Ability to Enable/Disable Annotations
We would like to request for a feature to be able to enable/disable Annotations.
Annotations is very convenient, but sometimes it could make users confusing, if they do not know how to use it.

Modify the default published Relay template
There are some Relay templates that Box provides by default that are not available to our company.
Therefore, we would like to control whether or not the default templates are published by tenants.

Uploading restrictions for folders to which Box Shield's "External Collaborator Restrictions" are applied
We would like to be able to restrict users from uploading files and folders to folders to which BoxShield's "External Collaborator Restrictions" have been applied by dragging and dropping them into the browser.
By granting users the authority to edit and prohibiting uploads, it will be possible to more clearly distinguish between file management and access authority management, and allow editing while maintaining a level of security.(In Japanese)

Export input metadata from file upload forms
It would be nice to be able to export a CSV of input metadata during a file upload request.
For example, if I create a metadata template and add those attributes as fields to my file upload form and the uploader inputs their name, email, and other requested details into those fields, I'd like to be able to export the data to a CSV for the folder they uploaded their files to and see columns for each field on the form (including attributes from the metadata template). "Your Download is In Progress" pop-up confuses clients
When a client of ours who is not a Box user downloads a file, a pop-up which says "Your Download is In Progress" appears. The issue is that the pop-up looks like there are only three courses of action, “sign up”, “log in”, or “x” out. Many of our clients have not realized that there is a fourth option, which is just wait for the download. This has caused confusion time and time again across different clients at different times. Search for keywords in File content and not only in file names
Just like Explorer search, Box should be able to list PDF files that contain the keywoard in their content and not only in the File name.
Example:

Is there a way to see the tags in Box Drive? Right now I have to view box on the browser to see the tags for each file. Is there some option to view the tags in Box Drive without having to go to box.com each time?

Re-implement Windows shell icon overlays - Fix it permanently

Now in Windows 10, if we rename the registry keys, the moment the computer restarts OneDrive changes the keys again so that the box icons are not showing.According to Microsoft this should be attacked in a more modern way

Rearrange rows of tables
We use Box Notes for almost every meeting and use tables to display the agenda. Many meetings have set agenda templates but often the presenters or topics will be shifted based on availability.
The ability to rearrange the rows/columns in tables would greatly reduce the amount of time I have to create a blank row/column, then copy/cut each individual cell from the row/column I intended to move to the new blank one.

Show Auto-Classification Criteria Matches on Classification Label On File
Auto-classification matches are currently stored within metadata on a file. If auto-classification classifies a piece of content, we'd like for the classification label indicator on a file (or hovering over the label) to show what criteria was met which requires a specific label. The purpose of this is to have a visual indicator to reinforce the sensitivity of content within a file.

Scheduled Lock/Unlock capability
Add a feature that where owners can set up a reoccurring automated lock and unlock for day and time of the week. Same as you see in office outlook for reoccurring meetings, but with a locked file. This way users can only access the file/log during specific times and the owner can work the file when it's locked again. Currently, this is all manual and can cause issues when a report is still locked and users in different time zones need to add items to a log before a specific time in PST. Support multi-file for rejected task trigger in Relay
Suppose you like to assign an approval task to a person with multiple files and when the task is rejected, you like to move the package of those “rejected” files to a different folder("Rejected folder) instead of having them sat in the triggered folder.

Two factor authentication as standard for business customers
Two factor authentication is the standard for securing accounts. I was therefore surprised to learn that enforcing two factor authentication on the business subscription package is not an option. Requiring two factor authentication is only available on the top enterprise price plans.
This is disappointing, as it means businesses customers who use Box, their staff can bypass any requirement to use two factor authentication. I would like to see the "running application" pop-up automatically removed after the application is opened.
When you open a native Office application in Box Edit, Box displays the message "Running application".
The above message remains even after the file is opened, but it's hard to tell if the file is open or not, so can you change the function so that it disappears automatically after the application is launched in Office?

For visualization purpose we are using PowerBi.Issue faced- Unable to perfrom PowerBI Integration with BOX Through web connector. Delete tasks once you have completed them, even if others on the task have not
Don’t show tasks that you have completed, but other people on the task (including people that are no longer with the company “a prior collaborator”) have not completed.
