box for outlook
Box for Outlook needs to support moving multiple emails to a box folder. Right now, I can only file an email to box one at a time, and the button is greyed out when I have more than one selected. Also ability to show some box folders in Outlook and drag and drop to those folders.

I would like to be able to turn off pop ups in Box
As I open and close files, I get pop ups that I have to close. I have tried to block them with browser settings, but that does not help. I want to be able to turn them off

Move Multiple Files at Once
Sometimes I need to consolidate multiple files into one folder but currently I have to move them individually. I'd like to be able to select multiple files to move simultaneous to a new location.

Add second Box user name filed
There is First and Last name filed available now when Admin create Box user. When customer integrated with SSO in Japanese, active directory name will be used. However, some Box user will communicate with oversea members, they like to use English name, not Japanese name which synced with Active Directory. So, please add additional filed for user name.

Custom Branding not displaying on mobile
Please include the same custom branding when viewing the mobile site that is displayed in the app and desktop browser. This would bring custom branding to be consistent throughout the BOX UI and lacking on the mobile version.

Box drive - DIsk full because of "offline files"
The hard drive of my computer is full (or a small free space available) because Box Drive is using a large part of the free space to load files that I don't want to see, they should stay in the cloud. I want to see on my computer only the files that are configured for "Off Line" access. Today there are more than 50 Gbytes on my computer that are useless.
With box sync, I didn't get this issue, it's a new problem specific to box drive.

Option to only have selected users have access to BOX mobile.
We currently store extremely sensitive information within our BOX system and due to the sensitive information we have disabled the option for BOX to be on any other devices other than desktops, for all users. Is it possible to create an option that would override this option to allow only selected users to have mobile access?

Create a new Folder and name it, without having to click in the box to type.
It sounds small, but when you create a new folder and the window pops up to name it, you have to either hit tab or click into the type box to name the folder. The type cursor should just automatically be ready. It used to be this way until a few updates ago.

GDPR- PII Detection
Increase PII detection templates from just three Social Security no, Credit card and Custom text to more as offered by other DLP products in the marketplace.
In addition to real-time detection, also allow discovery of the legacy data utilizing the same templates. Notification on detection could include an on-screen warning/ policy tip in addition to email and file quarantine options etc.

Preventing Business file leak from Private folder.
Box in our tenant provides a "Private folder", to every user, which doesn't allow the user to add collaborators. User can, however, use box link to share files with others.
In a corporate setting, this folder is supposed to be accessible only by its respective owner( an employee), On an exit of the employee from the organisation, the private files in the folder may be allowed by the organisation to be copied/taken by the employee along. However, at the same time, it must be ensured that the business files are not stored in this folder to avoid leakage.

Make login page more intuitive for non-managed users
When users or collaborators visit Box from the customer's account, they get confused when they get directed to their SSO page and not the login page.
A suggestion is to have the user input their username before getting redirected to the SSO page or make the “not a part of COMPANY?” a bigger option and more visible for the user.

see folder in file properties
When I send a colleague an email from Box (by @Name in a comment), the email contains a link to the file, but no info on the location of the file within our folders. If I'm asking that person to change the file's tags, they have to hunt for where the file is located. If they could see the location from the file properties, they could get right to it.

Sync folders that are shared with me as Viewer
I want that the documents shared with me for viewing get also automatically synced to my local drive.

Please create navigation to split "shared with me" files and folders from my own files and folders, similar to OneDrive.
Please, please, create a separate view on the web to just showcase files and folders that are shared with me; rather than files/folders that are of my ownership. Similar to what other file storage providers offer, like OneDrive.

Add avility to highlight differences between any 2 versions of BoxNotes.
At this time, highlight is available but it is just once and never appear again.
This idea makes it possible to view differences between the current version and the version one generation ago by showing hilights permanentily . Sure, any 2 versions of BoxNotes are better.

Ability to set default permission on folder level
The customer would like to implement the feature “Default Collaborator Permissions” per folder.
We’re providing it only per tenant at the moment, so it affects to all folders/files in tenant if changed.
As a result, it probably not convenient such as the user changes collaborator permission from Viewer to Editor every time.
