  12. Allow force download from web for red flagged files.

    On occasion, a discrepancy may be found between your local copy and the one on the web. I recommend adding the ability to override your local copy with the web version as a Box drive local option.

    verbatim from the customer: "I just want a listing of all pinned devices to our enterprise account. Support suggested I run this report for ‘devices added’, but it didn’t provide the information I wanted, so I added ‘devices removed’. Is there a SIMPLE way to get a report of all pinned devices?"

    Seems that the customer would like to get a report on all currently active pinned devices in their enterprise and possibly be able to generate a report on it.

  17. Records Retention Functionality

    This is a very old idea that should available for Box users. Dealing with real records retention not retention policies as currently used in Box. Records/Document retention deals with the management of information thru its lifecycle - Records/documents are created, used, store, archived, kept permanently (for administrative, legal, fiscal, and historical reasons) or destroyed. Currently, there is no way to apply records retention rules or schedules to Box, which means that we are only dumping content instead of managing the content based on its value - based on a company's records retention schedules.     This would be a great idea to start an app like Google Photos, which will backup photos from Mobile Device and easily accessible via app with thumbnails to the photos and organized in folders as per the need.
