Enable a download to csv of the current list of alert details displayed
There is currently no suitable way of saving the viewed alert list to csv/excel. The only way I have found to do this is to highlight the range of rows, copy to clipboard, then paste to excel. HOWEVER this exports content to a SINGLE column - I've then had to create special formulae to extract the data to additional columns - ie Created, Rule name, rule type, target user etc
The download button should export the current list (all selected - ignoring pages) to a csv with all the displayed columns

Box Shield should save last used filters
When closing Box Shield, it should retain details of the filters last used, so that when Box Shield is relaunched (or dashboard if selected), the dashboard displays only the content according to the filters last chosen. Without having a First, Next, Previous, Last option to scroll through the alerts, it is annoying having to RESELECT the preferred filters
For example, some Co-Admins may only be interested in anomalous downloads, and always wishing to view those for the last 30 days.

We would like to have a setting to control the ability to create shared links in Box Drive.
Currently, users can right-click on content in Box Drive and generate a shared link from the "Share" menu. We need a way to disable this functionality through administrative settings.
When creating a shared link from the web, it is possible to confirm that the shared link has been created by an icon,, however, when creating a shared link from BoxDrive, no icon is displayed, making it impossible to know whether a shared link has been created. Therefore, we want to prohibit creating shared links from BoxDrive.

Widget for tags in Hubs
In Hubs, it would be extremely useful to add a widget for tags, so that a list of tagged files could be shown/retrieved.

DocGen ability to create fillable PDFs
DocGen is at odds with many of our current workflows. Our users collaborate on fillable pdfs and exchange information via the activity pane/comments while filling out forms before sending for Box Sign.
We would like to be able to collect all the initial information with Box Forms and generate via DocGen but still allow for users to update information after the form is generated.

Allow Admins/Approved Users to Archive outside of admin portal
While there is nothing wrong with the current process, I would be less disruptive to our workflows for users with the ability to use archive to be able to 'move to archive' without entering the admin console.
With the current implementation, if our admin see content that needs to be archived, they first need to go to the admin console, then find the content a second time before archiving.

I've been having issues uploading PSD files for months now. I use to be able to upload multiple photoshop files at once. Last year BOX started having uploading issues with me doing that. So I had to upload them one at a time. Slow but still worked. These past few months it takes a half hour to and hour to upload each PSD file. Mind you these files are only a few megabites in size. It is slowing me down a lot. Theres constantly this glitch where files just wont upload or make any progress for no reason. I literally…

Fix hallucination when comparing faces in images with BOX AI.
I was testing the comparison of two photos of the same person using Box. The images are clear, but I received the following response:

Box AI - Agent - Source Control Like Ability, Versioning?
The prompts, models and other parts of the AI agent will be treated like code and any changes can impact a process or pipeline. It will be important to make it easy for firms to test new models before adopting them. Likewise, someone could easily make a prompt change and the old version would be gone. Either versioning, source control, especially recording which model was previously used will be helpful with extraction use cases.

I want to be able to bulk rename files and folders within a specified folder
Bulk renaming files and folders in a specified Box folder though the web interface is a missing feature.
It would be helpful to be able to do so, as often clients or projects change name and the "CompanyA - content of the folder" or "ProjectA - content of the folder" names need to be renamed as "CompanyB - content of the folder" or "ProjectB - content of the folder".

Support for Other Templates and Legacy File Formats
Hi Team,
We are looking for Box Drive and Box Web to support additional Word, Excel, and other office templates and file formats so we can save these into Box.
Currently Box only supports a few modern formats like .docx and .xlsx for word and excel for example, but we are using several other templates and formats as you can see in the screenshot below.
Please consider broader support for other types of files for office going forward.

Expaned Classification Policy Scale and Functionality
A large enterprise customer is currently evaluating the effectiveness of Box's classification policies and need to audit their configurations to ensure they align with intended design and behavior. However, given current UI constraints that only show up to 100 folders listed under a classification policy (even though there are ~600 items under the policy), the only way to view or verify policy construction is to delete and rebuild these policies. Within our company, when we ask for someone to sign a pledge we have to request them to fill it out each time, which takes time and effort.
I would like to be able to post a signature link on our company portal and have people click on that link to go to the signature screen and sign.

Display more info in "Groups" tab of "Users & Groups" menu and the link to the shared folders the group has access to
It would be great to have more info in the group tab, like:
* More columns: display "Permissions settings" and if it's synched from external or created locally on box.com
