■I would like to be able to go to another folder in "Favorites" while opening a subfolder of a folder registered in "Favorites".
When I open a subfolder of a folder registered in "Favorites" on the iPad version of the Box app, tapping "Favorites" does not respond.
If you want to browse another folder in the Favorites list, you have to go back up the hierarchy to the Favorites list.
Also, even if I open "All Files" and then tap "Favorites", the hierarchy that has been displayed until now is displayed, which increases man-hours and is inconvenient for work efficiency.…

Mistakes in collection operation
The X-axis position of the "Open/Close" arrow and the "Delete" cross in the side menu of the browser version of Box are exactly the same,
The X-axis position of the "Open/Close" arrow and the "Delete" cross are exactly the same.
This causes frequent deletion of collections by mistake.
(Especially when loading and displaying is slow and the folder expansion display is delayed by one tempo.)

Unmanaged Users Workflow
Easier way to managed "unmanaged users" in the Admin Console.
Currently, you have to run a report to find "unmanaged users" within the customers domain, then move the to managed, wait for their acceptance, then you can delete them.
Current customer is frustrated that this cannot be completed in a seamless manner and will remain out of compliance if their users are not managed correctly. This should be a bit more seamless and less steps.11 votes -
Ready-Sign-Links Creating New User w/ SSO and auto roll-in enabled
We used Box Sign Ready Sign link to confirm completion of an HR course. The link triggered the signer to authorize through their SSO (Okta) and create a Box account because they have auto roll-in enabled. We only noticed this because of a huge spike in overages one week. The immediate fix is turning off auto roll-in but that's not good for obvious reasons. TL/DR: Using Ready Sign Links, with an SSO, with Auto Roll-In enabled, will cause cause a spike in overage.

Disable preview
We use box.com as a site for transferring files between users and . The automatic preview of pdf-files is annoying and could be disabled in the preferences. Optimally

Delete content option when delete user in new display
When deleting a user in the new display, the Delete content option is not present anymore.
I recommend to keep this option to prevent a forced data transfer for each deleted user.3 votes -
Folders and Files reports - exclude filename
Provide the ability to exclude filename from "Folders and Files" reports. We would like to be able to exclude this field since it may contain sensitive data. This is currently a field that is not able to be excluded. If there is a required field we would prefer if to be File ID. This is important since we would like to be able to perform usage analysis but do not want to provide sensitive data (even metadata) to our data analysts.

Box Sign - ability to disable in-person role
Currently, malicious user will easily be able to impersonate the recipient. To prevent fraud, disabling in-person role is necessary.

Please add detailed logging for upload issues/failures
Please add logging for upload errors so admins can properly troubleshoot errors. Right now there's no information shown beyond the folder causing an upload issue and no details on why the upload failed ie: file or folder name, format, length, etc.

Box Sign - Add Notary | eNotary
Add the ability to have a document notarized. The notary needs to be invited by a signer and should include standard notary fields. Please see equivalent feature in DocuSign for reference.

Drop downs to accomodate for State, Country and Currency
Retail use case where we would like to be able to apply metadata to a store such as state and country. Ideally have a drop down list of the 50 states to easily choose from and have a consistent format instead of having using type it in.

Shortcut for file locking
When you open a file and click the "Lock file to prevent others from editing it" message can we have some simple click boxes showing the lock time options rather than a drop menu, this would solve the problem where the application opens before you get chance to lock the file..

Overwrite when uploading a file with the same name in Box for iOS
If a file with the same name as a file stored in the Box is uploaded, the Web browser will overwrite the file and update the file version.
However, on iPhones and iPads, when a file with the same name is attempted to be uploaded to Box for iOS, a "name conflict" error occurs and it cannot be overwritten.Currently, 4,000 employees on site are provided with iPads to manage drawings and report forms in Box.

Microsoft auto-save to Box for Mac users
For Mac users, it would be great if Box can be integrated as a storage location within Microsoft applications (eg. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). For Mac users, the auto-save slider in Microsoft Apps is disabled because the Box storage location is not specified. Please find a solution.

When loading PowerPoint or Word into Box Sign, the aspect ratio may be changed and converted to PDF.

I want to create a temporary file when using Box Sign templates.

When sharing templates on the above page, we recommend adding collaborators as "viewers". However, if the template save folder and completed document save location are set to "Viewer", the file name cannot be changed.
If you use this as is, files with numbers such as "(1)" in the template file name will be mass-produced, and visibility will be poor.I would like to be able to copy the template file to a temporary folder before "sending a request" and be able to change the file name.

Bandwidht monitor and reports
As there is this mostly new policy in regards of the bandwidth limit per user (1 Tb), which in case of any user using more than the limit will automatically closes the account (loosing all the information), I suggest the creation of a command which allows the admin to monitor very clear the bandwidth usage, so measures can be taken if the limit is being reached.

BoxDrive behavior of files with the “Browser Use Only” classification label
We are considering setting up a "Browser Only" classification label for collaborative editing of Office applications to enforce download restrictions so that collaborative editing is only possible in the browser.
However, when a user tries to open a file with the "Browser Only" label, the viewer and previewer will not be able to open the file because of the download restriction.
Also, when opening BoxNote from BoxDrive, you will be redirected to the browser, but Office files must be opened by right-clicking on Box.com and previewing them, and when editing, you must perform online editing.(1) The basic specification of…

Cancel Download(s)
It's absolutely insane that you cannot cancel file downloads from within the interface. I just started to download a folder locally (make available offline or Download Now option) and realized I didn't need the folder. I cannot cancel it. I have to wait till it finishes to remove it.
