Request about 'People in your company' for shared links
There is a permission called "People in your company" for shared links.
When a link is set to "People in your company", it actually can be viewed by "People in your company" AND by "Invited people" there as well.
Some end users missed out the fact that those "invited people" would also be viewing it with the generated link.Please change the name of the item to "People in your company and Invited people only".

UPGRADE PLAN: chat box needed when paying out, in case of questions or problem
chat box needed at upgrade for any inquiries. i was going to upgrade storage from free to starter plan at the special offer of $5 though underneath in italics noted $180 billed annual which does not sum up. Amounts are deterring and confusing. Any help is appreciated.

Add file path to macOS Box Drive search function
Since macOS Finder will not search Box Drive by filename correctly, the only real way to search for files is using Box Drives built-in search function. This will successfully find a file, but it does not show you the path in the folder tree. Could you please add the containing folder and path in the search results box? Ideally the user would also be able to open a finder window directly to that containing folder directly from a click in the search results box.

Change Box Drive Storage Location
I want to be able to move the storage location of Box Drive to something other than the C drive. The space is limiting. Most days accessing data from Box is not an issue but on days the internet goes down at the office or there is a power outage all work comes to a halt without access to files. I can't make all of my files available offline with Box Drive storing to the C drive. It would be nice to be able to have all of my files available in case of unforeseen circumstances. Allow more capabilities in the Reports module
It would really be nice if you would allow filtering on more than just a couple reports, and/or the ability for admin to create their own reports.
For instance the Files and Folders report, I may not care to run a report on all files and folders, should be able to filter based on metadata or on just specific folders.

I don't want to show only "Everyone who knows the link" in the tenant settings. I only want to see "Company Users" and "Invited Users Only".
There are three types of shared links as follows
All users who know the link
Company users
Invited users onlyOf these three types, the current tenant settings are as follows
・Show all three types
・Show only invited users
The following two patterns are available.Please make it possible to set the following two types of settings instead of only showing "everyone who knows the link".

Ability to save search filter conditions
I would appreciate if the previous settings for contents filters could be saved so that I can call and use it when searching items with similar criteria.
Frequently using the same condition to search files, so I think it could improve the work efficiency to use saved filter settings.22 votes -
First search with detaled contents filters
Currently the initial search for Box items can be filtered by only three types of contents, then you can squeeze the first search results with more detailed filters, like tags or size etc.

Box Drive Bandwidth Usage - Can I pause or limit?
"Every time my Box Drive is syncing large (200-500mb) files, it uses as much bandwidth as it can. While in the office, this was rarely an issue. But, working from home, the rest of my household notices very slow internet while I am syncing files. "
Please add a feature that allows us to limit the bandwidth of Box Drive.

external users to manually initiate a relay workflow
currently only internal users can manually initiate a workflow which limits the situations workflows can be best used in. Allowing any user the initiate a workflow would all customers to get the most out of this feature

Company Intranet Functionality
Would be great if Box had a company intranet functionality similar to platforms like Simppler, Igloo, Claromentis, Jostle, etc... Many of them integrate with Box, but one stop shopping is always preferred. A digital workplace is so important now that so many are working remotely. Bringing all of our apps under one roof (e.g., Box, Salesforce, Teams, Zoom, Yammer...), giving employees a portal/hub to go every morning to improve communication, lighten the inbox, providing a place to hold not only our knowledge but our policies, forms, news, process management for things like onboarding new hires, training staff, etc...

Ability to suppress the sending of email notifications of Collaboration invitation acceptances
We would like to set up the following notification emails so that we do not receive notifications from users within the company,
as they are confused with notifications from users of other companies.
Therefore, we would like to see the ability to suppress the sending of email notifications per collaborator's email domain.

Search API for Tags
The Box search endpoint should be able to query based on Tags.
The Web App is able to do this already:
https://obfuscated.app.box.com/folder/0/search?tags=SelectThat search returns tagged results as expected.
The postman API collection offers a search endpoint example with:
https://{{api.box.com}}/2.0/search?query=salesAn error occurs when changing that to:

Multilingual file requests
We need to be able to create file request forms in French and Spanish to send to folks who do not use English. While we can create some of the language in Spanish in designing the file request, all the instructions, help and error messages remain in English, which won't help our users.
