Turn off Collaborator email notifications on Version updates
Many of our collaborators have complained that they don't need to receive the numerous email updates every time minor document versions/revisions occur. Administrators and Owners of a Folder should be able to turn User Alerts both On and Off, when they want to alert recipients that an item's revisions are significant. It is unrealistic and impractical to tell our Executives that they personally have to drill down in their settings and turn off email notifications as an end user on their own device - that should be an Admin Console function.

Security Logs to add changes to Device Trust requirement settings
We would like to see in security logs to add changes to Device Trust requirements settings and possibly to get notifications for when certain enterprise settings are modified.

Integrate Workshare Compare into BOX.
Workshare Compare is the legal industry standard program for marking one version of a document against a prior version. Microsoft Work includes similar functionality but most large law firms, many small law firms, and many corporate legal departments use Workshare Compare. Thank you.

Ability to manage all notifications settings at the user level
Our team would love to only receive Box notifications via Teams.
Currently, you cannot turn off some notifications to go to your email, like when someone tags you in a comment.
We would like the ability to disable this manually. Some users would like to have both options.

API for "CRUD" for Box Relay and Box Relay Lite
We have created over a hundred of Relay workflows and have currently faced a difficulty in adjusting all rules when our orgnization is changed. We would like to have a set of APIs for Relay for creation, reference, update and delete operations (so called CRUD).
Also we would like to have an way to update folder ID(s) on existing workflows. It would help so much especially when annual org change happens.

Remove "Global Share" and "Personal" folders
The additional folders make data retrieval, data organization and data sharing more cumbersome. It ultimately hinders the digital transformation initiative as other, more traditional tools, are not subjected to the additional folder structure. Shared Drives and SharePoint for example have no segregated folders, simply one place where data is shared and data organization is determined by the end users. Also, the security notification may be handled with a simple notification banner instead as is the case on SharePoint.

How do log into Drive, we'd all like to know. Horrible UX
The simple task of being able to login to Drive. I was forced out and can't for the life of me get the login screen to pop up. I have looked at your search, and you only have a log out option, which also doesn't work. I have googled "how do you log into box DRIVE" and the only thing that comes up is how to log into your via a browser. Why is it this hard to log into a service ?

Select which 2FA/2SV feature
There are currently 2 2FA mechanisms, SMS or Auth App.

Ability to communicate with non-folder collaborators on Box Relay / File request links
We are using box Relay and the File Request link as a document review intake, and our main goal is to get away from sending files and questions back and forth via emails. Currently, when someone drops a file to the link, in order for us to communicate with the requestor via the request (using the comments section) the names only populate (using @) when they are added to the folder as collaborators. Can box make it that we can add a communication feature to anyone with the link? or at least, to whoever dropped the file on the link?

When using BoxDrive, sometimes the folder or file actually exists, but the message "This folder is empty" is displayed.

When opening a folder, I want you to incorporate the logic to judge whether it is empty and display "This folder is empty" or "Searching". If it says it's empty, you'll be checking Box.com. Granular Device Trust Settings for Mobile & Desktop Browsers
Separate Device Trust settings for webapp on mobile browser vs desktop browser
We want to have a separate Device Trust setting for webapp on mobile browser and desktop browser. We would like to enable Device Trust for mobile browser only (that is, block webapp on mobile browser) while not requiring Device Trust check for login from desktop PCs. Currently, there is only a single setting for webapp and 3rd party apps. We would like this to be more granular and have a separate config for mobile browser and desktop browser.

Warning Message When Using the Overwrite Cascading Policy
A warning message pops up When cascading template values to documents/folders, if the overwrite is going to affect several documents/folders. For example, are you sure you want to overwrite the values in *** of documents.

Box Relay auto-expunge or auto-delete a file
When a file is uploaded to a folder, one should be able to create an outcome where said file is auto-expunged/deleted after a specified number of days.

I would love to be able to sort by date deleted instead of just by name and updated.

Box report progress bar or indicator
We want to check the progress of a report being output.
At the moment We can only see if it is in progress but it is not possible to see when the report will be output.It can take quite a while for the report to be output, but we don't want to be uncertain about when it will be completed.
This is because we have to regularly check the output of the report, which is time-consuming.It would be nice to be able to see progress as a percentage.

Reports/Notifications on Instant Login use
Generate reports and/or notify others when admins use Instant Login. Admins could potentially view sensitive content when logged on as another user.

Please unify the order of folder names in the browser versions of Box and Explorer.
In Windows Explorer, symbols can be added to folder names to make them appear higher in the list.
For this reason, symbols are placed at the beginning of the names of frequently accessed folders for smooth access to the folders.However, in the browser version of Box, the rules for folder name order are different, causing confusion in operation.
Please unify the order of names in Explorer and in the browser version of Box.Windowsのエクスプローラーでは、フォルダ名に記号を付けて上位に表示させることができます。

We are using the Box app on our iPhone.
Currently, we can't select multiple items (such as image files) and download them.We are convinced that it would be even more convenient if it were possible to select multiple files and download them all at once.
