User activity on some days only (like saturday and sunday)
Would it be possible to run the activity report and select some days in the week ?

Metadata export with file upon download
We use box widget on our website for file upload. We have a metadata form/template that gets filled out, however outside of box there is no way we can use that data. We are looking to automate some process's it would be nice if the information that is filled out could be extracted with the uploaded pdf file upon download. Once the pdf has been downloaded the metadata that goes with the file is gone. I'm told that this isn't possible currently with box. Hopefully some consideration on how box can be used in automation process outside of its own…

Box Sign - Fields are tall and wide and need to be resized.
It's time consuming to have to resize the Signature field and Date field. The initial field is too tall for most signature spots and the Date fields are too wide. After a person signs, the signature box covers other words if not resized before. Could the default size of the fields be adjusted?

Allow more than 10 redirect URIs in app configuration
Our app sits on top of regionally distributed infrastructure, supporting multi-tenancy, and we need to be able to configure more than the maximum of 10 redirect URIs that is currently allowed. It would be nice if we could configure as many as needed.

After pressing the share button, I would like the "Invite users" field to be hidden for users who do not have invitation authority.
During daily operations, after pressing the share button, the "Invite users" column is displayed even from the user screen that does not have invitation authority, which causes confusion.
If you hover the cursor over it, you will see "You do not have permission to invite collaborators", but I would like the "Invite Users" field to be hidden from the share screen so that I can make a decision right away.
If it is difficult, if you are not authorized, please display the message "You are not authorized to invite" when this screen opens.日頃操作する中で、共有ボタンを押下後に招待権限を持たないユーザー画面からも「ユーザーを招待」の欄があることで混乱が生じてしまう。

I want the general user to be notified when an item is copied or moved and the process is complete.
When an item is copied or moved, a message is displayed indicating that the move is complete, but when the target folder is checked, the process may not be complete.
After moving or copying large data, the user may immediately see "copy completed" but the process is not actually completed, confusing the user.
Currently, general users can only visually confirm that the process is complete, and the only way to confirm that the process is complete is to request a user with administrative privileges to output a user activity report.

Improving metadata input experience from file request links
The operability of the metadata amount and date input fields should be improved.
Currently, after entering a numeric value, the input value changes unless the user selects a blank space on the screen or moves to the next item, which does not seem to be a common operability.
For example, entering 1000 in the metadata amount field from the request link and then entering the next item without selecting a blank space on the screen or moving to the next item will cause the amount value to change to 999.4 votes -
Prevent items with restricted movement from being moved on the Box Drive display
If "Do not allow ownership of content to be transfered to external users" is enabled in the tenant settings, content cannot be moved to external tenants by users other than the administrator.
However, when content is moved in Box Drive, although it is not actually moved, it appears on the display as if it is stored in the destination folder, and it does not return to the original folder until the user logs out/logs back in to Box Drive.

A dedicated notifications page to allow viewing of past notifications
I would like a page where all notifications live historically. Right now I am forced to use a small dropdown which is clumsy and not searchable.
I use notifications to find files that I was added to in the past but not recently enough to appear on recents page.
the ipad app has a page similar to what I am talking about except it doesnt go back far enough

Prevent desktop box folder deletion
Please create a way to globally disable users the ability to delete folders from their desktop with Box Drive.
They are under the impression that if they hit "delete" on the folders they are removed from the Projects. This in turn has caused a lot of chaos from team members deleting the entire Project folders instead of going to the Box website and revoking their permissions.
No amount of training we try do it can solve this with a company our size.
Team members are deleting terabytes of data and it's exhausting trying to recover all this data.

Admin, content owner, and/or content co-owners can lock folders in the native UI so that they can't be moved.
Make Owner/Co-Owner folder lock available in native web interface. It's really bad if a folder that shouldn't be moved gets moved by an Editor. Right now, this is only available via API https://developer.box.com/reference/post-folder-locks/

Please create a function to be able to combine WORD and/or PDF documents within BOX so we do not need to down load all of the documents, combine and then add back to BOX.

Support a parameter to remove all external collaborations for all folders and files under the given folder
Folder trees often needs to be cleansed of external users. It would be easier for admins to have a single call to traverse through a tree to remove external collaborations (external users, and possibly managed users, etc).
My suggestion is to add this as a parameter to the existing collaborations API call.

Give Admins the option to turn on/off an easy-to-export search results list for end users.
Can't export search results into an Excel spreadsheet. Please give us the option to do this, BUT also some Admins might really NOT want this, so please also give Admins the option to turn it on/off for end users from the Admin Console.

Metadata immediately is searchable
After metadata is added, there is a lag for when it is searchable. Please eliminate this lag so that it is immediately searchable.
