permanently purge file version history
Hello,
We have a use case that we use box as a temporary storage location in a workflow. But once the workflow is finished, we would like to purge the information but "keep" the same boxfileid. We thought by deleting the version history, we would have achieved this. But it turns out the deleted version history is restorable.
I am wondering if it is possible to
(1) optionally make a file "not" able to store version history
(2) or optionally permanently delete a version5 votes -
Relay: Invite external user at Manual Workflow start
We have a manual start workflow where we want to collaborate a volunteer to a template folder where they need to fill out some forms and upload back to a Box folder. Relay does not seem to let the workflow starter enter the collaborator's email UNLESS they already exist as an external user.

new folder button in move or copy window
I would like there to be a button to create a new folder within the move or copy window. I have several template documents that I copy into new folder structures when I need to use them, and my workflow would be more streamlined if I could create the folder I am copying the template into from within the move or copy feature, instead of having to create the folder and then copying the template document.

Save the message body in the box folder (as you already do for attachments)
Box allows to create e-mail address for the specific folder and upload files to box by sending them as attachments.
Please add the feature to save the message body itself, not only the attachments.

Can't browse on mobile after setting a password for a shared link
We can access a file by create a shared link for a file in Box Web App without "Password Protect" for "People with the link" and opening the URL in a web browser on a mobile device.
Then, when the shared link is set to "Password Protect" from the Web App and then opened again on the mobile device, the message "This shared file or folder has been deleted" is displayed and the file cannot be accessed.

If users log in from "Microsoft Edge", send them a notification saying “Box login from "Microsoft Edge".
Users receive the notification mail of login activity saying “Box login from "Windows Chrome" even though he login from “Microsoft Edge“. It should say "Box login from "Microsoft Edge"

Transfer the workflow ownership of the existing user
Currently we are not able to transfer the workflow ownership, while the user is active?(I know we can transfer when the admin delete the user)
When the user moved to the other department and we want to transfer the workflow to his/her teammates, before he/she leave the department.

Customize frequency of task email notifications
Currently there are 3 emails when assigning a task.
-First email is when the task is assigned
-Second email is a reminder that the task is due (one day before)

Removing Selected Subfolders
I am a software developer, and I use Box so that I can access my code at work and at home. If there is a folder called Project1 with my solution files in it, the act of opening that solution or building that solution will create both a "bin" and an "obj" folder that both contain several hundred megabytes of data that does not need to be sync'ed. Add non-client usage tracking
I often give out links to content in my box.com account. It would be great if you kept track of how often the content was actually accessed. For instance, number of clicks per link per day including whether item was previewed only or downloaded.

Remove dialog box that pops up after downloading when you send a shared link to a document
There is a dialog box that pops up after a shared link has been sent and the download has been completed. This box prompts the person to sign up or sign into Box to manage their downloads. It would be a great to turn off that dialog box, especially for those who are enterprise users. It confuses our clients when we send them documents and makes them think they need a box login to download anything, which is not true.

Increase options for File Version Limit in Admin Console
Currently you can only choose between 1 and 100, or Unlimited. We would like options in-between 100 and Unlimited. Preferably a custom option like trash retention was recently updated to. I would like to be able to set it to 1000 or 2000, for example.
Justification: When moving folders that have excessive versions (7000+ for example) the folder moves can fail or take a very long time. However, setting to 100 is not enough for many of our users due to the frequency of increases when using Excel Online.
