Collaborator list size is too small.
After 12/17/2024, the number of collaborators displayed is the owner and 10 collaborators.
Previously, about 100 collaborators were displayed.
Please return to the previous number of people on the list, because this change has increased the effort to manage collaborators.1 vote -

The current classification label assignment is checked against the events for the files in the Box.
When there are multiple files that need to be moved/copied, it is time-consuming to specify each file individually, and the folders to move/copy to become cumbersome.

Add signature without needing to select default on every document
I manage 10-30 or more unique documents/invoices for accounts payable purposes on a regular basis. In DocuSign I can manage many documents, and I have 1 signature that is auto-filled for me when I add the Signature field. Although I only have 1 Saved signature In Box Sign, the extra pop-up window prompts me to select the 1 signature I have that saved in signature apply it to every document individually, resulting in additional clicks on every document. I'd like to request that this be a Box Sign enhancement to consider for all clients, to auto-fill if we have selected just 1 signature to use in Box Sign. Thank you!

Password Protect Folders and Files
I'd love the option to Password-protect folders and files as this is something that Dropbox currently does.
When you password-protect files through Dropbox, you guarantee that only the people you want to access your files can get to them.
Before anyone can view or download a document, they need to enter the password you set to protect the document.

over quota message
Insert the account name in the over quota message instead of just saying "your account". This would eliminate the confusion when a user is trying to upload to a shared folder that they don't own.

I would like to be able to specify multiple two-factor authentication options.
I would like to be able to specify multiple two-factor authentication instead of one.
The reason is that I want to be able to use it as a sub as a backup.example: select both SMS and Authentication App.
This is helpful if a user loses their backup code and is blocked from logging in.

Request for improved expiration date setting for invited collaborators
We use Box's collaboration features to work on projects with outside contractors. The duration of these projects varies from one month to several years.
Suggestion 1: We would like the folder owner to have the flexibility to change the expiration date of the collaborator.
Suggestion 2: I would like to see the “Automatically delete invited collaborators” setting add multiple items that are the same as “Delete after days”.
If you can achieve either of these, we will be able to control the collaboration of external accounts in detail.1 vote -
I want to specify Box directly as the file download destination from the web
When downloading a file from a website, it needs to be saved locally first and then uploaded to Box.
I would like a browser extension that would allow me to directly specify a Box folder as the download destination.
Of course, I know I could use Box Drive, but as a company I would like to stop using Box Drive in the future.

Salesforce Flow Action to Upload by ContentDocument.ID
Provide a new Flow Action to support uploading EmailToCase Files and other ContentDocuments to Box. Ideally this would support Files larger than 10-12mb in size.

Add information in “File Properties” to metadata
Currently the information in the “File Properties” (owner, created date, retention policy exp, size) is all siloed and unusable for anything but viewing in preview. Adding that information as normal Box metadata will make it available for reporting, sorting, as a policy trigger, and consumable by Crooze for tasks like retention policy expiry reports.

Storage Counter Display for End Users
Display a storage display tracker from the All Files page for Enterprise Plans.
Currently, if an organization has issued a storage limit cap, end users need to navigate to their account settings to see how much storage they have remaining. This request is to display the storage tracker directly from the All Files page (ex. - 15 GB out of 250 GB used). This will help users proactively review how much storage they have remaining

Add a shortcut to a file or folder
MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO ADD A SHORTCUT TO A DOCUMENT from another folder/location. I have been trying to do this by copying a file only to find out that is NOT in fact a shortcut, but rather what becomes an outdated copy.
