    Shield Classification on keywords - publishing customer is interested in the ability to classify content based on keywords or other lists. Keywords would enable them to classify content when a word or phrase related to one of their publications is managed by Box. Perhaps the keywords could be controlled in a 'list' so the list can be edited as needed based on the changing needs within their organization (super sensitive book needs to be classified pre-publication and there needs to be a list of words/terms associated with it - to keep it secure.     Ability to automatically remove deleted users from admin console settings

    Currently, you can enable features like Mark for Offline and folder-level metadata cascading by adding a user to the setting on admin console. When a user is deleted, the deleted user is left listed in the setting. We would like the deleted user be automatically removed from the settings.

    Currently we have no way to look up which holders are locked via FolderLockAPI.
    To avoid any trouble not knowing who has been locked,

  12. "Inclusion/Exclusion Lists for File Downloads in Shield Access Policy"

    interested in an inclusion/exclusion list FOR downloading files, as part of a Shield access policy.

    Ex: If Owners/Co-Owners/Editors are OK to download they want control the file types they can download. I know you can control this by just creating a separate classification and policy but that could cause too many of them. Better to create an filetype inclusion list

    Count Box for EMM login as login in User Report
    Box for EMM login is not counted as "Login" in User Statistics report since Box for EMM keep login information. It should be counted every time users login on Box for EMM.
