Hubs: Support for Box Drive
Currently Box Hubs(beta version) doesnot support Box Drive, hopefully support Box Drive as well.

Report export function for active/inactive status of file request links
File request links, when created, edited, or deleted, appear in the user activity report, but not in the active or inactive status.
We are considering asking users to deactivate them for security integrity or to force deactivation of those that have been inactive for a period of time.
However, we cannot determine from the list of file requests in the management console whether all the information is visible.
Without an export function, some links will remain inactive for long periods of time.

Keyboard navigation between tools
It would be great if the user could switch between tools with the press of a single key on their keyboard.
Some tools like excalidraw / figma implement this navigation in such a way that you can select Pen, Line or Arrow by simply typing their first letter. This helps a lot to speed up the drawing process4 votes -
Inline comments as Trigger in BOX relay workflow
Currently there is no BOX Relay template to start the workflow with Inline comments as File event. It would be great if there is a template for it or if there is an Inline comment option as File Event in BOX Relay workflow.

View Folder structure
Currently, BOX admins can view the Folder structure in user's account with new Content manager. It will be better if End user can also see their Folder structure in BOX Webapp.

Pop-up feature to prevent conflicts when editing files
When multiple people modify a file using BoxEdit, conflicts can create multiple files with the same content, each with a file name like (1), making it difficult to determine which file contains the correct and latest information.
We understand that using the lock function can prevent this, but many users have difficulty using the lock function.
I would like a pop-up that says “Someone is editing the file, would you like to edit it? If you continue to edit the file, it may cause inconsistencies in the file” pop-up, and I would like to be able to edit the file…1 vote -
Detailed description along with title of “My Collection.”
We expect to improve work efficiency by making good use of "My Collection".
However, as "My Collection" grows, we are having a problem where the contents of "My Collection" (the intention behind its creation) cannot be determined from the title information.
As a result, we will need to open "My Collection" and check the contents, and this has not improved work efficiency at the moment.

Folder reports for X level
Add a report to the admin console that is only folders (can filter by owner and location) and contains a column for level so that admins can have visibility into content structures across their enterprise.

Prompt to give choice to Abandon or Continue running a report when output is large
Box Admin reports can, when selecting few filters, generate a large quantity of output - sometimes 200+ csv files for a single report.
There should therefore be a 'pre-run' test in the background before the report begins generating, that checks to see if there would be more than (say)10x csv files created by the report if it were to begin with the current settings...
If so (akin to when someone attempts to move a considerable amount of Box content), a prompt/popup should appear warning the user that there will be a large quantity of output, and giving user two choices,…

Display a warning popup when uploading on Box Web
When uploading a large number of files via Box Web, there are cases where we may not notice that some files have failed to upload, which can cause disruption to our work.
For example, in the past, there have been cases where users did not realize that some files had failed to upload and ended up deleting the original files, resulting in file loss.
It can be difficult to recover a file, as we will only realize it is gone when we need it again.

Add root level file path + end file path to search results (Root > 1 > 2 > 3....x+3 > x+2 > x+1 > x)
Currently, when you search for an item in Box, the list of returns displays the last x amount of folders in the file path that fit in the screen. Understanding that showing the entire file path (though desired) would not be possible, it would be more helpful to show the first 3 folders starting from the root folder, and the last 3 folders from the bottom, to get a better idea of where this item lives. Due to large enterprises with multiple PB of content, only seeing the last 3 folders of the file path is not helpful enough.

Enhanced File/Folder Deletion in Box Drive
Proposal: Allow users to delete shared files and folders directly through Box Drive (File Explorer) and ensure that this action also removes collaborators' access.
Current Limitation: At present, users must delete shared files and folders via the web interface on box.com. This is because Box Drive mirrors the contents of the box.com web app account, and deletions made in Box Drive do not remove collaborator access.
Benefits of Implementation:
Improved User Experience: Streamlining the deletion process will make it more convenient for users, eliminating the need to switch between Box Drive and the web interface.

when viewing files and returning folder box site jumps to the top instead of selecting last open file
When (pre)viewing files on it's own screen and returning to the folder, the box website jumps to the top instead of selecting last open file, this makes it difficult when dealing with massive amounts of files in a folder as I need to scroll back down to find where I was

【New UI】 Ability to limit authorization settings by co-administrators.
After the change to the new UI, co-administrators are no longer able to grant or revoke co-administrator privileges to other users for security reasons.
Some users have voiced a lack of convenience because they are no longer able to do things that were previously possible with co-administrator authority.
We would like to see a restriction feature added to allow operation only by some co-administrators.新UIに変更後、セキュリティ強化の観点から共同管理者では他ユーザーに対し共同管理者権限の付与や剥奪の操作が行えなくなっています。
