Box Shield Delete Restriction Security Control
Adding an additional Shield security control to restrict the ability of Editors to send content to Trash would be a great way to fill the gap between Viewer Uploader and Editor permissions. One of the primary use cases for Viewer Uploader is the ability to collaborate on content without being able to delete that content but in its current state, Viewer Uploaders are also restricted from other important collaborative features like inviting collaborators.

Adjust Messaging on Shared Link Expiration email
When emails are sent out, instructions are provided to extend shared links. Customer requests that, when configured so users can not extend, this messaging not be shown.

Enterprise account (HIPAA compliance) for ONE
Please make HIPAA compliance/BA agreement available for Business with only ONE employee. It's not affordable for me to continue to use box if I have to pay for Enterprise Account with a minimum of three users just to get this option.

Allow chain marks on shared links to be hidden
We would like to be able to hide the Create Shared Link button on the chainmark so that users do not accidentally create a shared link.

Ability to save entered text as an image.
Fix the bug of saving entered text as an image.
Based from our Webapp specialist, Box Sign documents are always saved as PDF. The text content can be copied, but not the fields that are filled out since those are images, not text.

Real time progress of a file upload via box upload api
When a direct box upload api is invoked, there is no way to know the real time progress of upload. It would be good to get real time progress from box to notify users about the same on our UI.

API searches for a given folder name and creates a folder if not found
In today's world , there is an api that searches for folder and if folder not found returns 404. There is a create folder api which returns 409 error if folder name exists.
This leads tomaking multiple calls to box first to identify or know folder existence and then another call for creating a folder if not found.There is a need for api which does following
Search for a folder given the folder name(input =folder name)
if folder exists with such a name
return folderId
if folder does not exists with such a folder name

Ability to export "Direct Links" from box in reports
We have the ability to export "Shared links" but would like the ability to also export "Directly Links" as well.
We use box to host 6k plus folders and files. Inside those are some PNG files that , when direct links are on can open up directly to the PNG file instead of the traditional view with the box logo on the top left. This helps us post product in our website with a more professional full screen view that direct links provide.

Ability to display and move the BoxDrive search window anywhere
The BoxDrive search window will be displayed according to your taskbar display settings.
We would like to be able to display and move anywhere with mouse operation or setting.

Ability to search history
We use history as a way to find files that we have seen in the past.
However, the history does not have a search function, and only 50 files can be displayed per screen.
Moreover, it is very inconvenient to go back and check the history because you have to click the next page many times.

Change Back Bullet/Numbering/Checkbox on Box Notes
I have tried reporting this as a bug, though I have been told it is an "expected behavior" - Users used to be able to change individual lines' bullet formatting - but now, if you change a line, it changes ALL LINES above and below to the selected formatting (bullet/numbering/checkbox). Even if you highlight a single line, all lines above and below get changed with it. Please change this back to how it was!

Box Drive - All files organization
Box Drive does not currently allow for organization of your All Files folder.
To reorganize or move folders on this screen, it actively moves the folders, which isn't always possible. Due to different staff members requiring access to only portions of each folder, we cannot bunch together certain folders that would otherwise belong together.
For the all files screen, Box should implement a way to label and organize folders for your own personal box, that does not affect where the files are located and how they are shared. There is a way to do this with the collections list on…

When copying a file from another folder in a Box, if the destination folder contains a file with the same name, a message will appear asking if the file should be overwritten.
The message "There is a file with the same name, do you want to overwrite it? and if the user selects "Yes", the file can be overwritten.Currently, the process is: "Add (1) to the end of the copied file"⇒ "Rename the file that already exists" ⇒ "Remove (1) from the end of the copied file".

Ability to change the URL of the notification email to a URL for each tenant.
I would like to be able to change the URL of the notification email to a URL for each tenant.
In the notification email, click on "Go to My Account" to go to https://box.com.
I would like to be able to change this URL to a per-tenant URL. Example: https://[company name].ent.box.com
Currently, if you are using SSO login or if your firewall controls access by domain, the user accessing the site must manually change the URL.

We would like you to be able to specify the person who operated and the target folder and file when outputting by specifying "restore from trash" in the activity report.
Currently, if you know the item name for sure, it will not be searched if it has been moved to the Recycle Bin, and you cannot specify items in the target folder and file items.
If it becomes possible to specify when reporting even if it has been moved to the trash,

Alphabetize collaborator names
Hello, when I view collaborators to a file/folder, the "name" column cannot be alphabetized. I tried clicking on it to make this occur and it is greyed out. When comparing this to a list of names alphabetically it would be so efficiently helpful to have the Box folder listed by name and not by date. Can you please make this available?
