Box for Microsoft Office co-authoring permissions per folder
I propose the ability to change the setting for each folder regarding whether or not Box co-authorship is enabled.
With the current Box for office co-authoring feature, all folders have the coauthoring feature turned on.

install and syncronize box in a chosen folder
I am windows user. I wanted to install box and syncronize my box files in my local D: drive, because my C: drive is full. Surprisingly, the installation process of Box app does not provide such an option (of selecting which drive to install Box to). It by default is installed on C: drive . This is very insane. Windows Users can choose to install which drive to install any app.

Warning before the duplicates of a request get deleted deleted (file system)
The caution before the document sign was issued on is deleted.
When Box Sign is issued, the file will be duplicated and the sign will be progressed on the dupulicated one.
Separating the file into the duplicated one and not is good idea.
However these days, our users have trashed the duplicated one mistakenly.
I want you to tell them the caution before it is deleted.

I have received a shared folder invitation from our customer, but I am unable to access the contents because it requires setting up an authentication app.
When I attempt to proceed with the two-step verification process, I am prompted to scan a QR code and input a 6-digit authentication code. However, I am unsure how to complete this setup and gain access to the shared content.
Could you please provide me with step-by-step guidance on how to properly set up the authentication app and access the folder?

Batch preview of multiple files
When a large number of documents are sent from other users, it is currently necessary to open each document one by one.
When a large number of files are opened at the same time, it takes time to open them, which is inefficient.

Problem with workbook link in Excel
we have a problem with some excel files with embedded workbook links pointing to a BOX folder.
Today, after enabling BOX for Microsoft Office (desktop) some of these links changed from:C:\users\username\BOX\Boxdrivername\Boxfoldername
To
api.box.com\userName\BOX\Boxdrivername\Boxfoldername
thus giving a file not found error when we reopen the "master" excel file.
How can we solve this problem?
Below is the procedure for reproducing the error.
Starting Configuration:
BOX drive installed: YES
Enabled Box for Microsoft Office Coauthoring: NO

Use status field in addition to overlay in Windows File Explorer
This would allow users to see status icons for each folder and file without relying on the file/folder icon overlays that Windows limitations make problematic. OneDrive uses the status field in addition to overlays. Box should, too.

File request metadata type to search instead of drop down
I have metadata attribute with over 100 items. In our workflow artwork is submitted for review. Upon submission key attributes need to be selected during the file request process. Type to search would be far more effective then a drop down in this scenario. Can you make it so it's drop down, but if someone types in, the drop down filters based on what is typed?

When inviting users, the permissions window is missing.
When inviting users to collaborate in Box, a window appears to select the permissions that should be granted.
However, this window protrudes from the screen and cannot be resized, and the uploader's permissions are missing.
This is handled by reducing the browser's magnification, but depending on the monitor being used, the magnification may have to be reduced to 67%-80%, which is inconvenient. Please make it possible to scroll through the authority windows to see all the cases.In Japanese：

Spellcheck Suggestions for Comments while previewing a document
The benefit is that when we need to add extensive comments, we could be sure that spelling is correct and prevent confusion and additional back & forth. The spellcheck suggestion can just be a simple underline text that indicates spelling errors.
As a workaround, I can make the comments in another text software, but that slows down productivity if I have to constantly switch between applications.
Please add spellcheck capability for comments!

Confusing restrictions for basic functions and hard time to find support...

This seems one of the most used functions which only works for Team Members?

Using the Excel Online Previewer via a shared link (without logging in)
In business, we may need to share Excel files with business partners who do not have Box accounts via open links.
Unfortunately, if they preview an Excel file from an open link without logging in to Box, the contents are displayed in Box Content Preview, which can easily cause display errors and split the file into multiple pages.Currently, even if an open link is shared with a business partner, it is difficult to check the exact content in the Box preview, which makes it a hassle for them to download the documents.

If the owner of a Box Relay workflow is a “Deleted User”, there needs to be a way to transfer the owner to an administrator.
After creating a workflow in Box Relay, there are cases where the owner of the workflow is deleted by a script, etc., but the owner remains as a “Deleted User”.
Need the ability to take over the workflow of a Box Relay that has become a “deleted user” to an administrator or other user.
Reason：
This is because the workflow creator still has the owner rights, and even the system administrator cannot delete the workflow, so it remains as trash.

When creating a password for a Share Link I'd like Box to generate and display a password that I can either choose to use or set my own.
As a user I create quite a few Share Links and I almost always set a password for each link. There are times where it would be really helpful if Box would automatically generate and display random password giving me the option to use the Box generated password or allow me to create my own password. In each case it would be helpful if the password field would include an "eye" icon that users can click to display the password they choose to use.
