Annotation lock function
When annotating by multiple people, one annotation disappears or a conflict problem occurs.
Also, if multiple people annotate, the drawn parts will overlap, making it difficult to understand.3 votes -
upload speed limit
There should be a possibility to limit the upload speed in order to still being able to work during the upload of larger files. Currently there is no possibility to limit the upload speed which leads to Box using all my upload bandwidth.

Copy All Folder Settings when copying a Folder
When copying a folder, all folder settings should be copied over as well (or have the option to do so). As is, some settings do copy over while others don't. For example:
Can Copy: Restrict Collaboration to within ETF, Disable Commenting, Shared Link Access, Watermarking, Uploading (Overwrite files) and Email notifications
Won't Copy: Only Folder owners and co-owners can send collab invites, Hide Collaborators, Allow Uploads to this folderThis would be especially useful when copying a template folder with a folder structure that needs the same settings when copied for a new project/customer/etc.

Remove "Global Share" and "Personal" folders
The additional folders make data retrieval, data organization and data sharing more cumbersome. It ultimately hinders the digital transformation initiative as other, more traditional tools, are not subjected to the additional folder structure. Shared Drives and SharePoint for example have no segregated folders, simply one place where data is shared and data organization is determined by the end users. Also, the security notification may be handled with a simple notification banner instead as is the case on SharePoint.

How do log into Drive, we'd all like to know. Horrible UX
The simple task of being able to login to Drive. I was forced out and can't for the life of me get the login screen to pop up. I have looked at your search, and you only have a log out option, which also doesn't work. I have googled "how do you log into box DRIVE" and the only thing that comes up is how to log into your via a browser. Why is it this hard to log into a service ?

Select which 2FA/2SV feature
There are currently 2 2FA mechanisms, SMS or Auth App.

Boxnotes on iOS - Insert row in table
I cannot seem to find a way to insert a row in a table that is within a box note using the iOS app. I can insert images, format text, etc. in existing table cells, but cannot manipulate the table itself. The table control bar present in a browser does not appear or have a corollary on iOS.

Ability to communicate with non-folder collaborators on Box Relay / File request links
We are using box Relay and the File Request link as a document review intake, and our main goal is to get away from sending files and questions back and forth via emails. Currently, when someone drops a file to the link, in order for us to communicate with the requestor via the request (using the comments section) the names only populate (using @) when they are added to the folder as collaborators. Can box make it that we can add a communication feature to anyone with the link? or at least, to whoever dropped the file on the link?

Hide and add permissions to folders

Currently we have no way to look up which holders are locked via FolderLockAPI.
To avoid any trouble not knowing who has been locked,

Tag permission levels
There should be a way to customize permission level based on the tag on a case. For example, within a folder the tag "confidential" should lower the the permission level to not allow the person to download or view the item.

Shield enhancement against EID-to-EID content move / copy
Need the ability to generate a Shield alert when someone copies or moves content from one EID repository to another EID; to include any movement of content via the api.box.com utilizing cURL or other CLI.

Setting tags for each folder
For example, I would like to see the setting inherited by a specific folder and its subfolders, similar to the "Override default settings for this folder and all subfolders" in the email notification in the folder settings.
In a tenant with many end users, tags can be disorganized.
For example, if you try to create a tag for December, some users may find that there are many ways to describe the month, and when they try to search for a tag, they may not be able to find the desired tag.

Limit editing to 'On the Web' only or blocking box sync form folders
We have Excel files that a group of users over 8 different sites make moves adds and changes every day. we have box sync which doesn't lock the file, the agreed access for these teams is via the web and web excel only... But some users who know better only use excel via box sync so we end up with errors and staff saying box is no good...

File uploads are extremely slow.
File uploads are extremely slow. For example, a group of 3 x 20Mb files might take an entire day to upload on a 5mb.s connection. This has happened in the past 3-4 weeks.
I found the root cause of it. I am in New Zealand and redirected to the Tokyo server, which is very very slow. I verified that this upload path is an issue thus:
Tried to upload a 20Mb file using browser (via Tokyo) - 2 hrs later the file was at 20% upload. Cancelled the upload.

Customize frequency of task email notifications
Currently there are 3 emails when assigning a task.
-First email is when the task is assigned
-Second email is a reminder that the task is due (one day before)
