used to be able to click on "Service: etc", but it didn't do anything.
Box has since removed the ability to click on this, but we would find it helpful to be able to filter these results within the reporting UI.

Bulk Email Upload & Report enhancements
We would like to
- bulk enable “Allow email to this folder”
- Generate a report for all folder settings
- Generate a report for all new email addresses created2 votes -
Ability to opt-out from Group collaboration or hide group collaborated folders under All Files.
If collaborated as Group, the folder appears under All Files whether the user want to see it or not.
After a while, all of these folders would show up under the user's All Files and would be very hard to manage.
Thus, ability to opt-out from group collaboration or ability to "hide" folders under All Files is needed.

Add link to file location to problem file report page
Many users are prevented from troubleshooting their own problem files because they do not navigate to the actual location of the issue, or they do not really know what file has a problem. This is also a very common sense UX improvement (that would be easy to do)

Push information on AD information in Box Drive for first time login (e.g. tenant name)
To allow for configuration that allows Box Drive to understand that the first authentication should be against the client's SSO provider, rather than prompting the user to enter their email address. Some options that were mentioned were to allow Box Drive to read a value containing the user's email address, or to configure Box Drive to launch a customer specific authentication page.

Make files preview in mobile without user registration like Dropbox
Make files preview on mobile Box, without user registration. Currently, customers need to download the box app just to view any file I send as shared link. This is not an issue with Dropbox. With the majority of people using their mobile phones this would be a good idea, do you agree?

Versioning on Box Drive
In the Box Web App, you can view different versions of a single file, see what changes were made and if needed, revert back to previous version of a file. We'd like for this feature to be available on Box Drive as well.

This feature is not planned for the first half of this year as we improve usability of the existing Managed Users page. We will revisit this feature request in the second half of the year and as more customers demand this type of report.

Document placeholder artefact
Expected document is a recurrent requirement for many scenarios (board management, underwriting, bid management...). We could add this new artefact, it could have a description, be linked to assignees and have an expected date with automated reminder.

Updated "Modified By" when restoring version of a file
The “Modified By” field doesn’t update when an old version is promoted – but the “Modified Date” field does. If one field updates, both should. If we are using the file’s metadata for one field, we should use this for both.

Different Custom Terms of Service for Specific External Collaborators
Looking for a way to use different custom terms of service for different external domains since currently you can only use one set of terms for all external users
