1. Increase scale of sort within a folder with page search query result limit

   Limit the number of search results to improve results. Increase scale of items in folder that is sortable without error. Most interested in sort by file size, but should impact all types of sort.

2. Remove Logo on Expiring Embed Link

   Hello, we would like the ability to remove the BOX logo when creating an expiring embed link while using the get file information. Just like the embed widget we would like the ability to disable the box logo when embedding an expiring embed link to an iFrame.

3. A list of users who have sent "email to all" in a report.

   The "Email All" function on the collaborator list screen on the folder screen allows you to check which user sent what message and when in the "User Activity Report", but it does not allow you to check which user the "Email All" was sent to.
   I understand that "Email to all" cannot be sent to users with pending invitations or when there are more than 500 collaborators,
   but when there are a large number of collaborators, it is difficult to know how many users are pending, and checking the "Collaboration Report" takes time.
   In addition, there may be cases where emails cannot be sent due to reasons other than those mentioned above, so I would like a function to be implemented that would make it easier to identify users who have not been able to send emails by clearly indicating in the "User Activity Report" whether emails have been sent to that user.

4. Improve the UX when editing filters for a saved report

   When editing the filters on a saved report, it is difficult to review the data in the "Users and Groups" field as it is very squashed.

   Can you consider making this section larger so it is easier to view any users or groups included in the report. Or maybe have a button to export the list to a text file for easier viewing and modification.

5. alert to administrators and users who move files before 1TB/month/person.

8. Auto Classification policy does not work when folders are copied or moved

   We would like to improve the behavior so that the auto-classification policy works correctly for files within the folder, even if the folder is copied or moved.

   【Details】
   Currently, the Auto Classification policy works correctly when files are copied or moved, but not when folders are copied or moved.
   For example, if a ".dwg" file is stored in the "Technical Information" folder, there is an automatic classification policy that assigns the label "Technical Information" (not for external collaboration).
   In this case, when a file with a .dwg extension is moved from the "Outside Shared" folder, it is automatically assigned the label "TECHNICAL INFOMATION".
   On the other hand, moving a folder containing files with a .dwg extension does not change the classification label of the files in the folder. As a result, at least once, an external user can preview or download the file.

   This may be a behavior specification rather than a defect, but it is problematic behavior for business requirements.
   We would like to see a fix that would allow the automatic classification policy to work on folder-by-folder moves and copies and automatically change the restrictions on important files within a folder.

    Support longer than 260 character paths in Windows for Box Drive as this not a limitation in Windows but a limitation in Box Drive

    Due to Box user rights logic, we often have very long folder paths and file names. Our all workstations are Windows 10/11 workstations. Most of our users prefer the Box Drive solution over the Box.com web app.

    This leads to a situation where often paths in Box Drive are longer than 260 characters.

    In the old UI, it was possible to narrow down the search by group using the "Users and Groups" filter condition in the management console.
    However, with the new UI, it is not possible to narrow down groups using filter conditions.

    We set expiration dates on Box accounts and delete accounts when the application deadline has passed or expired.
    If there were a large number of accounts, the users to be deleted were grouped together and only that group was extracted from the filter conditions, and the accounts were deleted.
    If the above functionality is removed, we will have to search and delete items one by one, which will take time and man-hours, so we would like to see the new UI add the ability to narrow down groups using filter conditions, just like the old UI.

13. I want to share edit access to a document I uploaded into Box, but I don't have that permission in the folder.

    Please add a button to contact the owner of a BOX file, requesting either permission to add people, or to list people desired to be added. Right now there is nothing I can do to get my coworker access to a collaborative file. I need to put it in a box folder that the team is using, but the whole team is not on the list of editors. I cannot add the team members, and I do not have a good way of contacting the box folder owners. I'd like a button for that purpose.

    Box Shield classification labels should be able to prohibit downloading via Box desktop (BoxDrive) or via linked apps, even if you are the co-owner or owner.

    Background Threat.
    Currently, the mainstream of ransomware worldwide is not of the encryption type, but of the exposure-type or dual-threat-type.
    Version control functions are not effective against exposure-type and dual-threat ransomware.
    An effective countermeasure against this type of ransomware is to prohibit the downloading of confidential files that should not be disclosed on the dark web.

    Issue to solve.
    Box Shield's no-download access policy and access policy restricting linked apps do not target co-owner and owners.
    Please change the access policy to cover co-owners and owners so that even if a PC is infected with ransomware and the security product's measures are circumvented, the confidential files will still be protected.
    Co-owners can intentionally change their labels, but that is completely irrelevant because what happens when a PC is infected with ransomware is a command-driven download.
    Rather, the ideal control is that if you intentionally change the label, you can download, but if you don't, you can't.

16. Exclude certified eco-solutions from Device Trust Requirements' setting

20. Prevent each user from accepting invitations without their consent.

    【Current status】
    Currently, users can enable “Require acceptance when receiving invitations” in their account settings, but the problem is that administrators cannot enforce this.

    【Background】
    Box allows users to easily send invitations to collaborate as long as they have an email address.
    This means that you can be invited to a folder without your knowledge, and a mysterious folder can suddenly appear in your top folder.
    This creates the possibility of accidentally uploading a file or downloading an unwanted file.

    The invitations we receive from outside parties can be restricted by a collaboration whitelist in Box Governance, but we do not want to set this up.
    This is because it would mean that you would have to apply for whitelisting before receiving invitations to folders from your business partners, which is a hurdle to active collaboration.

    【Request (same as title)】
    Instead, we want to allow each user to confirm for themselves whether or not they are the intended invitee, which is an operation that provides both security and convenience.
    If we are able to enforce this acceptance setting on users, we will be able to include in our user manuals a warning on the acceptance screen when an invitation is received and a reminder to confirm that the invitation is from the appropriate party before accepting it.

    This is a problem common to cloud services with external collaboration functions rather than a problem unique to Box, but we hope that Box, a service suited to collaboration, will take the lead in implementing a solution.
