  1. Enhance Box Edit to be compatible with Proxy authentication

    Currently Box Edit traffic is not compatible with Proxies where they require Authentication (eg: Basic auth)

  6. Restrict downloads from IE Browser

    Right now, any user can from IE browser right-click and download an image/video, even when the shared link or collaboration level through which they are previewing is restricting downloads

    We are unlikely to have this feature on our roadmap for a long time. Even if we were to build this feature, users could use other devices to capture confidential information. Instead, we recommend using security tools like watermarking to protect confidential information.

  8. Ability to choose a timestamp on the photo itself when taken.

    Time/date watermark on the actual photo would help for verification of pictures when they are actually taken in case someone modifies the file.

  10. Ability to sort all files page by folders a user is an external collaborator on

    As a consulting company, we are an external collaborator on many project folders owned by customers that also subscribe to Box. It would be helpful for those in our org to be able to easily sort/toggle between those folders owned by customers and those owned internally.

  11. Privileged delete

    This notion exists with legacy storage or RM systems. From a business perspective, this is something we would need in case of business divestiture.

    Then, content under retention related to the divested branch/subsidiary/activity would have to be transferred to its new owner.

  12. In move or copy operations, it would be useful to have a "new folder" option.

    It would be advantageous to have a "new folder" option when a user is copying or moving files to a new destination.

    Otherwise the user must create the new folder first, then select content from source and copy/move to target new folder.

    This would be a great improvement to usability.

  18. Shared Link Details: Add 'Item is in trash Y/N' Column
