Admin Ability to Disable Apps page for users
Give Admins a setting to remove the apps page for users.

Add root level file path + end file path to search results (Root > 1 > 2 > 3....x+3 > x+2 > x+1 > x)
Currently, when you search for an item in Box, the list of returns displays the last x amount of folders in the file path that fit in the screen. Understanding that showing the entire file path (though desired) would not be possible, it would be more helpful to show the first 3 folders starting from the root folder, and the last 3 folders from the bottom, to get a better idea of where this item lives. Due to large enterprises with multiple PB of content, only seeing the last 3 folders of the file path is not helpful enough.

Enhanced File/Folder Deletion in Box Drive
Proposal: Allow users to delete shared files and folders directly through Box Drive (File Explorer) and ensure that this action also removes collaborators' access.
Current Limitation: At present, users must delete shared files and folders via the web interface on box.com. This is because Box Drive mirrors the contents of the box.com web app account, and deletions made in Box Drive do not remove collaborator access.
Benefits of Implementation:
Improved User Experience: Streamlining the deletion process will make it more convenient for users, eliminating the need to switch between Box Drive and the web interface.
Enhanced Security: Ensuring that collaborator access is revoked upon deletion in Box Drive will enhance security by preventing unauthorized access to deleted content.
Increased Efficiency: Reducing the steps required to delete shared content and manage collaborator access will save users time and improve productivity.

when viewing files and returning folder box site jumps to the top instead of selecting last open file
When (pre)viewing files on it's own screen and returning to the folder, the box website jumps to the top instead of selecting last open file, this makes it difficult when dealing with massive amounts of files in a folder as I need to scroll back down to find where I was

【New UI】 Ability to limit authorization settings by co-administrators.
After the change to the new UI, co-administrators are no longer able to grant or revoke co-administrator privileges to other users for security reasons.
Some users have voiced a lack of convenience because they are no longer able to do things that were previously possible with co-administrator authority.
We would like to see a restriction feature added to allow operation only by some co-administrators.新UIに変更後、セキュリティ強化の観点から共同管理者では他ユーザーに対し共同管理者権限の付与や剥奪の操作が行えなくなっています。
これまで共同管理者権限で実施出来ていたことが出来なくなっているため利便性が欠けている声が上がっている。

I would love an option to set Risk Score Based Triggers for Box Shield Malicious Content Detection Rules. This would allow me to prioritize alerts based on the risk score and/or only be notified when a file received a risk score above a certain threshold I could set.

Fix compatibility issues with BoxHubs and Information Barrier.

Request: Collaborator display in Hub as same as folder collaborators
Currently when checking who invited as a collaborator in a Hub site, it needs several clicks to see the collaborators via the site.
it is bit time consuming, so make it same with the folde r collaboratons.

Forcing the Microsoft Authenticator App
Allow for the ability to force the Microsoft Authenticator App (or any other Admin-specified Authenticator App), as opposed to allowing the end user to choose their preferred Authenticator App.

Notification when outbound collaboration is blocked by collaboration whitelist
When outbound collaboration is restricted by Box Governance's collaboration whitelist, folder invitations addressed to our managed users from users outside the whitelist will be blocked.
If the source of the invitation is a legitimate business partner, the company user must ask the administrator to add the domain to the whitelist, but the company user receiving the invitation has no way of knowing that it has been blocked.
Thus, the application does not occur, and many collaboration opportunities are lost without being noticed.
(The invitee will receive an error message, but only a handful of Box professionals will understand the message and make the request to our users.)To solve this, please add a setting that allows a notification to be sent to each user and the administrator when a block occurs due to the collaboration whitelist.

File and Folder IDs as windows Metadata
Hello, I would like for the Box IDs for files and folders to be saved in their metadata. This way, I can integrate our Box with our other services, while maintaining security access to box and allowing users to click on dynaically produced hyperlinks. I cannot use a windows Path, as I do not know the users permission levels from the top level to the file to be accessed.

We would like to operate Box as a single tenant for a tenant that has a Micoroft B2B direct connection.

Saving prompt/response history
Currently, prompts and responses are lost after leaving a document (or Hub) window. It is critical to be able to refer back to past prompts and responses, especially when working with multiple documents, or when you need to reset the context window for a future prompt.

I often accidentally move or delete files and folders in BoxDrive. To help prevent these mistakes, it would be beneficial to implement an option that displays a confirmation dialog before moving or deleting items. This would be a great help to many users.

Expanding the scope of BoxAI
Box AI works on single documents, but we also want to use it as a file search function across folders and Box as a whole. For example, I would like to have various company regulation files in a box and ask them to answer questions about what kind of application they should make when getting married.

Admin Insight User Activity of Hubs
We strongly request the addition of admin insights regarding user activity in the hubs. While we can see the number of people viewing each hub in the gallery, we lack detailed information about their engagement.
Content insights(the contents in each hub) provide us with information about activities, but they are insufficient because not everyone who opens a hub previews each file.1 vote -
Filename searches are incredibly slow
Searches in the web interface are painfully slow, even when limited to file names and filtering on specific types of files. There is clearly a need to index the metadata.
