3. I want to be able to set Relay triggers for folders as well.

   Due to Relay specifications, only "files that triggered the flow" can be selected.
   In our business, we want to copy uploaded folders to another folder automatically, but it is time-consuming to manually select the destination folder each time.
   Therefore, we would like to be able to set triggers for folders.

4. Display name is cut off when specifying a group or user in the user activity report

   The display name displayed in the suggestion when performing a search when specifying a group or user in the user activity report is cut off.
   Users and groups cannot be specified correctly, such as when similar names are set and they are distinguished by the end of the name.

5. Use Box Relay to remove files from a folder using a wildcard like "*.PNG"

   When emailing file attachments into a Box folder, Box also includes undesirable files such as logos, signature images, etc. The logo and related files are not consistently named so you cannot select a specific file to delete. Could you modify Box Relay so that users could delete these files in a named folder using the wildcard function i.e. .PNG?
   So it would be Action=A File Action, Delete. Then the user would identify the folder where to delete and select a new option named "delete by file name". There the user would enter ".PNG" or something similar.

7. Box Relay - ability to share a folder to a group

   In Box Relay it would be nice to be able to share a folder to a group and not only to users.
   Entering all the members of the group one by one can be time consuming and over time the members of a group evolve, which means that the Box Relay settings have to be changed.

8. Ability to edit the Admin Contact e-mail address

   I understand that the 'Admin Contact' is always the e-mail address of the primary admin account and cannot be changed.

   We think it would be useful to be able to amend this to an alternate e-mail address (e.g. our Helpdesk) both for support productivity and security.

10. Need All User Events stream API like admin_logs_streaming

    Currently Box has an API for collecting individual user events, but there is no API for collecting administrative user events for an entire tenant at once.
    This makes it difficult to develop an application that collects all tenant user events in one place and then links them to other services, such as internal system notifications or Box-slack DM.

    It would be a great improvement if there was an API to collect user events equivalent to adminlogsstreaming.

    As for user notifications, it seems that email and Zapier have been used to achieve this, but each of these is becoming a more serious problem.

    Email is becoming more secure every year and unpredictable mail drops are becoming more frequent. It is doubtful that email can continue to be used as a reliable means of inter-application notification.

    Zapier is a very useful service, but as regulatory trends in various governments require local security certifications, more and more users will find themselves in the position of not being able to use it.

11. Request early resolution of notification issues

    From a file stored in Box, commenting with @mention does not send a notification email to the mentee, or the email is delayed.
    According to the following article, the notification service is being updated, and we would appreciate an immediate remedy.

14. Find the new place for getting a link to a file - Box Share

    The pop-up menu in Explorer doesn't have "Box" anymore. Instead, there is a "Share" item on the menu, without indication that it relates to Box. How about renaming it to "Box Share"?

16. "Automatically remove invited collaborators" - override/shorten

    I have enabled "Automatically remove invited collaborators" specifically for External Collaborators, under Enterprise settings > Content & Sharing.

    There are use cases (per folder) where the content owners/co-owners would like the ability to /override/ & shorten the expiration for an External Collaborator. This could be due to a contract or any other reason.

    The only method to do this now, is to delete the entire folder and all content.

    Example Use Case:

    Enterprise settings:
    - Content & Sharing > Invited collaborators expiration settings
    -- Automatically remove invited collaborators
    -- Remove after [ 90 ] days
    -- Apply these settings to [ External Collaborators ]

    Folder "Project Yellowstone" co-owner would like all external collaborators to be removed after [ 30 ] days of being invited as a collaborator, or all external collaborators removed on SetDate regardless of when they were invited.

17. Ability to zoom-in/out by fingers on the touchscreen of my laptop PC.

    My laptop has the touchscreen. It would be useful if I could zoom-in/out files by fingers (pinch-in/out) on the screen. RIght now I have to use the toolbox which is awkard to use by fingers.

18. Ability to add tags to multiple photos at once

    There needs to be a way to Quickly add a tag (after one is created) to additional photos. In other words, once I create a tag once, I need to be able to add this same tag to many other photos (one at a time though) with the simple click of the mouse, or keyboard shortcut, or similar. Having to go through the process of adding tags (as I'm reading in the instructions) is too time consuming when dealing with 1500+ photos. End goal is to flag photos as "favorites", that others can see and also add flags/favorites, and/or sort by the tag to see just the favorites. (Or just as quickly as photos to a specified "collection".

    After a Box Signer completes a document(i.e NDA), using relay having automation to add that signer as a collaborator to a folder. This would be a tremendous enhancement for anyone who uses Box as a data room or would like automation with Box Sign and Relay.

20. User can download a image via "View only" link on mobile browser

    User can download a image by pressing the image and selecting "Add Photo"/"Download Image" when opening the image via "View only" shared link on mobile devices's (iPhone or Android) web browser .
    Even if user has "View only" permission, there is no way to prevent downloading a image file on mobile browser. We need a way to prevent downloading a image on mobile browser.
