I am struggling with basic functionality of box i.e. sharing a folder with external users.
I followed simple steps to use box application to share some business information with external stakeholder.
1. Created a folder
2. Uploaded my files
3. Clicked on share button at the top right corner and added the email addresses of folks I want to share with
4. Gave them viewer accessResult:
1. I can see in sharing panel these new users have pending requests
2. The users get email notification to access the folder but when they click they get an error 403.It has happened multiple times, for some users the process is smooth, others it always throws…

About Instant Login from Content Manager
In the previous UI, instant login was available from the Content Manager.

Remember mobile number and county for box sign SMS authentication
When using box sign we assign a signer based on searching for a signer as most of the time they have signed documents previously.
For each signer we need to then manually enable SMS authentication, select the country and re-enter their mobile number.
It would be fantastic if a mobile number and country were remembered for previous signers, prefilling these fields.

Shield Dashboard Enhancement Request - View detailed reports directly from dashboard graphs
The Shield dashboard shows three different graphs about detected alerts, but in order to get the details, we have to output a separate user activity report.
Since we want to see problems immediately on the spot, we would like to see improvements that would allow us to quickly see the details of alerts without having to leave the dashboard UI, such as being able to click on a graph to be taken to a page with more detailed information.Shieldダッシュボードには、検出されたアラートに関する3種類のグラフが表示されていますが、その詳細を取得するためには、別途ユーザーアクティビティレポートを出力しなければなりません。

We are experiencing an issue where the layout of PDF files is distorted on the preview screen. For example, issues such as line breaks being misaligned or fonts being changed from the original PDF file are occurring. We understand that your company's support site states that you cannot guarantee 100% reproducibility, but we have received strong requests for improvement from customers who have signed contracts with us and use Box, so we would appreciate it if you could proceed with the improvement.
プレビュー画面でPDFファイルのレイアウトが崩れてしまうという現象が発生している。例えば、改行の位置がずれている、フォントが元のPDFファイルから変わってしまっている、といった現象が発生している。100％の再現性を保証しないことは貴社のサポートサイトに記載されていて理解していますが、弊社と契約を結びBoxをご利用いただいているお客様から強い改善要望をいただいており、改善を進めていただきたく宜しくお願いします。

Select multiple Box Notes for AI query
Currently multiple Box Notes cannot be selected for an AI query. Multiple documents can be, but not Notes. This should be a capability that is available.

Box Forms Input UI
When creating a form in Box Forms, it would be very helpful to be able to order questions in a configurable way or to at least be able to sort them. Currently, they are displayed in the order they were entered into Box (you can see this in the left nav bar, as well as pulldowns when selecting needed form fields), but if one were creating/managing a form over time, it becomes more difficult to track all of the form fields or to easily identify them.

file select toggle
Place the select toggle to left of file/folder names. So many times I've checked the wrong file/folder as I use an ultra wide screen for design, and constantly scanning back to left to make sure I selected the right line. Just makes sense! Please update the UI - or make it so we can move it ourselves!

Save search filter settings
In an environment where you frequently deal with specific files, setting filters every time you search for a file can be tedious and reduces work efficiency.
I wish there was an option to keep search filter settings or not.-in Japanese-

folder-setting to restrict who can classify content.
Want more granular control over who can apply classification labels — specifically:
Restrict end users from applying classifications to content that is shared via public/shared links.
Allow only folder owners or admins to apply classifications in those scenarios.
Still allow end users to apply restrictive/internal-only classifications to content that is not publicly shared (i.e., stays within the organization).

Hubs Admin setting for Create only (not Share)
Box Hubs Admin setting to allow users to Create Hubs but not Share Hubs. I’m hesitant to roll out Hubs org wide given user’s ability to share hubs. Hubs override the folder/ file permissions, thus content where one user would not necessarily have permissions to a folder/ file could be granted permissions (or elevated permissions) to content they would not otherwise have.

Enhance Task Management for High-Volume Users
My team relies heavily on Box tasks, and we’ve found that the current functionality lacks robust filtering and sorting options. Beyond the basic status categories—In Progress, Completed, Approved, or Rejected—there are no meaningful ways to organize or prioritize tasks. This becomes especially challenging when managing a high volume of tasks. For example, our HR teammate regularly handles 50 to 100 active tasks at a time, and navigating them efficiently in Box can be clunky and time-consuming. admin reports free version
Is there a way to review whether an invited collaborator has downloaded anything from the shared folder? I have a collaborator that is fearful that his access may have been hacked and we are trying to figure out if anyone tried to download any files from the shared folder. I have the free version so I'm not sure if I have any reporting tools.

When removing access to Content page, please allow us to remove access to the File Request Link tab as well
When configurating a Co-Admin for Reporting Only rights, it enables the Content link in addition to reporting. Ideally, they would just see the 'Reporting' link under the Co-Admin links. I assume this is because reporting encompasses running reports as well as seeing other reports. The odd thing is that the Content section shows folders for Prior User for some reason. Ideally they wouldn't see Content section, or the right could be spiked out to allow them to see their own reports, but not others so no 'Content' link would be needed. Improvement of API performance and creation of guidelines for API usage
When utilizing Box’s API, if the amount of content per folder is enormous or the number of invitations to a folder is high, the processing speed drops significantly. As a result, it takes a long time to complete operations, which is quite frustrating.
We would like the API to deliver a more comfortable and speedy processing experience, so I hope you will improve the performance when using the API.
Additionally, there are currently no guidelines regarding API performance, so we have no choice but to verify performance degradation through testing.
