Blackberry Enterprise Mobility Suite (formerly Good) support for Box for EMM
Our EMM solution is Blackberry Enterprise Mobility Suite. We have no plans for migrating to an alternate EMM provider.

Waterfall shared link access
Currently, if I set the top folder to be available people in the company, there is no option further down to prevent any other shared link from only being this option or below.

The owner of relay intermediate workfolder should be changed to Tenant Primary Admin.
Summary:
After a relay workflow is completed, the intermediate working folder remains without being deleted.
For the folder, the Primary Administrator does not have "owner" permission so he can't delete the folder.
For the folder, the normal user(who kicked the workflow) has "Co-owner" permission so he can call any external collaborator.Request:
After the workflow is completed,
- The owner of relay intermediate workfolder should be changed to Tenant Primary Admin.
- The permission for the user(who kicked the workflow) should be changed to the less permission which can't call other collaborators.2 votes -
360 image should rotate in opposite direction when dragged on preview page
The viewpoint moves to the right side of the image when we click&hold cursor and move it to the right.
However, other services like Google Street View, the movements are opposite.1 vote -
Drive: Option to disable update notification
We have a very restrictive policy and require only specific version of software to run on end-users computer to minimize risk with incompatibility.
Box Drive does not push out update silently but does give out update notification to end users so they have the choice of update.

File Versions on Mobile
Client would like to have ability for document versions to be available on Mobile. Specifically, able to review whether a document has more than one version and be able to preview older versions.
2 votesWe will not support this feature because this seems to be an edge case. Most of our customers on mobile are always trying to pull up the most up to date documentation. We can see this causing confusion for our end user when they have to manage versioning on mobile.

Language selection setting on user creation step.
Because some users are English-speaking, so they can't read Japanese and operation at the first login to Box is difficult.
However, since most users are Japanese-speaking, they don't want to change the "default language" setting from Japanese to English.3 votes -
Collaboration Domain Whitelisting at Folder Level
We want to whitelist other domains at the folder level so that collaboration can be open with certain clients on external folders while also being completely blocking collaboration with any other domains.

Allow Recents to be filtered via API
Currently Recents is implemented globally across all Box content the user has access to. Ideally, Recents could be filtered to some ancestor folder IDs (like Search is) to show Recent items only within a particular folder.
The use case is a custom application which is integrated with a company's primary Box instance. A custom app wanting to leverage the Recents feature does not have a way to get Recent items relevant to just the application content.

Clarify language and process regarding account activation
When users want to reactivate account, they think it sounds as though it is self-service when it actually involves submitting tickets and they can't do it by themselves.

When someone is downloading content with social security numbers, EINs, tax numbers, etc. then someone is notified

Role configuration on group sharing
In Enterprise setting -> Content & Sharing -> Collaborating on Content Tab, you can configure which role to enable and the permission those roles gets. This setting only applies to individual collaborator but not Group. You can disable Co-owner in that setting but still see it available when doing folder sharing with group.
We assume that the setting above is a global thing and applies to both individual collaborators and groups, so we find it a little confusing.
Can you put an extra option like "Apply the same role setting to group" in "Collaborating on Content" tab to better demarcate…

Add option to delete an email address in the autocomplete dropdown when inviting collaborators
If an email ever accepted a collaboration invitation, this email will appear in the auto-complete dropdown even if the email no longer exist, is not a current collaborator, or invited by accident

If a user locks the file, it should be only unlockable by that user and an administrator, not other Editors
Other users unlocking defeats the purpose of locking in the first place.

Ability to clear out queued 'Silent Mode' messages that go out to customers
If silent mode is enabled and kept on for implementation period, and then turned off, it would send all those queued messages. We would like to clear out this queue in advance.
