3. "Automate Restoration of Collaboration Permissions for Deleted Users in Box"

   Customer would like the ability to restore or have Box re-set collaboration permissions when a deleted user is restored. For example, if a customer accidentally deletes a user and needs them restored, they can do so through User Services, but they have to manually re-add the folder collbaorations/access. They would like Box to have a way can automate the addition of these folders for them via the Admin console or on the Box side.

   1. In copy/move/rename events, the API should include the id of both the target and origin locations (from-to)

   2. In file/folder get info API, the last access date of the file and folder should be provided (in addition to the modify date)

   3. A new event type for modification of upload-email properties, such as access type (in addition to the existing enable/disable events for upload email functionality)

   4. External users – get external users name and id in Get Enterprise Users api (this is currently not working), get an external user indication in Get Collaboration object

9. Box Relay Task Approval Options

   For the action Assign a Task - Approval Task, there's a section that asks "What happens when this outcome is completed?" If the task is approved, there's no option to select, it's just hard coded in to go to the next outcome. If the task is rejected, you can select options. I would like to be able to select options if the task is approved as well.

   My use case:
   I'm working on a formal approval process in Box using Relay. We need to have a legal review of our templates each year and I'm using a Relay to manually trigger on the template that needs review and then it sends an approval task to the legal person to review it and either approve/attest to it or reject it, saying it needs to be revised/not approved for use. I want to build one Relay for this process - if the task is approved, I want a notification sent to the workflow starter that it's approved and then end the flow. If it's rejected, I want to send a notification and then continue on with the flow to move the file that started the flow to a different folder (drafts) and then assign the workflow starter a general task to complete revisions and go through the approval process. I have to do this in two separate Relays, one for the approval/attestation and then another for making updates/changes/revisions. It would be nice to be able to have more selections for the approval task once completed for both approved and rejected. This also might not be a bad idea to add this on to other actions, like send a notification.

10. Share the main folder but restrict some specific sub-folders

    Box should allow to share a Folder and also restrict the access to some of its sub-folders. In addition, we sould be able to let the restricted sub-folder displayed or not to the user subject of the restriction.

11. I would like to exempt BOX Service Account user from password reset

    Box will disconnect from Salesforce if the password is not reset which creates a problem when we have an automated email drop into box from Salesforce.

12. Display Visual Indicator if a File is added to a Hub

    Similar to the visual display showing if content is added to a collection, could there be a visual indicator to show if a file has been added to a Hub?

    This icon could help serve as a reminder to users that the file they're editing is published to a Hub(s).

14. Regarding the display format of metadata reports

    Is it not possible to set the output format arbitrarily when generating reports from metadata, rather than being limited to JSON format?
    I would also like to have commas inserted into numeric fields of metadata to format them with thousands separators.

17. I want to have a download link for folders

    I want to be able to create a shareable link that will automatically start a folder download when clicked.
    So the user will click a link and the folder will download automatically to their computer.

19. Allow admins to promote a secondary email to a primary

    Admins and co-admins need to be provided with a way, both in the admin console and via API, to promote a secondary email address to a primary email address while the "Prevent users from changing their primary email address" control is enabled. For security the swap should still be approved by the user. The current workaround to this problem is inefficient, as it requires the change to be rolled back and the user to make the adjustment themselves. When a co-admin rolls the change back, logs in as the user, and selects "Make Primary" next to a secondary email address, they're asked for a user's password before the change is even submitted to the user for approval. Also, rolling back the change for any amount of time opens up the possibility that other users can change their primary email address when we don't want them to.

20. Viewer-Uploader Copy Experience

    As part of our workflows, we copy template forms into other folders. Our users are not all comfortable using keyboard shortcuts to copy the forms so everyone needs to be an editor in order to use the UI to copy and paste.

    We would like to see the UI for copy introduced for viewer-uploaders.
