Provide more flexibility with visibility of SFDC folders in Box
Even if a user is invited to the root folder of the SFDC folder tree in Box, they are unable to view all of the subfolders unless the user has previously accessed via SFDC first.
To make sharing of SFDC content with other non-SFDC users easier, we would like to have this behavior changed.

Allow Excel to open report (csv) without worrying about encoding
The encoding for such csv file is in UTF-8 (no Byte Order Mark) and Excel failed to interpret such file, resulting in non-Unicode character turning garble.
Since we open this report in a Spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel, it would be beneficial to have Byte Order Mark added to the csv report in the first place.
The workaround now is either
1) Open the csv file in a modern text editor and re-save it using UTF-8 (with Byte Order Mark)2) Open a blank spreadsheet on Excel. From "Data" tab click on import from text data source. The manually imported…

Admin console page default for co-admins
Box security best practices, and those of many other enterprises, dictate that no one use the Box super admin account except for very specific purposes like granting or removing co-admin rights to another account.
Day-to-day Box administration is done with co-admin accounts.
Request: co-admin account be given the option to set the admin console as its home page like the super admin account can.

Mobile Office Editor
Have editor access when a file is marked offline in Microsoft office.
Right now when you mark a file offline, you can only view it, link it, comment etc., the open is greyed out. We would like to have the option to edit the file like we were able to do via Syncplicity.

Add Metadata Template name to Details column for Metadata > 'Edit attributes' action
Currently, when you run a report for Metadata > 'Edit attribute' you cannot see the metadata template whose attribute was changed. This makes the action much less useful to an admin.
For example, if there were 2 metadata templates plus a classification policy on a file, and an attribute value in one of those templates were changed, it would be impossible from Usage Logs to see which template an attribute was actually changed.
This information is already exposed in the Enterprise Event.

Notifications on desktop and chrome notifications.
Integrate Box notifications with the desktop notifications and chrome notifications. Windows 10, Apple Desktop Notifications. This would help with adoption as users are used to working within the desktop

Add Enterprise Events and Usage Log actions for creation/edit/deletion of "Content Controls"
We have Events / Usage Log actions today for Metadata, Policies, and Legal Holds (all have several specific actions that are reportable).
But we don't have reports for "Content Controls" (i.e.. Classifications). This seems like a gap in reporting, and is inconsistent with other reporting capabilities we use for content workflow features.
