Option to not allow signer to re-assign document to someone else.
Currently a signer can reassign a BoxSign document to any new email address. Would like an option where we can change that so the signer can NOT reassign a document to someone else.

Custom document repositories with metadata search
User groups often look to create an interface for document repositories for content stored on Box, where metadata could be used to search/filter content. That would be an interface with medatada fields similar to what can be found on websites (i.e. https://www.calpnetwork.org/library/). The current experience of using the native search, then selecting a single metadata template, then selecting an attribute is not sufficiently user friendly and it's not possible to embed a pre-selected set of metadata fields for search onto an intranet or website.

File Request
As a person who often requests files from individuals, it would be great if a file request could automatically create a dated folder for me.
For example, if I create a request today for someone, the data they upload would go under \Customer\Someone\20240613\ <files they upload>
Also, being able to simply "copy file share link" if one already exists on a folder would be grand :)

Lock files when editing them from a shared link that all users can edit.すべてのユーザーが編集可能な共有リンクからファイル編集を行う際にファイルをロックをする。
When editing from a shared link that can be edited by a user who does not have editing or access permissions, the file is not locked when starting the edit.
Therefore, when saving files on Box, duplicate files with the same name are created.
To avoid this behavior, I would like to be able to lock files even if users do not have editing privileges.(日本語)

Specifying shared folders as destination folders
Currently it’s not possible to select shared folders when choosing a destination folder on Shuttle, and this reduces the number of accounts that can be used in migrations to Box instances using a closed folder structure (i.e., all content centralized in a few accounts).
If it becomes possible to migrate into shared folders, it’d allow the use of more migration accounts that could run more jobs simultaneously and speed up migrations projects.

Select and Copy documents directly from hub
Currently, you cannot select can copy documents from a hub. In order to interact with them, you need to select the folder or file and it takes you to the document. This means if you want to create new collections of documents, there is no way to interact with all of them unless they are in a folder together, which eliminates the purpose of the hub in the first place.
TLDR: Ability to view details of files/folders directly from the hub as well as copy from hubs

Add description fields in Admin Console
We would like to add information to each setting item on Admin Console.
The image is like "a description field" and "a information icon".If you have multiple administrators, it may be very important to share the status of system settings. With this feature, you don't need to create handover materials in Box Notes.

Video playback stops midway
When I shared a video using a shared link, some people reported that the video stopped midway through. Is this a Box specification? Is there a maximum size for videos that can be shared? I would like to know if there is a way to share videos without stopping in the middle (or restrictions on video sharing).

Folder Notifications - Bulk / End Of Day / Mid-day Scheduled
Currently within the user ability to set up notifications - these are for single activities e.g. Uploads, Edits, Downloads.
The number of notifications can sometimes bombard users sometimes to the point where they are not actively used.
Would it be possible to expand the notification settings to allow users to schedule a bulk e-mail of all notifications made on a daily basis either end of day or mid-day instead of multiple e-mails.

2 Factor Authentication
When a user is setting up 2 factor authentication, the message says it will replace your login settings. It needs to say explicity "Box settings", as it now leads you to believe it is replacing your authenticator app settings that is used for the employee's company login.

Box Sign - Adding Shapes to the Signature Field
During the signing process in Box Sign, it would be beneficial if signers could insert shapes and arrows. In the case of approving drawings or designs, it becomes difficult to convey certain modifications with text alone. If signers could place objects such as shapes and arrows at any location, it would enable them to make comments or approvals specifying particular areas.

Dataroom Indexing
Similar to other virtual dataroom software solutions, Box.com should be able to autoindex files. This is a very basic capability that other solutions like Egnyte, Firmex and Sharefile are able to do. The reason this is important is so that you can direct an external party to look for a file at a specific index/location such as 1.1.5.6.4. Placement of "Delete Group"
The placement of the "Delete group" button at the top right of the screen that appears when you click a group from the list of groups in the management console is too poor.
During normal operation, what you see here are forward-looking functions such as "Save" and "Add."
The more you get used to the operation, the more likely you are to press this button with force.管理コンソールのグループの一覧から、グループをクリックした際に表示される、画面右上のボタン「グループの削除」の配置が悪すぎる

Getting a "Share a file link" on Win 11 Pro
We moved to Win 11 Pro. Since then "getting a Box link" to copy and add it to a document been very painful.

SOLUTION: see what DropBox already did, integrating it the Right click mouse click shell.

Box Relay outcome to Apply Classification to a folder dynamically
It would be helpful if Box Relay would have the ability to apply a classification to the folder where the workflow was triggered on dynamically as an outcome, which would also classify all content within that folder structure as well. This would allow applying classifications to the folder that a new file event trigger happened in for example, which would then flow classifications to all content and sub-folders in that folder structure.

Disable new drag and drop clouds security feature
The new drag and drop cloud game to view a file is horrible. The reason we went with BOX was to present our materials professionally with a visually attractive preview. We can't send files with a drag and drop security game to our clients. Please provide an option to disable that.
