At this time, the same file may be uploaded multiple times,
but is it possible to set it so that only new files are uploaded based on the timestamp?
Because I want to stop unnecessary version upgrades.
In the case of FTP, there is a "mirroring upload" function,
which uploads only new files based on the timestamp.

Recognizing Faces and Tagging Images
Our company uses a lot of archival images. If the AI feature could identify faces and suggest naming/tagging (the same way most smartphones do now) that would be very helpful. If searching that person's name could populate all of their tagged images that would be ideal. Thanks!

Provide functionality to extend the 30 day time limit on user acceptance when enabling External User TOS
Currently, the documentation states that when enabling external user TOS, if the user does not accept the TOS within 30 days then they have all access to collaborated content revoked. This is problematic as we have external users that need occasional access but may not heed the warning to accept the TOS. I would like a mechanism to manage this time frame, either extending to 90 days or reset the time for users/groups.

If any external collaborators do not accept the ToS within 30 days, they will be removed as a collaborator from the content.

Enable Sign request to have a different name than the file name
When uploading or renaming a file, the name of the first file becomes the name of the request.
In some cases we want to differentiate between the two since the file can be more generic and the request can be more personal, e.g. a contract template.
We want to separate the file's name from the request name, making sure we propagate the request name to emails and signing logs.2 votes -
Request for additional enterprise setting items (moving across content owners)
In the Enterprise settings, we believe that we need to have a feature that allows us to set an option that does not warn when moving across content owners.
If you are caught by the information barrier limitation, "Stop at the warning display"
If not, we would like to make it "movable without warning".
In particular, we believe that this feature is useful for Box tenants with a closed configuration, so we request that it be introduced as a feature.2 votes -
Download and Print restriction policy and Office co-authoring
I have Office co-editing enabled on my device.
An error appears when I try to edit an Office file from a web browser that has the file labeled with "Download and Print Restrictions Access Policy for Box Desktop" enabled.
It's meant to be a label to disable BoxDrive, but I'm having trouble if I can't edit it from a web browser.
Please enable Office co-authoring from a web browser, even if the file is labeled with these restriction.

BVE File Request Links Redirects
File Request Links need to follow the same format as shared links, this would allow Box Verified Enterprise to be enabled without having to recreate all of the File Request Links afterwards since existing links no longer work when enabled after initial setup/when in full production.

Box Shield Alert for Anomalous Deletion of Folders or Data
We would like an alert to be created if a user deletes an anomalous amount of data. We recently had an employee leave the company under bad terms and found that before we could let her go, she had deleted a bunch of folders from Box. We were able to recover them, but this would be an indicator (much like anomalous download alerts) that something is up with this employee and we should be digging in deeper.

"Garmin Needs ADA-Compliant Box UI for Global Customer Support Integration"
Garmin is in the process of building a customer support integration with file request link to their web pages. They have to adhere to compliance with ADA. With our Box platform API - UI Elements, is not passing their code tests for ADA compliance. This is impacting to compliance requirements as an organization. It could potentially mean that Garmin looks to other technology to support this use case which has a global reach. It is requested to update the UI Elements to meet these ADA requirements.

Ability to have a setting that allows the user to choose name a file OR for Box to provide the filename.
Currently the way the mobile app works - user uploads the file, then selects it and then renames it is too many clicks, and not an ideal way of easily adding content.
